Questo simpatico casa 2 camere da letto con catena recintato enorme cortile è immerso tra antichi lecci drappeggiato in muschio spagnolo. Può dormire 10 ma non è raccomandato. Mi sento 6 (4 adulti + 2 bambini) è il massimo.

La cucina è dotata di una caffettiera, frullatore, e un tostapane, oltre, naturalmente, una full size frigorifero / congelatore e la gamma. Non vi è alcun lavastoviglie, ma c'è un doppio lavabo.
--Facile BEACH-- indirizzo è su Stewart Avenue, St. Simons Island, Georgia 31522. 1. 8 miglia dalla spiaggia. This was a perfect location for my son and I to spend a weekend while apartment hunting for him. It was close to everywhere we needed to be. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. Would absolutely stay again.

THE PLACE WAS JUST RIGHT. THE PROBLEMS I HAD WERE, WE TRIED TO RENT IT 11-23-11-27 IT WAS CONFIRMED BUT ACTUALLY WAS CONFIRMED 11-26- BEGINNING FOR 3 NIGHTS WE PAID FOR 3 NIGHTS I TALKED WITH VRBO AND WE AGREED TO STAY 12-19 FOR 3 NIGHTS BUT ACTUALLY WAS CONFIRMED FOR 2 NIGHTS AFTER PAYING FOR 3 I DID NOT LOOK AT THE CONFIRMATION IN DETAIL UNTIL I GOT THE KEY INFO INOTICED THAT YOU HIGHLITED IN THE EMAIL WE STAYED 12-18 FOR 2 NIGHTS WHICH IS NOT CORRECT I WAS UNABLE TO EMAIL THE OWNER BUT HAVE HIS CONTACT INFO NOW I DO WANT TO RENT IT AGAIN

We enjoyed our stay at 19 Stewart Ave. The house was very clean and had everything we needed including for our dog! The large backyard is fenced in and was perfect for our golden retriever! The house is located close to beaches, shopping, and restaurants! Our host Willy was super nice and ready to help if needed! We loved St. Simon and had a great time!

Willy was easy to communicate with, he is very thoughtful and friendly and we greatly enjoyed meeting him during our St. Simon's Island visit. Willy's place is very comfortable and the neighborhood is very peaceful. The home is not far from an island trail that we had a wonderful time exploring using Willy's bikes. We also really enjoyed our beach walks on the island. We look forward to future stays at Willy's home as we find ourselves back at St. Simon's Island.

Great place to stay for a small family. The house had everything we needed. The back porch is great as well as the secure yard for the dogs. The bikes were a huge plus. We will definitely see if this property is available next time we visit St. Simmons.

Our family really enjoyed ourselves! We over packed, because Willy has chairs, boogie boards, coolers, towels, bikes, etc, to make your travels and stay perfect! The house is on the smaller side, but is designed great with an amazing large covered back porch where we spent most of the time! The location is also wonderful! The neighborhood is quiet and in walking distance to Redfern village! Great place!

My husband and I travelled here with our dogs. This house was perfect for us. Plenty of room and the attention to detail was awesome. Doggie poop bags were available and dog dishes and a great fenced yard. The kitchen had all they were needed. This neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. The bed was so comfortable and the television in the bedroom was nice. We would recommend this place. If we ever travel back here, we will rent this house!

We enjoyed our stay and so did Brutus our German Shepherd. Will be coming back to stay again. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Willy our host put our dog leash in the mail we had left it behind and we thank him for that. We had a great time exploring downtown and the island. All in all we had a wonderful time. Willy's home was very clean, well-stocked, in a quiet neighborhood while being close to the beach, restaurants, etc. He was a great host that responded quickly & we would definitely stay at his home again.

Everything about this little gem was great! Check in process, cleanliness, communication, outdoor cozy living with beautiful plants around you! Most of all, for us, having a backyard that is safe for our dogs is a big plus! Also, location was perfect! Minutes to restaurants, stores and the beach!!!

Loved this simple home, fully stocked with everything you will need for a relaxing vacation on St. Simon Island. Spices, flavored teas and more. Ten minutes from most island attractions and close to downtown restaurants and shopping. Quiet neighborhood with private fenced in backyard, allowing our dog freedom to roam. Dog toys and dog house also in backyard, plus inside crate if needed. Beach towels, lotions and some kiddie toys on back deck that was our coffee place each morning to enjoy early morning bird songs. Tons of pamphlets, literature and island naturalist resources to read. Willy, the owner was attentive and helpful. Totally recommend this property.

My husband and I--two seniors with e-bikes--spent 5 nights in this cozy house. It was neat, clean, fully equipped, and supplied with thoughtful extras. There was even a dog house in the enclosed back yard. Host Willie was most accommodating; he greeted us shortly after our arrival and helped unload our bikes. The house is well-located in a quiet, leafy neighborhood--only a block from a major bike/pedestrian pathway.

The cottage was perfect for my husband and I. The fenced in yard perfect for our dog. Nice quiet neighborhood. We liked sitting on both the front and back porches with coffee. Walking distance to shops and restaurants and quick drive to the beach and other sites.. The owner was great - very responsive and great to talk with. It was our first time on St Simons and we'll be back.

It was exactly what we were looking for. Small, cozy and just the right distance away from all the things we wanted to do and see. We were there during the recent historic cold snap and the host was very receptive to our needs and stayed in contact to make sure all was well. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone wishing to visit St Simons Island.

Very easy check-in. The owner was very communicative and had the house lit up when we arrived. We didn't get a chance to use the bikes but hope to stay again so we can take advantage of the convenience. Very close to family living at Magnolia Manor, which is a strong selling point. Also part of a larger neighborhood for good walking and walking distance to a nature preserve with a beautiful view of the marsh.

This lovely two-bedroom, one-floor house is ideally situated in a quiet neighborhood within a half-mile of restaurants, shops, and a grocery store (Winn Dixie). Very cozy and dog friendly as it has a large fenced backyard. We brought our own dog crates to keep our dogs contained in the house out of respect for the property owners' request to keep dogs off the furniture, but if you have a small dog, the owners have a small wire crate in the house so you don't have to bring your own crate inside. Off-street parking. The owners are used to dogs since they have a poop-bag dispenser just inside the front door. Note: we brought our own poop bags! The range of pillows on the bed was wonderful! I like a flat soft pillow and there was one on the bed as well as other types of bed pillows. That was really special, since pillows make a big difference in quality of sleep. We will stay here again in a heartbeat.

My husband and I enjoyed our short stay in this cute cottage. Our Westie loved exploring the backyard and we enjoyed the back porch. Probably the best equipped VRBO we’ve ever stayed in! The owner has thought of everything!

A lot of things were included in the kitchen and the bathroom that you just would not expect in a hotel.
If you can think of it, this place pretty much had it.

Great place for our dogs. back porch is nice, especially when it is raining. Willy even purchased a shower stool and grab bar for our safety. We will definetly stay there again.

Great Stay!
Amazing property tucked into a quite neighborhood. The yard was huge which was perfect for a Boykin Spaniel to run off some energy! House was stocked with everything anyone could need! Willy really thought of everything in regards to this house! Our stay was perfect! I hadn't been to SSI since I was a kid. We decided to give it another go and I will say we will be back! The house is in a perfect location for everything! Thank you Willy for an awesome stay! We will be back!

This was our 2nd year staying here and everything was still as described and always very clean! If your looking for a quite area, 2 bedroom and fenced in backyard for your dog we highly recommend this cottage, just don’t take our week!
