This house fit our 10 person group very well. It’s quite spacious and well stocked with towels and kitchen tools. The bunk room makes a big difference in the sleeping arrangements. It feels quite private with the land it’s on. The rural road is a bit bumpy, but is fairly close to the highway.

Great stay at this wonderful farmhouse out in the country near Leonard, Texas. The host was awesome in every way and we loved the house. I’d definitely stay again.

The Dog Creek Ranch property was perfect for our group of 6 adults during the 2024 eclipse. The house was as described in the listing, with everything we needed, and the property was beautiful to explore. Communication with the owner was responsive and clear, and any questions we had were addressed quickly. If I have the opportunity to return to this area of Texas, I wouldn't hesitate to rent this property again!

Nice place out in the country when you want to unplug and get away from it all. Only 15 minutes from Skydive Spaceland Dallas in Whitewright if you are looking for a little excitement!!
