La mia casa al mare si trova nel centro di Jaco Beach, a un isolato dalla strada principale nel centro di Jaco. A soli 5 minuti a piedi da 3 negozi di alimentari, 2 banche e 30 ristoranti e negozi, ma situato in un ambiente tranquillo e privato.
Dalla nostra proprietà fronte oceano è possibile ascoltare il suono costante delle onde e sentire la brezza dell'oceano. Abbiamo una bellissima piscina proprio di fronte alla spiaggia, per rilassarsi o per intrattenere amici e parenti.
Spesso puoi vedere le are scarlatte, i tucani, i geko e ovviamente le iguane verdi dalla proprietà.
La casa principale è composta da 2 camere da letto e le altre 4 camere sono accanto alla piscina, separate dalla casa da un bellissimo giardino fiorito con oltre 100 specie di piante.
Questa casa è pulita, confortevole e molto ben tenuta, ha nuovi pavimenti in piastrelle, nuovi mobili da cucina con ripiani in granito e nuovi elettrodomestici da cucina. Tutte le camere dispongono di aria condizionata per il tuo comfort durante il sonno e tutti i letti sono materassi a cuscino con 300 fogli di conteggio delle minacce
Il Parco Nazionale Manuel Antonio è a solo un'ora di auto da casa dove si possono vedere diverse varietà di scimmie, bradipi e bellissime spiagge di sabbia bianca.
Per un brivido puoi goderti i diversi tour della zona come il tour ATV o Canopy Zip Line.

We had a great stay with our adult family of 7. Steve was a great host and Vicki did a wonderful job keeping the beautiful oasis looking great!

Excellent slice of Pura Vida heaven on Jaco Beach! The owner, Steve, is extremely personable and gracious, and provided us with great recommendations in the area. It was fun talking with him during our stay. The housekeeper, Vicki, took excellent condition of the garden and home. Both live on the property. We would see them throughout our stay; they are very kind and were not intrusive.This place is truly a unique home with two buildings - the main house with two bedrooms each with a private bathroom, kitchen and living space; while the "Beach house" closer to the pool has four individual bedrooms, two of which have their own private bathrooms. It was the perfect setup for our group of six with 3 adults and 3 teenagers. (Though this setup might not be ideal for younger kids). All air conditioned - which can be individually set for each room.We felt very safe staying here. The property is very secure with gated access to street and beach. Our group constantly went back and forth between the beach and using the pool - really enjoyed having access to both (huge ocean waves during our stay - so it was nice to be able to swim in the pool and the ocean). We got in very late from the airport the day before Easter, and Steve offered to buy some basic groceries for us so we could enjoy Easter breakfast the next morning. This was so helpful for us!We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay during our first trip to Costa Rica! We hope to someday return! Pura Vida!

6 of us had a great time at Steve's home on the beach. The pool was great, the vegetation surrounding the place was gorgeous. Everything you could need is right down the block to main street. Steve had suggestions for excursions and arranged transportation for us. We couldn't as for more.Highly recommend!

Steve was a great host, very helpful, great advice/ help for local tours. There were pros and cons though. The pool and patio area/ ocean access and flora was the best part of the property. It is very secure and beautiful. We were disappointed in the maintenance of the house/ villas. It needs some upkeep. The kitchen lighting is dark for cooking and the kitchen amenities were not as expected. The beds in the villas were very hard with flat pillows. The beds in the main house were good.
The farmers market is a worthwhile visit, is just a 20 minute walk on Thursday and Fridays only. The property is close to restaurants and the main grocery store.
