Il nostro condominio è stato ristrutturato con belle piastrelle, dipinti di recente, arredamento moderno e lussuoso e arredamento sala da pranzo, tappeti e lenzuola di lusso. Il condominio comprende un letto matrimoniale nel Master con bagno privato, un nuovo divano letto matrimoniale e due letti a castello nel corridoio. Un sacco di spazio per 6 persone!

Oscilla presso la reception se si desidera una raccomandazione o bisogno di indicazioni in qualsiasi punto durante il vostro soggiorno. Siamo situati direttamente di fronte al parco acquatico di Big Kahuna. A solo un minuto da diversi negozi di alimentari della catena, troverai facile rifornire il tuo frigorifero di provviste. Un cinema, un bowling da bowling e negozi sono a pochi minuti di divertimento e divertimento!

this condo is on the 17th floor. What an awesome view! Was very pleased with everything that had to do with renting this condo. Excellent place to stay.

Condo, weather, and water were great. Definitely will stay there again. It was the clearest I've ever seen the Destin water. Not a spot of algae or seaweed. Neck deep, could still see my feet. Young fellow at the front desk was very nice and helpful.

This was a great place to stay. Condo was exactly as advertised and everything was clean and in good condition. Amazing view. Check in process was extremely simple and every interaction with staff was pleasant. The on-site cafe was convenient and delicious. The condo is in a great location- close to a water park, lots of restaurants and shopping options, and additional attractions.
My only issue was the beach seating and part of the issue was just me misunderstanding. You have to pay for the chairs and umbrellas they provide which I understood; however, I did not realize that they do not allow any “private” setups in front of the rentals or within them so if you do not purchase one, you’ll be pretty far away from the water. So I definitely recommend purchasing this ahead of time. Once we realized our mistake, we rented one and it was definitely worth it. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Everything was as listed. Clean, well furnished and great views from the 17th floor. Only negative was the parking for loading and unloading of guests. Limited spaces seemed to have often been used by a few contractors/vendors/cleaning crews. They have their parking area we found out.

Property is nice, a few to many rules. Beach area is small for 2 large buildings and 140 sets of rental chairs. Not sure why they close the beachside pool and largest hot tub at 8. We did enjoy our stay though.

As advertised with stunning views. On a clear calm day dolphins and sting rays can be seen from the balcony overlooking the beach shoreline. Host had great communication before trip. Had no questions or concerns while there.

We so enjoyed the condo. From watching dolphins every morning to the ease of access to the beach. We will definitely be back!

The condo was well equipped with everything we needed for our family vacation. It was decorated well. Enjoyed artwork in the unit. The view was fantastic! Every morning we could see far out into ocean. The unit itself is showing some well worn love on cabinetry. But loved it just the same!
A few things I wish we had known:
-we were asked to wear bands on our wrists for our entire stay
-All adjacent properties, as well as this resort own all land up to the beach, ie-no public access roads to the beach. We traveled over 21hrs to get to our destination.
Seems great if we were not hoping to visit family who also traveled a long distance to see us. They stayed elsewhere and we were unable to be together as we would have preferred. Never would have imagined the scenario.
We have stayed as far south as Marco Island on West coast of Fl and Miami on east coast. We are also from mid-Atlantic and frequent DE beaches, visited NJ and MD.
Did not know to even ask the question and resort website did not share this important tidbit.
I can see how not needing to see anyone else while vacationing would have made this a moot issue!
If you and your family are looking to park and not leave and just enjoy all the resort has to offer, you will have a blast!

We just stayed here last week. The view was absolutely amazing! The Host responded quickly when I had questions. We saw so many dolphins swimming every day. Can’t wait to go back!

We enjoyed our stay ery much. Great location, beautiful views, and all the amenities! I think my kids swam in every pool and couldn't get enough of the beach. We would definitely book again.

Beautiful property/room and amazing view of the beach from the balcony. We had a fabulous time enjoying the ocean breezes, making sandwiches for a quick meal, and being able to go right downstairs to access the beach, tiki cafe, and hot tub.

The room was wonderful! Beautiful view of the blue waters of Destin! Exactly as photos show! Facility is close to everything in Destin! We will be back for sure!

We had a great time on this beach vacation the view was great. We were worried about the balcony so we bought shower curtain rods to secure the door so the kids could not open it.

Beautiful view
It was a bit cold. We went April 11-16th. The beaches were really pretty the water was freezing. The place was nice. It could be better thgh. Needs updates but all in all it was ok. The owner was super nice. The pools were over crowded and the rental chairs for the beach smell like mildew. The trip itself was awesome bc i was w my husband and we just had fun. I prob will never come here again i like warmer weather lol but it was good enough. Do the dolphin cruise its fantastic ✌

Amazing View
We loved the property. Amazing views from the balcony, once you get over any fear of heights. Nice full kitchen and plenty of room. The beach area is also very nice and loved the tiki bar. The resort is close to everything. My only suggestion was there weren’t any paper towels, dish soap, or cleaner for the counter. Would be a nice addition. We did end up buy paper towels. Everything else you need was provided. We would definitely stay here again.

Would like for the hall areas to not be so noisy, so it would've been great if the bedroom wasn't right next to the hallway but all is well! The halls could have been a little cleaner also but the inside of the space was good. Maybe have the sofas/sofa chairs updated but other than that all was very good. Thank you!
