Il nostro condominio ben arredato, al piano terra, completamente ristrutturato, è in attesa di darvi il benvenuto in RELAX. La vista mozzafiato sull'oceano direttamente sulle onde ti entusiasmerà nel momento in cui entri nella nostra casa. "WOW!!" Come nostri ospiti, siamo certi che lo amerai tanto quanto noi ogni volta che varchiamo la soglia.
• Una volta che ti sei sistemato, fai una rilassante passeggiata sul lungomare nella pittoresca città di Kailua (Nota: ci sono un paio di grandi caffetterie che si aprono presto ogni mattina, permettendoti di sederti fuori e guardare le onde schizzare sulla riva - - o prepara il tuo caffè Kona nel nostro condominio e goditi il tuo lanai privato).
• Non c'è bisogno di seccarsi con la guida - negozi e ristoranti, spa e persino un luau - sono tutti facilmente raggiungibili a piedi lungo una tranquilla strada laterale.
• Oppure puoi tenerti occupato dalla mattina fino a mezzanotte, esplorando la costa di Kona - trekking, mountain bike, birdwatching, pesca, snorkeling, immersioni subacquee, esplorazione di spiagge remote, il vulcano attivo, spiagge di sabbia verde e nera, ecc..
• Noi (3 sorelle) vogliamo assicurarvi che saremo attenti e rispondenti alle vostre esigenze come nostri ospiti.
• Venire! Resta un po 'di tempo - Rilassati, rinnova la tua energia e immergiti nella bellezza del creato tutto intorno!

This condo was absolutely perfect! It is exactly as pictured, very clean, and has everything you need (kitchen supplies, linens, plenty of beach and bath towels, soaps, etc) The bed is comfortable as well as the living room furniture. The pool area is very nice and just steps from either the front door or the patio doors. The best part - the lanai - right off the ocean with gorgeous, unobstructed views. The sound of crashing waves on the rocks and jaw dropping sunsets every night is priceless. It is within walking distance of many restaurants, coffee shops, and gift type shops, etc. There was construction/repairs to the exterior going on while we were there. We knew this in advance of our stay, and even that was not a problem. They kept the grounds clean, the noise was not bad, and only during working hours. Parking was never a problem. We always found parking in the underground parking structure with a very short walk to the condo. Debi was the best host we’ve ever had. She kept us informed before and during our stay re: construction issues, and her availability for contact, even giving us her daughter’s contact info when she wasn’t available for one day. She provided excellent instructions and how to operate everything in the condo. She responded almost immediately every time we reached out, and she is SO pleasant to interact with. We would HIGHLY recommend this condo and would definitely stay here again. We honestly cannot think of anything negative about our stay.

Finding ground floor true oceanfront condos with FULL A/C is very, very rare! This condo checked ALL of our boxes. The condo was clean and very roomy! The A/C did a great job. I also look for rentals that have ceiling fan in bedroom, and this unit had that too.I can't think of anything else that you would need that wasn't in this condo. I even saw writing paper in case you wanted to send a letter home! There were even gift bags!The kitchen had everything that you could possibly need. There were even real beach chairs to use.....not just the ones that were way too low for some of us.All of the instructions were very clear. Debbie was one of the best hosts/owners we have ever had. She was super quick to answer any of my (sometimes dumb) questions.There was a mix of ages when we stayed - some families with young kids and lots of middle age as well as retired seniors. We enjoyed chatting with folks in the hot tub. The pool was never too cold, and we enjoyed that every day. Being able to walk right out of your condo is a big plus for us, and it is a very short walk to the pool, but not so close that we ever heard any noise from there.The furniture appeared to be pretty new, and the bed was very comfortable, and there were plenty of towels, blankets and pillows. I would certainly recommend this unit to anyone planning a trip to the Big Island. Kona is a great area to stay making it a good jumping off point to explore. Additionally it is walking distance to store

Wow! A completely amazing place. The location and views are complete perfection. And then the host has absolutely everything you could possbly need. Everything was complete perfection. I don't know what else to say! The best VRBO I've ever stayed at.
