3 camere da letto 2-1 / 2 bagni 2 piani casa sul lago. 2 grandi ponti coperti con vista sul lago. Camera matrimoniale al piano superiore con soggiorno separato e 2 camere da letto al piano inferiore con bagno. Due ampie zone soggiorno con una silenziosa con un bel caminetto e l'altra come intrattenimento con grande TV da 65 "e divano avvolgente per godersi film e tempo in famiglia. Grande cucina aperta con sala da pranzo con porte finestre sul ponte superiore per grigliate o relax. Le camere sono dotate di letto king size, full size, due letti a castello e futon e ampio spazio per il materasso ad aria per accogliere più ospiti se necessario. Attracco barca, scalinata nel mare e bel cortile con jacuzzi. River North Marina, proprio dietro l'angolo, offre anche il noleggio di barche e tutta l'attrezzatura necessaria.

I walked in and cried it’s so dirty the smell of urine was so strong. We found a urine soaked blanket that smelled so bad we had to move it out of the house. The owner lives there and his stuff was every where. Dog hair in the bed. Food wrappers under beds. The toilet has to be flushed with chopsticks yes chopsticks there is no hot tub the filth is unreal. We cleaned the first 3 hours we were there. The yard is a junk yard. The pictures are lies!

I walked in and cried it’s so dirty the smell of urine was so strong. We found a urine soaked blanket that smelled so bad we had to move it out of the house. Lake weekend
Had a great time during our stay- the location is perfect and the dock is a great plus. :)

We stayed at the home for six days. The plumbing was a problem; toilets wouldn't fully flush, sinks wouldn't drain. We were without wifi and cable for a day. The washer and dryer were a nightmare. There were soaking wet towels in the washer when we arrived and we were unable to get them dry. They began to smell. As a result we had no towels as the week wore on. We rented the jet ski for $600 but were only able to use it for a day and a half as it broke down. Owner wrongfully accused us of mishandling it and refused to refund us even a part of the fee for its use.

Arrived at the house with grass about 1.5’ high a car parked in the front yard, mildew on the front door and porch and a strong pet odor. I thought, let’s give them the benefit of the doubt. As you walk in to the house you can tell that a lot of money has been spent on the house. Nice furniture and nice light fixtures. However there were children’s toys still out everywhere and didn’t seem like much effort had been made to make it friendly to who might be occupying it. We noticed some sugar ants in the kitchen which isn’t uncommon but as we explored a little further there was a load of dirty dishes in the dishwasher. And the washing machine had clothes running in them. We assumed that we were responsible for swapping those clothes out. As we went out to the back porch there was more mildew and pet hair everywhere and a grill that had not been cleaned in sometime. Also the lawn next to the water had not been trimmed so after contacting the owner about the conditions it was very clear that he was not going to address the issues. So I brought a weed eater and trimmed the grass in the area that we would be using most. We cleaned most of the porch off and moved the toys to the side so that we could easily maneuver in and out of the house. Other than this the refrigerator was mostly full so we kept our food in coolers For the duration of the weekend. We made a commitment to make the best out of the weekend but it could have been a little less stressful if some of the things had been addressed before our arrival.

Owner was very responsive to any needs or questions. Yes there are security cameras however there were clear instructions to unplug them and plug them back in when leaving, not a problem. Rented a boat at the local marina and just enjoyed the lake!

As we walked through the house, it was obvious that the home is the owner's full-time residence. The maid service was unable to come prior to our visit, so the house was extremely dusty and unkept. There was clothing on the floor in the living room, and personal items such as: an Apple Watch, Men's electric razor, suitcases, etc. in the Master bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen had dirty dishes in the sink, and the refrigerator was filled with the homeowner's food thus there wasn't room for the food we brought for our trip. The washing machine had wet sheets that smelled of mildew, and the dryer was filled with clothing. We did speak with the owner. He apologized and offered to send someone to clean the house the next day; however, we didn't want to spend our first full day at the house dodging a housekeeper so we opted to clean the house ourselves. In addition, the A/C didn't adequately cool the upper level; although, the basement was comfortable. We were also very uncomfortable with the amount of security cameras throughout the house specifically in each bedroom. They were even mounted on the bunk beds where our children were to sleep. From the pictures on VRBO, this appeared to be a great place for a family weekend. We ultimately cut our trip short, leaving after only one night. We tried to reach out to the owner to discuss our dissatisfaction. He just reccently responded, two days later via text only offering a reminbursement of the cleaning fee. We had planned this as a Father's Day weekend getaway, and although we did enjoy the lake, the house was sadly a disappointment.
