The house was a good deal, about a block from the lake and close to the retail and restaurant area. We enjoyed our stay and made use of the fire pit after scrounging up some wood from the woods adjacent to the yard. Beds were comfy, enjoyed watching lots of deer wandering through the yard. November weather precluded our hanging out on the deck, but it’s a nice set up.

We really enjoyed the beach vibe and spaciousness of the rental. The owners are very communicative and helpful.
Would highly recommend and book again.

My friends and I had a wonderful time in South Haven. Scott’s place was the perfect spot! Great, comfy beds, a well-stocked kitchen, and a beautiful backyard helped us feel comfortable while in town. We would love to stay there again!!

The house was very nice and in a super location, very close to the lake, downtown shoppes and restaraunts.
Owner was quick to answer any and all questions.

Had a very nice stay here. The beds were soooo comfortable. the towels were the best. Not a fan of microfiber but these were great. Not too far from the beach and pier. Quiet area. Scott was always available for questions and responded right away. Would stay here again. Valeri

Overall our stay was good. Great yard, however it wasn’t mowed. That didn’t stop us from enjoying the yard though. We enjoyed the toys available outside on the property for the kids. It Had nearly everything we needed and was as described. We really appreciated that there was plates and cups for the kids. If we could change some things it would be to have more attention to details/cleanliness (cob webs in corners, basement was creepy- that’s where laundry was, doors were sticky opening and closing, front door key pad has seen better days- faded numbers, a bit loose), house was warm at night, even with A/C and fans. Location was great as well.

It was a great fit for our family of five. Clean! And stocked with everything you need to be comfortable. Great hosts. So much out door exploring all around and super close. A perfect relaxing fall weekend. Kids enjoyed the backyard so much as well!

The house was the perfect size for my sister and I. It had all the amenities we needed, and was close to the heart of South Haven, so was easy to get around to stores and restaurants, AND close to Lake Michigan beach.

Nice size cottage with many amenities included. Partially renovated. Nice size deck overlooking a large wooded lot. Had a family of deer we got to see every morning and at dusk! Loved it! Would definitely rent again!

We had a great time staying here. House was smaller, but just right for our group. Property was so pretty, and an easy walk to South Beach for sunsets every evening. Host was very responsive to our questions on parking extra vehicle, etc.
Will consider booking again for girls weekend or a quick trip with the grandkids 😄

My wife and I just wanted to get away for the weekend. This property was perfect for what we wanted. Close to the downtown area; everything was a 5 min drive (if that). Would have been perfect if we would have brought the kids too. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay here again.

We so enjoyed our stay at the Beachglass Cottage. Scott was very easy to work with and answered any questions we had. The cottage is close to downtown and very close to lake access. Great spot for families! Lovely yard!
