Fully equipped apartment right on bus line.
No lift for 3rd floor apt.

Everything was amazing, This flat is completely full with tools and everything for living.

Place was clean, well decorated and very well located.
There was a sewage smell during the day.
Also noise from the construction work was pretty noticeable.

We loved everything about this apartment. The location, the views, the apartment facilities, the building - it was amazing for our family (2 adults and 2 teenage boys)
Boys had access to Netflix for when they wanted to chill - we had access to the balcony to watch the cruise ships coming in and out.
There were some basic kitchen stuff in the cupboards and we added to them leaving them for future guests i.e. sauces, coffee, washing powder etc. These little things made it all so much easier.
Local restaurant Tapas 129 did amazing food and the Pantheon (a little 3 minute walk away) was surrounded by local cafes and eateries for amazing coffee and treats.
A few of the local supermarkets were expensive but by the train station (5 minutes away downhill) was a larger chain of supermarket which was cheaper.
Highly recommend the Bird e-scooters to get about too especially for the uphills!
Needed more pegs for the washing line and more pillows for the beds (and that is me being picky!)

Large airy apartment, great views, great bathrooms
Although the apartment itself was very nice, there was a lot of renovation work going on in the flat below which caused a lot of noise during weekdays.

Location is a bit outside of city centre. Couch while very comfortable could do with being recovered. Smell from drains unpleasant at times

Spacious apartment, bathroom and terrace as in the photos. Very well equipped kitchen. Nice view of the sky, the Pantheon and the Tagus River.
We have been waiting downstairs for some time for the keys to the apartment, as our main contact did not answer on the phone (got sick). We used an alternate phone number and got the keys pretty quickly.

The apartment was specious, clean, had everything we needed and the view was amazing! The personal was kind, helpful and the communication was excellent! We definitely recommend and would return!

great location, amazing view, close to the city center and many attractions. suitable for solo travelers! photos perfectly match the views. be careful if you have heavy suitcase, stairs in the old buildings are very steep. Paulina was super nice and helpful. all financial transactions are very transparent.
hot water was a little bit fiddly, so if you are into 2 hour showers - you are out of luck, but it is not the issue with regular water consumption.

Everything. Beautiful, spacious airy apartment. Information book available there. Every last thing you could possibly need was catered for. Excellent friendly host. Amazing balcony and views.
It was perfect. Maybe some more pillows.

Great location with an exceptional view, accomodation was clean and spacious, equipped with all you need for short or long stay... check in was very easy and straightforward thanks of Mr.Rodrigo /very polite and helpful person/ who welcomed us in person on our arrival and provided with all informations and assurance he is 24/7 available for us if we would need any further assistance during our stay.

Metro was 5 min walk from property and bus stop was right in front of property
No lift to third floor
The front door lock was very fiddly
