What a great property in an amazing location. Loved the peace and quiet and the accessibility to the surrounding area. The property was well maintained and equipped.
Nothing, everything was as expected.

Lovely place with a stunning view. We enjoyed short walks in the local area and it was not far to drive to Bala. Karen (our host) was friendly and helpful if we need to ask anything.

The setting is so peaceful and the views beautiful. Karen's property is behind Ty Beic and she was easy to contact. Everything we needed was there, easy to relax within the property and seating outside to enjoy what was great weather. We did walks from the barn or within a 30 minute drive. Coming back to such a relaxing place was wonderful.

The Barn at Ty Beic is a beautifully presented cottage nestled in the Welsh hills near Bala. Warm and welcoming, it boasts rustic charm combined with all the mod-cons.
Communication from Karen was excellent, providing detailed information on how to find and enter the property upon arrival.
10/10 highly recommended, would gladly stay again.
