La nostra casa a 3 piani si trova nella tranquilla e pittoresca Lake Village Community, appena fuori Hwy 50 (Lake Tahoe Blvd.) Il monolocale al primo piano con ingresso indipendente è riservato all'uso personale dei proprietari e una scala separata conduce alla casa principale. La nostra casa è spaziosa, ben arredato, ha soffitti alti ed è completamente arredata (tutti gli elettrodomestici e mobili sono stati acquistati nel 2015).
Tutte le camere da letto, bagni e zona lavanderia si trovano al 2 ° piano, e soggiorno, sala da pranzo e cucina con sala adiacente famiglia si trovano al 3 ° piano. TV via cavo, Wi-Fi ad alta velocità e servizi telefonici domestici sono gratuiti. La nostra casa può ospitare comodamente fino a 8 ospiti (6 nelle camere da letto e 2 nel soggiorno)

The townhouse was okay. It was comfortable and the location to the Nevada entrance of Heavenly was great. For the price, I prefer the five bedroom house I rented in Tahoma across the lake. What was promised in the description of the place was a walkway cleared of snow. What we got was twenty feet of hardened, slick snow on the walkway and a parking lot, with a gradual slope, iced over. All the roads and parking lots in the area were cleared of snow and ice except this one. Since we had an assigned parking space we weren't allowed to park in a safe space, (HOA rules). My wife got here two wheel drive car stuck on this parking lot twice. Three of us slipped and fell in this parking lot. I'm just glad we didn't end up with any bodily injury or this might have a different ending. I won't be staying here again.

This place was perfect for my family and I. Quiet, close to snow resorts, and casinos. Lots of food options near by. I would recommend this place and will stay here again.

Clean, beautiful place close to Heavenly
We had a great time at Zephyr Cove. It was very clean, had everything we needed for our stay, and was in a great location close to Heavenly.

Elina was a great host! Nice property, well equipped, close to Heavenly without being caught in the mobs. Elina was quick to answer all our questions and gave us great tips on navigating ski resorts. Wish we could’ve used hot tub more but that was limited due to COVID. Would recommend!

Convenient location
The property is in a convenient location close to major attractions such as Zephyr Cove, Stateline, Heavenly, Lake Village. The property is clean with the kitchen and living area upstairs and the bedrooms and bathrooms downstairs. The condo is located in Lake Village and it has several amenities such as a community pool, hot tub, playground, rec-room but the pool and hot tub were closed due to COVID-19.
I removed a star because we are a first responder family so we had to cut our trip short by one day/evening because my husband had to return to the fire station. The owner did not refund the one night we did not stay in the property even though we notified her once we received the phone call for him to return to work. Please note that we adhered to the check-out instructions and checked-out by 7 am. Other than this issue, the property was sufficient for our needs.

We know the area well, and Lake Village is always on top of our list. It's super close to downtown but a very peaceful neighborhood. The house is very functional, and the owner very responsive.

Great Stay/Location
We really enjoyed our stay. This property had everything we needed and was as advertised. The location was perfect for our day trips and a nice sanctuary to come back to in the evening to relax and enjoy our family. We were welcomed with a nice snack basket upon our arrival, which was a nice touch after a long day of travel.

Excellent home for skiing!
A few friends wanted a quick weekend getaway to ski at Heavenly. Location was perfect, less than 10 mins away from Stagecoach and Boulder lodges ag Heavenly (WAY less crowded then CA side lodges). The home was very clean and the homeowners were very communicative and responsive. Overall we had an amazing time and would stay here again. Thanks for having us!

- It was getting hot in the bedrooms downstairs than in the
kitchen upstairs when thermostat was in heat mode at any temperature
- body wash in restrooms was missing.
+ Overall highly recommend this place. Excellent value! (4.8/5 stars)

Lovely place to stay in Tahoe
We really enjoyed our stay. The location is awesome. It’s close to everything you would want while staying in Tahoe. Heavenly is a great place to ski the views are amazing. The only thing I would say is if your going to use the pull out bed bring some blankets. I would stay here again.

Beautifully decorated townhouse
Our family of four really enjoyed this property and it’s amenities. The house was beautifully decorated with 3 nice bedrooms and two bathrooms. Bonus for washer and dryer in lower level. The upstairs open concept living room had plenty of seating and cable tv was a plus. Small outdoor balcony looked into the woods and parking area. A short walk led to a beautiful sunset view of the lake. The pool and hot tub was a great perk and it was very close to two beaches - Nevada and Round Hill. Also close to Safeway and Stateline. Only drawbacks were lots of stairs (including bridge) to carry bags up, and no beach chairs or beach towels (but we brought them just in case). I would definitely stay here again, owner was easy to deal with.

The instruction to the property was easy to follow. The house was cleaned and organized. The big plus, there was cable TV available. There were plenty of seats for our family members. I would stay here again. Thank you.

Great Place, clean and spacious family room and kitchen
Lovely home, we enjoyed our stay at your home. Kitchen had all the pots and pans needed. House was clean and comfortable.
The only small comment would be that most of the VRBO homes we have stayed at also provided the standard body wash and shampoo, not a big deal since I brought just in case but the other family did not and we needed to make a trip out to the local Walgreens. Again, not a big deal.
Overall, the home is great, family room is right off the kitchen so was great to be able to have room for all to sit and chat while prepping meals.

Great space. Helpful owner.
We are a family of 4 and the space was great. The kitchen was very well equipped, mostly new appliances. The kids really liked the woodland setting and there were walks right out of the front door into the forest. It was a little difficult to get the luggage over the small wooden bridge and up the stairs but not a big deal. The walk to the pool is downhill but uphill on the way back and took awhile with the kids. Overall, we had a great time.

Very clean and adorably decorated.
Condo was very hard to find in the dark but once we did we were delighted to see such a wonderful “home” for our weekend! Owners are very helpful and available with anything we needed. We will definitely stay here when we visit Tahoe again. 👍🏻

We had a great time staying here, clean and very comfy for our group of 8. Comfortable beds and everything you needed in the kitchen and baths. The clubhouse and guest amenities were very good as well, would definitely recommend and stay again.

Very cozy and well-taken condo. The place was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate 4 adults and 4 kids. I would definitely recommend it as a great option to stay in Tahoe!!!!

We visited this place recently for Christmas, the location is so close to the Heavenly Ski resort, only 1.5 miles away. The whole house is very neat, well maintained, beds are comfy. We were surprised by the great quality and what we saw are better than what pictures here show. Well worth the money!

Our family spent Christmas at Elina and Stas's place. We loved how homie and nicely kept the entire place was.

An excellent stay, excellent owner, excellent property
This is the best property experience I have had in Tahoe. I really have nothing bad to say about this lovely property. The furnishings throughout are up to date. Everything works well. Elina is very responsive and provides thorough check in and check out instructions. The HOA staff is pleasant and helpful and it was very nice to have access to the pool, BBQ's and other facilities. Some items are not provided, but these are mostly outlined in the instructions, so it not a surprise. Bring your own shower soap, shampoo, kleenex, lotion--some paper goods provided which would last a few days. The kitchen is FAR better stocked than most, but is missing measuring cups, a good cutting board, and a good spatula for flipping burgers or pancakes, so bring those to be safe. This is the first property I will check when renting again in Tahoe.
