Reminded me of visting with my grandparents as a child. Quaint, warm and comfortable. I would stay again. Bluff City is not a tourist town but plenty of friendly people and beautiful scenery.

Nice place to stay and love the dock to sit on.
After leaving the house every day we came back to a musty smell that I think is the basement, but otherwise wonderful place to stay.

The house was just as advertised. It was clean and beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of cookware. We loved the dock and beautiful view of the lake. It was very convenient to Bristol and Johnson City.

The house and property was just as described. The house was very cozy and clean. The air was not working so we connnected with the owner. She was very nice, even offered to bring us fans. It was after 5pm but someone was out and fixed it the following morning. The deck was so relaxing. We fished and enjoyed the tranquility each day. We most definitely hope to stay here again.

If you are looking for peace and quiet, a good location between Johnson City, Kingsport, Bristol, or Jonesborough. This is your place. Morning coffee on the dock at the lake was amazing. The kids chasing fireflies at night, groceries close by, very comfortable beds, and again peace and quiet. We loved our visit to this property and if we visit the area it will be on our list. The cottage was extremely clean!
Spent time on the dock, fishing a little, with not a whole lot of luck.
Went to diner down the street for breakfast and was very good.
Went to Appalachian Caverns, was excellent! We are going to plan another trip, stay here if possibly and go spelunking.
Overall great place and great time had by all!

Was perfect for two friends fly fishing all day for four days who wanted to cook morning and evening meals. Very clean, comfortable beds, and all the kitchen utensils we needed.

Everything was so easy with the owner. She was quick to respond to us. The cabin is so adorable! The dock, though... spent the days sitting under the shade of the dock fishing and swimming and just relaxing. The local diner has delicious food and the pizza place is not bad. Food is in walking distance. We adored staying here and hope to do it again in the near future. We went up there for Cletus and Friends at Bristol. Other than that, we are homebodies and do not like to get out much. There were plenty of things to do but we did not do any of them. We ate locally and relaxed at the cabin and it was beautiful.

This is a great little cottage for a get away. We enjoyed the location relative to our planned activities. The dock is a nice place to relax at sunset. The nearby diner is a quintessential small town spot and good food. There is a train that runs by day and night and the road in front of the house can be busy, which was the only surprise from a noise standpoint. (The newer windows help reduce the noise though.) It is a place we’d rent again if we are in the area.

PI love this little house.It is so cozy and warm. Ac was great. Everything we needed was right there. This is our second stay here and we will stay here everytime we are in the area. The lake was just so beautiful. There wasn't any water in it last time but believe me if for any reason you don't fine this place perfect believe me the lake will make it perfect for you. Thank you. We totally enjoyed our stay.
PS: if for any reason you would decide to sell the house, please contact me. We are looking for a place down there.

This clean, comfortable, and well appointed cottage was perfect for our stay in Tennessee for a wedding! The amazing yard and two story dock gave us the perfect place to relax away from all the wedding craziness but the cottage location was close enough to the highway for us to get where we needed to go quickly. The beds are so comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. This was a perfect stay!

We stayed for the race. Property is 2.5 miles from the track. Wonderful location for avoiding traffic.
Within 25 minutes of caverns, breweries, distilleries, and dinosaur adventures.
We even found time to enjoy the river and fish for a bit.
Would certainly stay here again.

We came down for Bristol Bash with World of Outlaws. It was away from the bustle of the track but yet close enough to drive every day for the races. Also only a 3 hour drive to Gatlinburg. I loved the dock/deck by the water. Peaceful and quiet-just sounds of nature. Too bad water level was so low, but ya'll can't help that. We will definitely recommend place to friends and family, and may return.

We stayed for the race. Property is 2.5 miles from the track. Wonderful location for avoiding traffic.

I was going to be in town for a 4 day drag race at Bristol Dragway and was originally looking at hotels in Bristol proper. Then I realized I could stay in an entire house for less than a decent hotel, and I am so glad I did. The house was clean, cozy, 3 miles from the dragstrip, walking distance to a pizza place for supper, just down the road from a local diner that had killer breakfast, on a lake with a great view, and even though it was right on a busy street and across from railroad tracks, other than the first night I never heard the train or traffic. I will be back the next time I am in town racing.

I was going to be in town for a 4 day drag race at Bristol Dragway and was originally looking at hotels in Bristol proper. Then I realized I could stay in an entire house for less than a decent hotel, and I am so glad I did. I will be back the next time I am in town racing.
