My family and I enjoyed our stay at this property. We have been vacationing at Hilton Head for years. We utilizes hotels in the past, however this year we wanted to try something different. The property was very tidy, clean, and in an amazing location. Mrs. Lisa did an amazing job with communicating and answering any questions we had. We have plans to utilize this vacation rental again.

We came to HH for a family wedding. My husband and our older boys and a friend. We had plenty of room and the home was very clean and in a peaceful setting. We will definitely go back.

Visited Hilton Head to see our son get married on the beach. The home was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. We found the screened in porch to be delightful. Would stay again and recommend.

Had a really nice time with the family including our 9 month old grandson. All amenities described in the listing were accurate. The property owner made the place very beachy and comfortable. Loved the fact that we had a pool virtually right outside our unit.

Great place to stay. Our party of 5 stayed here and loved it. The fact the my daughters boyfriend who traveled with us had his own upstairs space was perfect. We walked to the beach most mornings. 7 minute walk was spot on. Lisa was great with communication.

Such a close walk to the beach, but pool right outside your condo for the kiddos. Owners were super informative! Great place for families, especially with little ones

We had an excellent stay. Lisa has thought of everything you would need to rent her place. So much information regarding Hilton Head at our fingertips. The condo was perfect and we enjoyed the pool and the beach chairs, wagon and umbrella. I would not hesitate to recommend her place. So close to everything.!

One of the nicer condos we've staid in at Hilton Head. Updated spaces and newer appliances. Kitchen was very well supplied. Walk to beach was as advertised and for older kids or adults would be easy, but was a bit much for our 3yo to walk. Nice pool immediately behind condo. No issues neighbors/noise, seems like good amount of owners as everyone walking their dogs seemed know each other. Great beach vacation spot!

This was a fantastic place to stay. I kind of don’t want to leave a good review because then it’ll be harder to book in the future! The place has an open and airy feeling to it. I appreciate the extra touches, like sample sized shampoo/conditioner in case you forget to bring it. Location is excellent. Easy access to everything. It’s right next to one of the pools on property. And we were able to load up beach supplies (provided by our host!) and walk to the beach, even with the kids. We truly can’t wait to book it again and get another chance to explore the island.

We loved the condo. It had everything we needed and more. The kitchen was beautiful and connected to the living room which was perfect for our kids. The beds were so comfortable. Plenty of towels in the gorgeous bathrooms.

This place was just perfect for our family of four for the Thanksgiving holiday weekend.
Very clean , meticulously and beautifully decorated ; we felt right at home . Perfect location to ride bikes to our friend’s house , beach and coligny . Highly recommend !!

Clean and comfortable just like home. Location was perfect to the beach about 7 minutes. Also close about a 5 minute drive to anything you needed as far as groceries and snacks. So much to do in the area that we will have to come back for more because we couldn't do it all.

The apartment was great for my family. Each of my kids got their own room and bathroom. The apartment was furnished nicely and was very comfortable. The location was a very short walk to the beach, and convenient to restaurants and shopping.

Loved the condo!
My family of 6+ grand daughter stayed in Lisa’s condo in June. The rooms were clean, lots of room, and also the perfect location to go to Coligny beach and the pool was in the back yard. Access to the beach across the street was very convenient with a little one and would recommend this condo for families! Thank you Lisa for being a wonderful host!

Wonderful family vacation!!
The property was just as listed and met ALL of our expectations and then some! Lisa was very easy to get ahold of in the few instances we had questions. The location was great being so close to one of the pools within the condo complex as well as being well located to the beach, restaurants, shopping and other entertainment options! If we are ever to make our way down to Hilton Head again, we wouldn’t even begin to hesitate to book this condo with Lisa!!

Lisa is a great host and very responsive. Right next to the pool which is great for the kids. It's a 10 minute walk to the beach if you can take the shortcut, but if you have a stroller like we do it's best to go to the main entry for the public beach, which is probably 20 minutes. 10/10 would stay again.

Excellent location, delightful condo
The condo was comfortable and well located for first time visitors. We immensely enjoyed our stay. Our daughter and SIL joined us our second week and there was plenty of space and privacy. Thanks for such a delightful stay.

We loved walking to the beach and riding bikes. The property had everything we needed. The weather was a little cool but we were outside every day. Our hosts were easily reachable and we were greeted with a card and some bubbly on arrival! Nice!

The property was perfect - beautiful, clean and having three bedrooms and three bathrooms gave us all our private space. The pool is just steps away, the location was perfect - centrally located for all the golf we did, as well as going out to dinner and getting to the beach. The owner was incredibly responsive and made sure everything was ready for our stay.

We loved the Island!
Lisa is a great Host. Quick to respond and very helpful.
House is clean and updated. It is a second floor condo just keep that in mind if traveling with elders or those that have trouble stair climbing. Also helps if you have older kids so they can help carry luggage/groceries/beach stuff up and down stairs.
Easy walk to quiet beach(not up hill) 10 min
Great location for awesome beaches. Stores/restaurants all within 5-15 min drives.
