The house is very comfortable and well laid out for the three generations we had staying. We were close to everything we needed, markets, restaurants, the beach, and activities. Paul the manager was terrific, responding quickly and also anticipating what we might need. We had a wonderful time.

Eight friends and family stayed 4 nights in this lovely community. We gathered for a 65th birthday, golf, and touring around Monterey and Carmel. The location was a few minutes from many of the famous local courses and is between Carmel and Monterey. It is in a very quiet residential area that is forested. There was tons of room in the house and we never felt crowded. The kitchen is large and contains all of the accessories you would need. The place was clean and the showers were good; the beds were comfortable with good linens. We cooked breakfast in the house and light lunches. We had a Chef's dinner (Chef Jesse McClelland) and the kitchen and tables worked perfectly. For our group, this VRBO was great value in an excellent location. Communication was almost immediate and the check-in and access were easy. Highly recommend.

Our extended family had a lovely time over a long weekend at Allen’s home. We enjoyed the peaceful setting among the trees and the spacious kitchen where we could cook meals together.

Our group enjoyed a wonderful stay at this spacious home. Plenty of room to relax and spread out. We appreciated the privacy and quiet, and being within a few minutes’ drive to Carmel and Monterey. It’s in an exclusive area within the 17-Mile Drive so you’re close to golf courses and breathtaking scenery.

The place was perfect for what we were looking for a larger place with lots of space. The place could use a little TLC and. Handyman. Nothing major wrong the place was super clean and everything was great.

Had a lovely stay with the exception of the two power outages in which I had to rent a room for the night (I use a CPAP).The host (Allen) was very accommodating and agreed to reimburse me for the hotel stays.Paul Jackson was the best caretaker I ‘be ever experienced in renting through VRBO….incredibly attentive and great communicator.

The chateau was clean and comfortable and had 5 bedrooms and was walking distance to the Asilomar where we attended a conference.

This is a wonderful home on a quiet street, just off one of north south main roads through Del Monte Forest. Very close to all three of the Pebble Beach Resorts golf venues.
The house is large and a classic “in the forest” home. It’s clean, nicely furnished. I’d recommend it.

Perfect location between Monterey and Carmel. House was spacious and comfortably slept 10 people (6 adults and kids). Paul the property manager was incredibly responsive to anything that came up, which made out stay even more enjoyable.

We are 5 couples all family and had a fantastic stay. Great kitchen set up and location for walks. Very comfortable accommodations and Allen was very responsive on friendly. We plan to come back here and do this again!

We had a group of 6 golfers stay onsite. This property is well located to all of the courses we were playing as well as having enough beds and rooms that we would all have our privacy.
Location is great. Management is great. We intend to use this property again if it is available at that time.

It was very comfortable and so large that we all had plenty of room to spread out - we could all cook in the kitchen together and had fun playing games at the kitchen table and the other big dining room table. We saw some deer right outside the kitchen window too! Beds were very comfortable - we all slept great. Paul the manager was on top of everything and very nice! The house is perfectly located between Cannery Row and Carmel - everywhere we wanted to be was just a few minutes away. Our group all wants to stay here again in the future! Thanks Paul!! 😊

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It is pretty. It’s close to the sea, golf course, the aquarium , coastal tours, and boat tours. The beds were all very comfortable and there was room for my family birthday celebration. He left nice coffee out for us .The inside could use some renovations. There were some broken items: outside chair, indoor chair, peeling couch & chair, broken handle on the tub and lots of ants.

The house was very clean. The kitchen was well equipped. The manager Paul responded immediately to questions and requests. The property is quiet and located within 20 minutes walking distance to the beach. We will definitely be back.

This is a nice house in a really ideal location. Being close to the Pacific Grove exit of Pebble Beach makes it very convenient (easy access to Monterey, and if there is traffic on the main roads you can get to Carmel by staying within Pebble, plus you can get to a Rite Aid in about 2 minutes). Foosball table was lots of fun, and the beds were comfortable. Property manager is a great guy too.

Spacious, comfortable home for three families. Large kitchen and dining spaces for feeding our group of nine. The house was built in the late 1980s and its interior, although well-kept, reflects the age.
The manager Paul is very friendly, responsive and helpful. He even went out and bought a new coffee maker when I mentioned that the existing one wasn’t adequate.

My children and grandchildren really enjoyed staying at this home. There was plenty of space for all of us, the beds were very comfortable, and it’s a great location! This hone is definitely on my list for future stays!!!!

Perfectly suited for any golf trip. By adding the apartment, we managed to fit eight of us comfortably. Nice location near golf and eating establishments. Peaceful. Relaxing. Quiet. Trip was three years in planning, then delayed by pandemic. The house -- with Paul available to assist with anything -- was certainly worth the wait. Great trip. Great accommodations. Book it. The Chatue was large and comfortable. Kitchen is large and well stocked, the beds were extremely comfortable. We saw deer and you can walk to the ocean. Great stay and Paul the host went above and beyond.

This property met all of our diverse needs as gathering place for our family reunion. We did not eat any meals out and the kitchen was perfect for preparing food and hanging out. The layout was generous yet cozy. The beds were very comfy. We loved our stay and would definitely stay in the future!
