Abbiamo costruito questa splendida casa 4.000 sq-ft da zero nel 2013, con due cose in mente: lusso e comfort!

Qui potrete trovare tutte le finiture di alta qualità, elettrodomestici, mobili e servizi. Godetevi una lunga 40 piedi, nuovo salina riscaldata piscina e costruito in una vasca idromassaggio. Godetevi aree esterne a sdraio, 12 persone tavolo esterno in teak, e campo da bocce. Per i bambini, ci sono infinite attività, tra cui piscina riscaldata, parco giochi all'aperto (altalene, pertiche, ecc), tavolo da ping pong, mountain bike e molto altro ancora.

Questa è la posizione perfetta nel paese del vino. Questa casa si trova a 2 km a est di Piazza Sonoma. Si ha accesso a tutte le aziende vinicole di alta qualità, la maggior parte di loro a piedi. Overall, the house was very nice and very clean. We really enjoyed the location of each of the bedrooms inside the main house. We were very appreciative of the Keurig Cups that were available for use. In addition, the rental owner was very easy & quick to communicate with. However, there were a few comments that I would like to bring up related to the house. The first was the notice about the "very fragile" septic tank. I understand not everything has to be in the description for a house but I believe we should have been made aware of the fragility of the septic tank system prior to booking. This issue was a big inconvenience to all guests staying at the house. A possible solution to this issue would be to install a bidet in each toilet. Next, the family that stayed out in the guest house was disappointed by their bedroom. They had an eliptical sitting next to their bed that took up half of their room, there was a draft coming in from the door next to the toilet, there were no outlets or nightstands near the bed, and they were unable to use the television due to it being slow & the remote not working completely. Lastly, I believe that we should have been provided log in information for the streaming services that were used on the different televisions. This is because with exception to the television in the family room, none of the other televisions in the main house or guest house had access to even basic cable & required accounts for the streaming services.

My family and I booked a stay in December, the property was incredible and we had a lovely visit. The house, pool, and hottub are all lovely. It was cold so we didnt use the pool, but the hottub worked great. All other amenities in the house were good. The house is in a quiet neighborhood so you have to be mindful of noise, but we didnt have any issues. The host was very communicative and helpful, we really enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend this property.

We took this trip for our 30th Anniversary with 4 other couples. The property was perfect for hosting this many people, and our whole group loved the house. It is in a great location to visit both Napa Valley and Sonoma Valley wineries. The property is well maintained and managed. All in all it is an excellent place to stay. I would definitely stay there again. A big plus are the super comfortable beds. If you are traveling to the area with a larger group, I would definitely recommend staying here.

We thoroughly enjoyed our almost two weeks at this great house/property! The house is great. The backyard is an oasis.... pool, hot tub, large table, grill, lounge chairs, covered area with great outdoor sofa/chairs (great place to read/relax), and beautiful landscaping/trees. Owner was great with communication, and the local manager was so helpful and great to work with. We had a family from ages 4 to 88. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time as an extended family staying at this property. The house and grounds are updated and nicely maintained. Nice layout for a large group. Very close to the Sonoma town square and walking distance to a cute wine/deli/coffee shop. Bora was an excellent host, pleasant and prompt communication.

I had my bachelorette here and it was the perfect property! There was a lot of communal space in the house, and everyone had a comfortable bed to sleep in. The backyard is definitely what makes this house so special! The outdoor space is beautiful and really well-maintained. I would absolutely stay here again, it was perfect for a big group.

We didn't stay at this property. We were changed to a different and less desirable property because of plumbing problems. The property we were changed to had it's own septic plumbing problems, plus the built-in microwave did not work, the substitute micro was too small, the dishwasher was broken, all the dishes in the cupboards were dirty when we arrived and needed to be re-washed by hand, the dryer had to be run twice to dry a small load of clothes, the master bed door couldn't be locked or even would not stay closed, the overhead chandelier lights in the dining room could not be turned on because they super heated the wall switch which was a fire hazard, the walls were thin and you could hear what everyone in their bedrooms were doing, except for a couple of bedrooms the others were not suited for adults, the exterior lights did not work and you couldn't see to BBQ. The large back yard was not taken care of and was a landscape mess. We received no support or compromise from the host who was difficult to receive an adequate response from.

The home was spacious and comfortable. But we especially loved the outdoors. There are lots of trees and even a vegetable garden. The pool was clean and picturesque. Great place to stay with kids (although note that there is only one tub). Will definitely stay again.

What a perfect get away. We selected this spot to celebrate our very special 50th wedding anniversary and 70th birthdays with our kids and grand children. The house is exactly as represented and is a special place indeed. While not far from our homes it felt like we were in paradise. The house accommodated all of our needs. Located close to Sonoma Square so an easy run to town when needed. Located on a very quite street in an absolutely lovely area, the overall setting was wonderful. The yard was an absolute highlight! The pool (no need for supplemental heating in the summer) accommodated the entire flotilla of water toys and the spa and adjacent bocce were used extensively by all. The pool pavilion, outdoor dining and the mature garden and fruit trees provided the perfect backdrop for every activity. One of our most memorable getaways and celebrations ever.

What a beautiful property! It was the perfect place for 10 girlfriends to come together. The backyard is an oasis!! We enjoyed everything about this property. The house is very comfortable. It has a well-stocked kitchen and we loved the open floor plan. Bora is a wonderful host. We would definitely stay here again!

The property was in a beautiful location. It was very clean and had a super kitchen. The bathrooms were spacious and the backyard was amazing. We enjoyed the pool and spa and it was warmed from the cover over the pool so we did to heat the pool. We had a super time inside and outside of this beautiful property.

We loved our stay in this beautiful Sonoma home. The location is perfect--close but not too close to the center plaza. The grounds are lovely and very well-maintained. Our toddler was able to pick and eat a perfect fuyu persimmon from the lovely tree on the grounds, which was a special treat. With special arrangements we were able to enjoy the terrific swimming pool in addition to the spa, even though the weather was quite cool. The house was beautiful and very comfortable for our multigenerational family group of 8, with plenty of privacy for all. We especially enjoyed cooking some great meals in the well-equipped kitchen. The owner and the manager were very available and responsive to the few requests we had. Highly recommend, and hope we can return!

Lovely house surrounded by beautiful grounds in a great location close to wineries and the Sonoma Square. Plenty of room for 8 friends to hang out and enjoy all Sonoma has to offer. The floors and bathroom rugs were a little dirty but all in all a great time was had by all.

We loved absolutely everything with exception of the neighborhood's clear objection to rentals and vacationers. This did not adversely impact our stay, with minor exception of fear of eviction come 10pm each night. Excellent back yard and plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Loved that there were some basic supplies provided (spices, shampoo, soaps, laundry, dishes, etc..). We will come back for sure (if you'll have us).

This was a wonderful property for an extended family stay, including grade school children. We enjoyed the expansive backyard recreational space in sunny Sonoma. As San Francisco residents, our priority was relaxing and spending time together as a family as opposed to going to wineries. This property was ideal for us, as our children enjoyed swimming, using the swingset, playing ping-pong, and eating outdoors. The proximity to downtown Sonoma was very convenient for quick runs to the gourmet market and to restaurants for food pick-up. Perfect for our needs!

Our group of 8 girlfriends celebrating a 50th birthday really enjoyed the property. We walked in the mornings in the beautiful neighborhood. Perfect location to wineries. It wasn’t quite warm enough to enjoy the pool but we loved using the hot tub. The outdoor dining area was perfect for a group dinner. Definitely recommend.

We absolutely LOVED staying at Bora’s beautiful house in Sonoma. Bora was a great host, and was very accommodating when we had to rebook the trip due to Covid-19. The house is gorgeous, with a huge backyard with beautiful landscaping. We sat out by the pool and on the outdoor couches every morning, enjoying the sun and coffee. The location is perfect, minutes away from the city center of Sonoma. The Sonoma wineries were 20-30 minutes away, and the Napa wineries were a little farther, around 40-50 minutes away. Perfect location if you plan on visiting both! The house was clean, well equipped in the kitchen, and had plenty of beds (we were a group of 10). Overall, an amazing experience. Thank you Bora!

This property is great for a group of families, and excellent for kids. The pool has a nice shallow space, and the attached hot tub enables easy watching. Kitchen is reasonably well stocked. Bathrooms and kitchen are well updated, as are the TVs and entertainment. Great spots for communal dining with large indoor and outdoor tables. Only surprise was that the firepit and trampoline couldn't be used (maybe we missed this in the listing) and it would have been nice to play outdoor music but we didn't given that it seems the neighbors can be finicky. Really enjoyed the surrounding neighborhood and daily walks to Sonoma's Best for coffee!

Beautiful property. The pool and spa were perfect. The location was close to Sonoma town square. The beds were super comfortable. The outdoor dining and play area were very clean. Well-stocked kitchen. Bora was quick in replying to my emails, and was very understanding with our last-minute request. Can't wait to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. The house had everything we needed and was immaculately clean. We were lucky enough with the weather to be able to spend a lot of time outside enjoying the backyard. The pool and the hot tub were definitely our favorite part. There were 8 of us staying and the house comfortably fit us all with room to spare. With the noise restrictions this house would not be suitable for those who party hard, but for a low-key getaway it is perfect.

The property was perfect for our group of 12 girls. We were able to utilize most of the outdoor amenities even though it rained the majority of the time we were there. The heated pool was used as soon as the rain let up, totally worth it. The community wooden table was our favorite spot in the house. We ended up staying in and cooking ourselves during our stay so we enjoyed being able to dine all together in the open dining area. Bed rooms were nice, the mattresses might need an update soon but other than that it was a place to rest after a long day. There were very strict rules about noise which we understood as Sonoma noise ordinance after 10 pm a complied with. There was a request that we not play music outdoor anytime during the day but we when we did have music it was from a little portable speak or a phone which didn't seem to bother anyone around us. We did our best to keep the sound down but it's a little difficult with a group of 12 girls....hopefully we didn't bother any of the neighbors. I was contacted by Sheeva and she was very helpful during our stay. We loved the fresh weather and natural scene of the wine country. It was a nice getaway from our concrete jungle city life. Thank you for opening up your beautiful home to us!

My family came to visit from Missouri (5 adults and 4 kids between the ages of 3 and 9) and we had an absolutely wonderful time staying at this house! Everything was clean and easy to use; there was ample space for all of us. We had an amazing timing hanging out in the pool and spa and grilling. Because of the pandemic we spent most of our time at the house and we really couldn’t have found any house more perfect! We really appreciated the host’s detailed instructions too - they made things super easy on us! We hope to be back soon!

This property was perfect for us to celebrate my wife's bday. We were 12 of us and had rented this property for 3 nights. The property was exactly as listed on the site - very clean, upgraded amenities, gourmet kitchen, great pool and hot tub. Bora and property managers took good care of us were very prompt in their response. The only complain I have is with regards to outdoor noise. Despite not playing any music during the day, we received complaints from the neighbors that the music was very loud. The only noise was a bunch of us doing regular talking by the poolside. The neighbors seem overly sensitive to any noise. Please consider this when you are planning your stay here.

I had a small group getting together for a wine country weekend. We had a different property reserved, but because of planned power outages during fire season, I needed to find another property the day before check in. Luckily I came across this listing, which also was affected by the power outages, but miraculously had a generator. Bora was incredibly helpful and responsive during my panicked, last-minute search. The property was so gorgeous and was the perfect setting for our group. So much space to enjoy and relax, it was the perfect weekend.

The place is wonderful. A perfect and serene getaway from big city life. The landlord was quite responsive to any problems, and he had a grounds-keeper/handyman to help. Wished there wasn't the house rule of "no music outside at anytime," but I think it has a lot to do with grumbly neighbors. Otherwise, I would love to rent again, and hope to make it an annual vacation spot.

Very comfortable and tastefully furnished house. Spectacular outdoor space. Particularly loved dining under the grape arbor and of course the pool and its cabana. My three year old grandson spent all day in the pool making up all sorts of magical and fantasy stories. Thank you for a great family vacation

We had such a wonderful time staying at this stunning property! We had a group of 12 people that stayed here for four nights and it could not have been more perfect. The house was exactly as shown online and was very close to Sonoma Square which is great when running into town for groceries, etc. There are also a couple of really beautiful wineries nearby! Lastly, Bora left very detailed instructions and was extremely helpful with any questions we had! I would definitely recommend staying here! Thank you Bora for letting us rent your gorgeous home!

We just stayed at the house and had a wonderful time. The home is well kept, well laid out and has a breathtaking backyard! While the pics on the site are nice, seeing the home in person is even better. The owner was super easy to work with and I'd highly recommend the property. The property was pretty amazing. We were 9 women meeting in Sonoma to celebrate our 40th birthdays. We nicknamed this place "the princess palace". The kitchen, living room, dining room lived up to it's nickname. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms were great for such an large group. The place was fully stocked in terms of linens and odds and ends. The backyard was amazing, though unfortunately the pool was a little cold, but it was the end of September, the hot tub was great. The only negative was that the beds ranged in comfort from OK to pretty uncomfortable. Also, the septic system was apparently quite sensitive (not that we had any problems) and we were asked to use only one square of toilet paper at a time - we managed by using the garbage cans for the toilet paper. I would definitely recommend staying here. The location was great - just a 7minute drive to Sonoma Square.

This house and its grounds are absolutely gorgeous...the photos, while accurate, barely do it justice. Our group included 6 couples and beyond the beauty of the property, we all felt like we had plenty of space and were never on top of each other. Its proximity to downtown Sonoma made everything from grocery shopping to dining very convenient. Any time we're headed back to wine country we'll definitely have this home as the first choice on our list.

This property was an incredible find in Sonoma. We had a group of 9 people sharing the house over the Labor Day Weekend and there was something for everyone. The pool and hot tub were perfect after a long day of wine tasting. The gourmet kitchen was ideal for cooking meals, along with the gas grill in the yard, and an outdoor dining table. The property had numerous fruit trees and gardens that were fun to explore. The bocce ball court and pingpong table gave those with a competitive drive an outlet for all the excess energy. The home is located about 3 miles from the town center, so it makes for a nice walk or run, with a few wineries also within walking distance of the house. The bedrooms worked fine for our group, since we had a mix of singles and couples, with some of the friends being closer than others. The main house had 4 bedrooms and a office that had a sleeper sofa. We ended up moving a mattress into that room, to make it a bit more comfortable for that person, but it work out fine. As a bedroom to bathroom ratio, using this bonus room as a bedroom, also meant that we needed to share a bathroom. Not a problem for out group, just something to be noted. The room outside worked fine for the couple staying there, but they were slightly disconnected from the rest of the group. I would recommend this property to anyone considering staying near downtown Sonoma.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this beautiful Sonoma property. The backyard gets 5 stars for the perfect barbecue gathering place. We learned how to play bocce ball, the kids loved the pool and ping pong, and we sat by the fire pit in the evening making smores. Absolutely delightful. We also brought bikes and enjoyed the many bike trails throughout Sonoma. Thank you, it was a pleasure.

We had an incredible time in Sonoma. This house is absolutely perfect. We had 8 adults and had more room than we needed. The great-room and kitchen area are perfect for evening dinners (We hired a private chef one night and it was amazing!) The back yard is enormous! We definitely took advantage of the outside features (bocce, hot tub, and fire pit). Overall a fantastic vacation and spectacular home! I would highly recommend it.
