Questa deliziosa struttura rinnovata con 3 camere da letto si trova al confine tra Rye e Blairgowrie e dista solo 400 metri dalla Tyrone Foreshore.
La struttura dispone di pavimenti lucidati, un enorme sistema di riscaldamento / aria condizionata a sistema diviso e un coonara in legno, se necessario.
In una delle camere da letto c'è un divano, una TV e un lettore DVD che crea un rifugio per bambini. C'è un bagno con doccia e vasca e una lavanderia con servizi igienici separati. La proprietà si trova in una corte orientata alla famiglia ed è completamente recintata. Il ponte esterno è eccezionale per rilassarsi e godersi un barbecue con amici e familiari.
La struttura può facilmente ospitare 2 auto e c'è spazio per una barca o moto d'acqua.
Nota bene: gli ospiti devono fornire la propria biancheria, compresi lenzuola, federe, coperte doona, asciugamani, tappetini da bagno e strofinacci o un servizio di biancheria su richiesta.

We love staying at Retro Ryegowrie. It is a basic beach shack set up but is clean and comfortable and in a great location. The yard is great for the dogs (however we do tie them up when going out as they can get out) and the front deck is lovely spot to sit and enjoy the sun.

We absolutely loved this house! It was very well stocked with kitchen supplies! The indoor fireplace made the house so cozy! The AC unit also worked great. The rooms were very spacious and it was great having a washing machine. Massive back yard and great front deck to have a bbq! The beach was only a short walk away. Communication with the host was easy and very responsive. We packed tea towels and a bath mat but the house had this. I would definitely book again!

he property description accurate regarding the The location is excellent so close to beach and shops, layout and amenities are as described all bedrooms are large. The front and back yards are huge in a quiet court.The property was clean and well-maintained in an old school beachy way.Michelle provided excellent customer service!
