Questo affascinante cottage ha una vista incredibile con un grande ponte seduto sulle dune, con vista sull'Oceano Atlantico. Niente passerella lunga per la spiaggia ... basta entrare nella sabbia dal ponte. Immergiti nella bellezza della creazione di Dio mentre respira le immagini e i suoni delle onde.
Lascia che la bellissima alba ti avvolga mentre sorseggi il tuo caffè mattutino. Di sera, dopo una passeggiata lungo la spiaggia, stendi una coperta e osserva le stelle mentre le onde schizzano accanto a te. Ringiovanisce il tuo corpo e la tua anima!
Questo è un rifugio speciale. La chiamiamo la nostra isola Oasis. Abbiamo trascorso molte vacanze qui e speriamo che lo troverai invitante come noi.
Abbiamo scoperto che, indipendentemente da dove viaggiamo, desideriamo la nostra oasi dell'isola. Per tutti gli anni che abbiamo trascorso qui, continuiamo a scoprire cose nuove ed eccitanti da fare.
Dalle passeggiate in carrozza trainata da cavalli lungo le strade di ciottoli del centro di Fernandina alle escursioni in segway attraverso i parchi nazionali alle gite di un giorno allo zoo di Jacksonville o Cumberland Island, ci sono molte attività per tenervi occupati. Sembra solo di scoprire che preferiamo tornare al Little Cottage in the Dunes.
Prossimamente per HOMEAWAY e VRBO: stiamo finendo gli ultimi dettagli di 2 nuove unità che abbiamo completamente rinnovato: Blue’s Bungalow e The Happy Place. Uno sarà il cane di piccola taglia! Chiama per maggiori informazioni:

First time to Fernandina Beach and absolutely loved it! Amy’s beachfront house was absolutely perfect! Gorgeous sunrises and long walks on the beach. Everything within 2 miles if you want to venture out. Would definitely recommend!

We have stayed here twice in the past and loved it. This time, there were some problems with appliances. It's still a very special place.

This was the perfect house for our family. It was situated right on the beach with a big deck to look at the beautiful ocean! We could walk to a few restaurants and it’s a quick drive to the downtown area. We loved it here!

Cute and comfy beach cottage right on the beach! No wagon needed! I love being that close to the sand. And if you don’t want sandy toes, there is a nice, roomy deck where you still feel like you’re right by the ocean. The beach isn’t crowded and I love the quietness of it all. Takes less than a minute to get back to your chair from the cottage. Great location and the host is extremely responsive and helpful! And the beach chairs provided are perfect. I’ve been to places where owners won’t leave the “good chairs” but this host wants you comfortable and happy! Although it’s one bath, it’s a roomy updated one!
Bed is comfortable! Check in and out was a breeze. We even had a tiny glitch with the Keurig and the owner sent her housekeeper to the rescue… I wasn’t even needing it that soon but it’s nice to know they go above and beyond.
I can’t wait to go back and soak it all in again!

What’s not to love? The cottage is right on the beach with a beautiful view of sunrise and the ocean. Amy keeps the cottage up to date, clean and stocked with everything we needed. We have already booked for next year.

This was our fourth time to stay at the little blue house and we had a wonderful time as always. The house is in the perfect location, right on the beach and just minutes from downtown Fernandina. We can't wait to go back!

Absolutely perfect in every way! We left home in a snowstorm and landed in paradise. This cottage is truly a seaside gem! Amy made sure nothing was lacking. There is no doubt we will return!

Great location right on the beach! The house was very clean when we arrived ..having coffee on the deck waking up to the waves .. The house was well equipped including top appliances. Amy puts a lot of extras in the home as well ! The whole experience was wonderful! Thank you Amy !

Searched a while to find the right fit for my needs during this weekend get-away. I sought peace, quiet, rest and relaxation - all spots were hit. Glorious sunrises, birdsong, and lapping waves provided much needed tranquility. This lovely cottage would work for many other purposes as well. It’s clean, well laid out especially for a relatively small footprint. Also thoughtfully stocked and cheerfully decorated. I came on my own but can see how families would do well here too. Check-in and out went smoothly and efficiently due to excellent communication. This little slice of heaven has all that one could want from a vacation home - away from home. Leaving restored, grateful and hoping to return in not-too-distant future!

This beach cottage is a true gem! The location is fantastic and the views are dreamy! The cottage itself is very comfortable and well equipped.

This attractive old style Florida cottage is located beachfront with a comfortable deck that extends out into the dunes just yards from the high tide line. The sunrises each morning we’re spectacular. The cottage is within walking distance to Main Beach and the restaurants located there as well as walking distance to Egan’s Creek Greenway and the entrance to Fort Clinch State Park. The property is clean and well maintained and the owner, Amy, is very helpful and attentive. We’re already planning a return visit.

This is my second visit to this property. Amy is absolutely wonderful. My self and sister-in-laws rented the property, Ian happened to visit. Amy called, sent Larry, called neighbors and offered another house.
We have fallen in love with this property and Amy.

Cottage was spotless and well stocked. Furniture and beds were very comfortable. Attractive decor. Easy access to the beach. The host was very responsive and accommodating. The star of the show was the fabulous view! We have already booked for another stay.

Cozy cute and right on the beach. We absolutely loved getting up having coffee and watching the sunrise on the deck. The cottage has everything you need! Spent our days shelling, reading , on the beach. And movies in the evening. Double rainbows three evenings in a row! Absolutely beautiful!

The cottage was wonderful. It is so close to the ocean that it sits on the dunes. The view of the ocean from the front room and the deck is so calming and relaxing. The cottage was just the right size for we three sisters. Well decorated and very clean.

We have been renting from VRBO places by the ocean, but this is the very best place ever! The owner was extremely responsive, the house in tip top shape and extremely well stocked. The location could not be better. On our second night there, there was a beautiful rainbow over the house, a very good omen. My only hesitation for this review comes from thinking--selfishly--that I want to go back again and again to Amy's Blue cabin by the sea and don't want to learn that it is booked until the 12th of never.

We have been renting from VRBO places by the ocean, but this is the very best place ever! The owner was extremely responsive, the house in tip top shape and extremely well stocked. The location could not be better. On our second night there, there was a beautiful rainbow over the house, a very good omen.
