Questa bella casa è stata costruita nel 1982 su 60 acri di proprietà in collina sopra la forcella sud del fiume Yuba, nello storico paese d'oro madre Lode nel nord della California. È a soli 20 minuti dalle città storiche di Grass Valley e Nevada City. L'interno presenta un soffitto della cattedrale alto venti piedi, con tre camere da letto che possono ospitare fino a sette e due bagni completi al piano superiore. Comprende una cucina completamente attrezzata, una griglia a gas all'aperto, una vasca idromassaggio e una piscina. L'accesso a Internet a banda larga è incluso. L'ampio ponte all'aperto offre una vista sul Lago Engelbright, che è alimentato dallo Yuba. I nostri custodi, Matt e Vanessa Wich, sono disponibili a fornire qualsiasi aiuto e informazione di cui potreste aver bisogno.

This home is magical, our group rented this beautiful spot for a long weekend getaway and we were all taken back by the beauty of the home and the surrounding area. The hosts were extremely helpful and responsive. The pool and hot tub were extraordinary. Even the surrounding river spots, grocery stores, and overall vibe of Penn Valley exceeded all our expectations. We can not wait to come back the next chance we get. Thank you again!

I am a returning guest to this lovely home, and hope to continue coming back in future years! The location and backyard just can’t be beat. Even though the hot tub was down, the pool and close distance to the Yuba River, as well as the peaceful and beautiful outdoor area as a whole, were enough to enjoy. Check-in was a breeze, and the home was nice and clean. AC worked well also. The hosts were very responsive, and communication was easy and straightforward. Thank you again to Dave and Nacala!
