Abbiamo recentemente acquistato e completamente ridipinto e decorato questa casa. Le aree aperte di questa casa sono grandi caratteristiche così come il balcone al piano superiore. È il massimo del relax. Dalla spaziosa piscina riscaldata lanai al molo direttamente su un ampio canale diretto sull'acqua che non vorrai più lasciare. Versati da bere e siediti sul molo e osserva il delfino, il lamantino e il tarpone. Quasi l'intero lato sud-est della casa si apre alla vista più spettacolare che si possa immaginare.
Una volta dentro casa goditi l'ampia cucina con tutto il necessario per preparare un fantastico pasto a base di pesce. La zona giorno è aperta anche con una console TV per un'atmosfera aggiuntiva con una grande TV a schermo piatto. La camera da letto principale è arredata con un letto king size TV a schermo piatto e accesso al lanai. Il bagno principale ha una sua e sua vanità con una doccia che ha diversi soffioni. Il piano superiore ha la sua grande sala e TV a schermo piatto. Questa grande camera ha accesso al balcone con vista sulla piscina e lanai inferiore. Tutte le camere hanno il bagno privato.
Attraversando il ponte per Marco, ti chiediamo di lasciarti alle spalle tutte le preoccupazioni. L'isola ha qualcosa per tutti. Per il pescatore noleggiare una barca per la pesca d'altura. O prendere il traghetto per Key West per una giornata di divertimento. Le spiagge offrono grandi bombardamenti, bagni di sole o divertimento nell'oceano. A pochi passi da casa c'è il negozio di alimentari, la farmacia e tutte le comodità di casa.

This was a great place for our family to stay. There was plenty of room and bathrooms for each bedroom. The pool and lanai were perfect for relaxing. We had small children in our group and appreciated the fencing around the pool. We all enjoyed seeing sting rays, dolphins and manatees in the canal. The large kitchen is well equipped. The house is just three blocks from a Publix grocery store and an easy drive to beaches and restaurants. We would certainly recommend this home for others.

Large home, well equipped, and the upstairs bedrooms were surprisingly quiet--couldn't hear the early risers downstairs at all! The heated pool was the big attraction: even though it's small, it was perfect for the kids, even when the outside temp was in the mid-60s. The upstairs family room and outdoor spaces including upper deck/balcony were nice spots to chill. Walking distance to Publix and Walgreens. Some of the beds could use newer mattresses and linens, but overall, the home was as advertised.

Spacious home with room for all to gather or have privacy. We had a reunion of 4 families and the floor plan worked well for us. Great outdoor area with pool and nice view! Kitchen was well equipped to make meals. Very nice location, minutes to the beach, restaurants and shops. Property manager and owner were quick to respond to our concerns.

The 5 bed/5 bath was perfect for our group. The kitchen was updated, but only had 1 large skillet. Thank goodness Publix was right around the corner.
The photos and description of the house were accurate. We knew the owner’s boat would be on the lift, but it almost completely blocked the water view. Finally, while we knew the spa was set to 87 degrees, it would have been nice to enjoy a relaxing hot tub on those cool nights.

We really enjoyed our trip to Marco Island. The home was great. Great location, very spacious with plenty of room for 8 people. Property manager was great to work with. Hope to return again.

Awesome Home for Large Family Group
This property was perfect for our group of 3 families! Lots of space to spread out, with individual bedrooms and bathrooms throughout. We had 8 people in the house and it was excellent. Great location for anything you need or want to do. The house was very clean and accommodated are family very well. Don Williames the property manager was exceptional. He got back to us with any questions and concerns we had immediately.

Place is wonderful and easy to recommend. A few issues the owner needs to address are: 1) the barbecue is a relic and is overdue for replacement; 2) pool heater worked on 1 of our 7 days only, despite daily attempts by the property manager to fix; 3) multiple TV sets in residence but cable service seems to only allow one in use at a time; and 4) some of the hot tub jets are broken such that they spray out of the tub onto the surround walkway, thus pulling the tub and pool water levels down. Fix those items and the place would be marvellous!

The facility was perfect for the size of group that we had disappointed at the hot tub was not able to be used and also it does state that there is a garage but you're not able to use it to park your vehicles..... It's unfortunate they don't allow late checkouts other than that we would probably stay there again just needs a little bit of updating.

This was our first time at Marco Island and the area was, as expected, beautiful! The home was very spacious for our 3 children, their spouses and our 4 granchildren. We enjoyed the convenience of the pool and dock and loved spying dolphin and alligators in the canal. The beach was only 5 minutes by car and the area is free of traffic. I loved the master bath and open living spaces.
There were some negatives that future vacationers need to be made aware of.
We were surprised with having to pay to go to the beach - a first for us. If you have young children, don't even bother to go to tigertail beach as the walk is too far from where you park. South Beach was not overly crowded and we could use the same parking pass all day.
The house definitely needs some TLC from the owners - The kitchen lacked many of the basics - working toaster, cookie sheets, can opener, coffee mugs (we bought 6 mugs and a can opener and just left them there). The master bedroom door lock was broken ( my husband bought new hardware and fixed it). Knobs were missing from very expensive but now shabby furniture. The pool area has a nicer table pictured than what is actually there. There is another wrought iron table and chairs that should be discarded, as it was covered in rust. The deck/ pool areas needs new furniture. Finally, we expected an occasional bug, but we did not expect the ants that had infested the master bath and kitchen. Overall our stay was okay but we have stayed in better maintained vacation homes. The property manager was available and responded promptly to our needs. We were disappointed that our property was not ready for us until after 5pm.

Had a couple drinks listening to the music and DANCED ALL EVENING! Even our teenage kids had a blast dancing there. It was our best vacation yet! Highly recommended

Some people didn't love their pillows. The chairs around the dining room table could have been more comfy for long dinners and playing games. But those tiny downsides were offset by Dailey dolphin views out of the back windows, the closeness to so many lovely restaurants and convenience to shops and and to the great public beach. We loved the availability of beach chairs and an umbrella. We thoroughly enjoyed the comfort of the space overall. We would go back for sure!

Vacation Get Away on Marco Island
The home was beautiful and accommodating to my family. The location was excellent for dining out and entertaining. However, the hot tub did not work and pool maintenance never showed after calling property mir. We had to throw food away due to an abundance of ants and roaches in master closet and bathroom. We purchased spray which helped but, did not alleviate the problem. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. Thank you

Beautiful property! Perfect for a relaxing stay
We were 2 families of 5 looking to relax after a hectic week in Orlando and the property was perfect for this!!! Good location near amenities and a short drive to beach. The pool was ample size for 6 children (and the odd adult!) - the hot tub was a little pointless as it wasn’t hot with minimal jets but it wasn’t a big loss!! The house was immaculately clean and the kitchen very well stocked with all you could ever need to self cater. We had a fantastic time and would love to come back!!

All the right spaces!
We loved our stay at the house. What I enjoyed the most was that every bedroom had its own bathroom. The pool and the view are stunning. We even were lucky to have 3 dolphins and a mommy manatee with her baby on the bay during the entire week. The kitchen needs a better set of pots and pans and a good cleaning. Overall, the house is a 9 out of 10. Thank you for sharing this beautiful home.

Great size but lacking in quality
The house layout is great and was perfect for our large family group. But we were disappointed in the overall quality. Everything is worn, the carpet was vacuumed but had stains all over it. Several lights did not work, the fan in one bedroom did not work. Some beds were creaky and had old mattresses and pillows that were not comfortable. The supplies were very lacking. All that was provided was a mini bar of soap and one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, which did not last long. We had to purchase TP, soap, Kleenex, paper towels, napkins, dish soap, dish sponge, trash bags, laundry detergent, etc. Would have been nice to have a small kit of items. There were lots of random items in kitchen but not enough of what we actually needed, like spoons/bowls/pots. A dishwasher was there but we had to wash things after eating anyway to have enough for the next meal. The house is in a good location looking out onto a nice, wide, calm inter coastal waterway. There are plenty of towels, and lots of space. It just lacked the little details that would have made our stay more comfortable. We do not expect much but with the price we pay for a home that sleeps so many, we expected a bit more attention to those little details.

Beautiful house in awesome waterfront neighborhood.
The owners are wonderful to work with. Would suggest replacing ripped sheets and some of the kitchen items that have seen better days. Loved that every bedroom had its own bath and second living area upstairs for the kids.

We booked this house not knowing anything about Marco Island. It was a super location. Awesome quiet cove. The sun shines on the pool all day. Actually liked it better without the lanai. Would definitely come back.

Gorgeous, luxurious home!
This home exceeded our expectations! Great location. Great layout. The home was spotless. We were a party of 10 and never felt crowded. The pool, views, decks.....everything, were great. Easy to get to all beaches and shopping. This was our second time visiting Marco Island and will be the only home we will stay at on future visits!!
