Amenities have extreme guidelines, if you don't find a shop that carry googles or a swim cap you may not use pool. Price increase by more than double when added 3 people to list. Originally booked for 3 but after notice that it fits up to 10 I asked to have person amount changed. The owner didn't answer until after I was not able to cancel. I was charge +double with outing authorization. Booking reps, were great trying to help me with this situation. 3dayof back and forth talking to owner about this finally I told them to cancel it. When they booking contact me they let me know I could cancel but it had a fee. Fee was the FULL amount of the apartment stay. Decided to stay since my $1100 us dollars was already removed from my account. Please be aware and plan accordingly with cancelations. NO FOOD NO MAID SERVICE...Paid a extra fee of 1000 peso to have a clean in between week

This is an amazing apartment, sleek, clean, modern, comfortable with great views and a fantastic pool.

It’s spacious and well equipped and close to the attractions of Mexico City. The pool is amazing

DO NOT STAY HERE - HOST IS RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL We were looking to rent a house that fit 7 people (2 would arrive on a Wed and the remainder of the party on Thurs). I’m not sure when the details were lost on the host but she advised security to only allow 2 people access. We had 2 friends from Mexico City that came to meet the first 2 members of the group so they came upstairs while they 2 dropped off their luggage and got ready to go have lunch. The host seemed to take issue with visitors even after being advised that they were not spending the night and we were well aware of the NO PARTY rule. They may have waited about an hour while they showered after a 5.5 hour flight. I’m not sure why she took issue because the 2 friends did not spend the night, they actually have a residence in Mexico City, not too far from the apartment. The following day, 3 of the remaining 5 arrived at 8 am (they took a red eye flight and did not sleep) and they were not allowed access to the apartment. The host claimed that the building security and Booking.com would not allow them until we called Booking.com directly to provide the names of all the persons that would be staying in the room. Yet Booking told us to have host call them. Security advised us that they did not make any decisions on who could access the rooms, only took instruction from the apartment owner. The owner told us the opposite, that she had no issue with us being in the room and that it was building security not allowing us. We asked if we could sort this out in the apartment because some of us were tired from flying all night and she insisted that building security would not allow it – clearly under her instruction. There was a lot of misinformation being communicated from the host to us and to the building security. In addition, she had US contact booking,com (which is not an easy feat on the 4th of July) and provide the names of all the people staying in the room. They were very apologetic.

We were notified of a significant rate increase (the price was now double the original price quoted) but at 930 am, after flying all night, we just wanted to take a nap. All this took about an hour and a half to resolve. We were made to feel like criminals trying to sneak additional people into an apartment, which is utterly ridiculous at least at our age (we average in our 40s). In addition to this nightmare, the host sent multiple emails on the day prior to arrival, with complete disregard to my workday. Incessant contact to the point I wanted to cancel reservation altogether. I finally advised that I was working and could not respond to all 8 emails she sent. The apartment is nice and roomy but it was all overshadowed by the host’s lack of professionalism. The apartment was certainly roomy but the showers don’t have a divider so the water runs into the section where the toilet is. The amenities are minimal at best (there was a coffee maker but no toaster and no pans). The washer/dryer combination was difficult to use and it took 2 hours for 1 load and it came out still soaking wet. 2 of the 3 bedrooms have a wall that doesn’t reach up to the ceiling so everything can be heard. I’m certain we could’ve enjoyed the apartment more had we not experienced such a negative check-in process. I will NEVER stay with this host again and do not recommend.
