This home was perfect for my family (3 kids 9,7,4). It has bunk beds downstairs for the older kiddos and a room for the little one. The location can’t be beat. Walking distance to a great park, splash pad, several beaches, restaurants and COFFEE! There is live music in the park on Wednesday afternoon with bouncy houses, vendors and beer. Hiking, geocaching at Tubbs park or cliff jumping also walking distance. Access to paddle boards, boats, kayaks also close. 30 minutes to Silverwood and an indoor water park(Triple Play). We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and the home served us perfectly.

Lovely old home in great CDA neighborhood. Close to the beach and downtown area. Beds were comfortable, beautiful fenced backyard and walkable neighborhood. Easy access to bike trails. Beds were comfortable. Would stay here again.

We were here for a week in July. The home is a very short walk to downtown Coeur d' Alene, the lake, a grocery store, and in a lovely older neighborhood. The home was clean and description online was accurate (which isn't always the case), and had an amazing backyard!! We will definitely be back!

Great location, very walkable around town, quiet neighborhood. House has a lot of amenities, including fire pit, BBQ, and all the appliances you will need for your stay.

We were in town for a wedding at the resort and wanted a little more room to move around with an 11 month old. The house was perfect, we loved everything about it. The backyard was adorable and we enjoyed the firepit one night.

Very much enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, spacious, and had everything you could want or need for a stay. Would definitely stay here again the next time we come to Coeur d'Alene.

Well appointed and well cared for vintage home. Don't think of vintage as being run down though, as it has many modern amenities. All dishes, utensils, etc. you would want. Very clean and even had beach towels. Nice back yard, and even had dry wood to go with the outdoor fire. Close to main "strip" of Sherman Ave, while still being on a quiet tree lined street. Only slight concern some might have, has nothing to do with this property, but an adjoining one. There's a slight "hill billy effect" with the next door neighbor. Their dogs will bark at 11 am, 11 pm, every time someone walks down the street, or they see you. It doesn't go on and on, but the neighbor will be 20 feet away, and not stop it. At times that detracts from this charming property. All in all though, a place you'd be happy to stay.

The AC worked great (along with all appliances) which was nice in the unexpected heat. The house has a lot of character. Other than the house not being 100% ready for us at our check in time, the house manager was really sweet and we overall had a great stay.

We had a little trouble getting in at first but was able to get a hold of property manager who was very friendly and helped us right away. The home was clean and tidy. Plenty of room for everyone. This was definitely worth the money . It had everything that needed in the kitchen and was close to the lake. Will try to do it again next year!

Great location great neighborhood. We used the fire pit and relaxed after a long day at silverwood! Will be using this place again if we come through !!! House has everything!

We stayed at the home for a vacation to the area and the home was as advertised and we would stay again. The location is amazing - walking distance to everything!

This house was a great location. Close to downtown, the lake, parks and Tubbs Hill. We had a wonderful stay! We loved the garden where we could eat and barbecue. The house is old but clean. You have everything you need in the kitchen. We would definitely go back again.
