The house is beautiful and so close to shops, restaurants, and easily accessible to the highway. The neighborhoods is very quiet. The only concern is the tub/shower and stool are not too senior (75 and older) friendly . But for my husband and I it was wonderful. We woyld definitely stay again. The host, Ray, was fantastic.

Overall, it was good. Clean, furnished well, safe neighborhood. Furniture was old but clean. Fridge made a terrible noise; door handle fell off guest room closet, guest bathroom door would lock on its own, garage door we learned had to hold button down to get it to close. A garage door opener would have been nice. Would been nice to have outdoor furniture and a grill to use. But despite these little things place was great, and we had a great time in this beautiful city.

The property was as advertised. The inside was clean and appealing. The property manager was immediately responsive when the garage door wasnt functioning well.The blinds on the windows looked flimsy and we were afraid to adjust them, and the yard could better care. Otherwise the home fit our needs well. Would stay again if in the area .

This was a great house to stay in. It was centrally located to all the attractions we wants to go to. The house was very clean and have everything we needed. I would like to thank the host who was very responsive to all our questions.

Property was in a quiet older subdivison about 20 minutes from downtown Charleston. Unit was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. Host was very responsive to anything we needed. He made several suggestion concerning dining and things to do. We particularly liked Nigel's Good Food resaurant.

About a 25 minute drive to the historic district. The house was spacious and in a nice suburban neighborhood. The living room furniture was very comfortable. One issue that was substantial was that the listing stated that there was a roll away bed. We were 4 adult women and didn't want to share beds. The rollaway was awful and no one could sleep on it. The general cleanliness was good. Some areas like corners, baseboards, etc. needed attention. The kitchen had essentials, but could have been a little better stocked...missing measuring spoons, scissors, etc. Overall the place was fine but needed some updating.
For example the window blinds look like they went through a tornado. The host was extremely responsive! He checked in to make sure everything was going okay. When I mentioned that one of the tubs was slow draining, but nothing that couldn't wait until we checked out, he immediately sent someone to fix it.

We had the best time in Charleston and this place was perfect for our family. We had plenty of room and felt that we all had our in spaces. It was clean, and the neighborhood was adorable. We felt very safe and the neighbors were friendly. I don’t feel the listed pictures give this place the Justice it deserves. It was a short trip to downtown Charleston, the beaches and plantations. We plan to come back to Charleston and hope this place will be available when we do.

The property wasn’t as close to a beach as we would’ve liked, but that’s nobody’s fault. The house was clean and plenty of space for my family.

Just a little getaway
House was cute and spacious for what we needed. Could use a little updating. Small bedroom beds were not the most comfortable, however the queen beds slept nice. Kitchen could use a few more kitchen items such as a mixing bowl. The yard wasn't mowed, and the neighbors parked in the road(even though it is posted not to do so) so it made it hard to access drive with our large truck.(which isn't host fault). I wish it were closer to the beach but that is my fault for not researching more. However our overall stay was nice. We can mark the east coast off our travel list of places we've been.

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood & is in a great location. The house is very roomy & comfortable. The master bedroom is set away from the other two rooms. The rollaway bed mattress needs to be replaced. One sleeps on springs & no mattress.

Home was very clean ! Good location , it's about a 20 minute drive to the shipyard baseball fields. Will book again if we have another tournament in Charleston.

The property was in wonderful shape it was very clean and everything was pretty tidy. It's suited our five-person group just great we had three adults and two kids. I would definitely stay at this property again. The location was also great as you were able to get to a lot of places from there without a lot of struggle. Thank you for everything!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay but had a problems/issues with the garage door closing and staying closed, full garbage and recycling bins, and a tad musty smelling place. We would recommend and return to this place.

Overall great. We did find two cockroaches in the master bedroom. This was reported to the property manager through email since I could not find a way to attach photos through VRBO. Evidently cockroaches are an issue and are accepted as inevitable in what they call “low country”, so if that’s a no-go for you then take that into consideration. We got in about 6:00 so the porch light being on would have be been nice . Overall we’d stay again.

Spacious master with attached bath and large closet. Room in garage for two cars with large driveway. Second bedroom was large with large closet. Third bedroom has a twin bed but large closet. Well stocked kitchen for casual cooking. Host was quick with responses to questions and getting into the house was easy. Quiet neighborhood about 30 minutes from downtown and 15 minutes from the airport.
Negatives: There are lots of lamps but no overhead lights in the bedrooms or living room. The beds were hard. My group was all aged 50+ and used to softer mattresses.
