Venite a rilassarvi in questo adorabile 2 camere, 2 bagni, e soppalco, Ski Chalet. Master camera da letto ha 1 letto matrimoniale, stanza degli ospiti ha 1 letto matrimoniale, e il loft ha anche 1 letto matrimoniale e 1 materasso ad aria. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con tutto il necessario, che è se ci si ammala di mangiare in tutti i deliziosi ristoranti della zona, Double Musky, Jack Sprat, e Presidente 5, solo per citarne alcuni dei nostri preferiti. Questa è la casa perfetta lontano da casa per tutte le vostre avventure Girdwood. Dopo una lunga giornata di sci, trekking, mountain bike, o la pesca, vengono rilassarvi accanto al caminetto, o fare un tuffo nella nuova vasca idromassaggio! Siamo su un angolo molto ampio, facile da trovare, ma appartato. Vista sulle montagne Peek-a-boo da tutte le finestre frontali permettono di verificare le condizioni della montagna. Lo chalet è di circa 0,5 miglia dal resort. La sua salita sulla strada per il villaggio, in modo da sci casa sarebbe un gioco da ragazzi. Pochi minuti di macchina si raggiunge l'imponente sistema di pista di sci di fondo, in caso di discesa proprio non fa per voi. Alyeska ha recentemente aperto un vasto sistema di sentieri in mountain bike per voi avventurieri estivi. Ci sono ampi sentieri della zona, tra cui Winner Creek, una delle mie preferite. Girdwood è una grande via di mezzo per esplorare le città a sud di ancoraggio, come pure! Una breve 25 miglia a sud si trova la città di Whittier, altamente consigliato per la pesca o un giro visite turistiche di Prince William Sound, che offre una grande varietà di vita marina nei mesi estivi. Orche, megattere, lontre e uccelli per citarne alcuni. Continuate verso sud e vi troverete in Seward, Kenai, Soldotna, e Homer.

This home was perfect for a couple of retired brothers to experience an Alaska adventure.

The house was not clean. Lots of dirt and dog hair on carpet and tile. We spent much of the second day cleaning. The kitchen table had numerous spots of paint or dirt. We covered it with a sheet and did the same with the sofa which looked old and had stains. We found someone’s underwear under the sofa. The front steps from the ground up to the deck are not safe. I put some rocks there to help. Both toilets needed cleaning. The bottom sheet on the upstairs bed had blood spots. Part of our cleaning was to wash the sheets. The washer and dryer are new and worked great. The whole unit could use some TLC. I called the owner numerous times our first day and he seemed unconcerned about our issues. He did finally agree to refund us some of our fee. The neighborhood is quiet and many things to do and see all within a days drive. If we come back we’ll find a different unit.

We love staying at the chalet so much that we have done so three times. Located in a quiet neighborhood with all the things you need to relax after a day of hiking or sightseeing. The chalet is clean and comfortable. We especially like having access to the hot tub. The owner is very responsive if there are any questions.

Great property
Stay was great. House was as listed. Great for a family, lots of space. The hottub was a little dirty, so that would be my only complaint. Would stay here again.

We were totally blessed to have an opportunity to visit Alaska! And to find a place with an outdoor hot tub! Our host Mike was prompt and informative. Definitely recommend!

Perfect place to unwind
This is a great location with things to do in all directions. Or a great place to do nothing at all. The accommodations are cozy and inviting, we definitely took advantage of that on a bad weather day to just sit by the fire and do nothing. The hot tub is welcome after a long hike or kayaking out to portage glacier. The owner Mike is great to work with and responds promptly. Will definitely look for this listing again in the future.

Awesome Anniversary Celebration!
The cabin was great! The yard around the front porch could use a little attention. Everything was comfortable and relaxing. Some friends we had not seen in a number of years moved to Alaska and we were able to visit with them. We ventured out and saw marvelous scenery - not like the flat lands of Florida! Location of the cabin to area attractions is the BEST! The local eating establishments are fantastic! We plan to visit Alaska again and hope this cabin will be available then!

Not too far from the highway, close to the little town of Girdwood on one side and the Alyeska resort on the other. Host was responsive and place was clean, stocked with basic household supplies. Happy we chose to stay here.

Exposed wiring, no screens on the windows, dog hair everywhere just to name a few things. It has plenty of room which is nice and the location is beautiful, if you don’t mind the people racing up and down the street. Overall it just was okay...

The house was lovely! Roomy and filled with touches of Alaska. Lots of extra toiletries and the hot tub was awesome! It has a Mountain View and is close to town. We would definitely stay again!

So grateful for the fabulous stay at the Girdwood home. We enjoyed the multiple bedrooms for our family of four. The kids loved all of the extras, as this house has so many fun and kid friendly games and interesting things to do like the high loft. Access to Alyeska ski was so easy too. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds are comfortable, the heating works nicely, the showers has a nice water pressure and the hot tub is a lovely addition to this property. This properties is cute and in a very nice location. It is clean and has everything we needed for our staying. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds are comfortable, the heating works nicely, the showers has a nice water pressure and the hot tub is a lovely addition to this property. Awesome Chalet
We had a super gettaway at this cozy chalet. Lots of amazing hikes and bike rides, relaxing in the hot tub. Mike was very responsive for questions ahead of time.

This cabin is in a subdivision but it feels like you're in the woods instead. Super clean, has everything you need and is in a great location to a lot of activities.

Awesome Girdwood month-long stay!
Highly recommended!
Location - Perfect! This property is a 10 min walk from the virgin creek waterfall! Girdwood is beautifully surrounded by mountains, and is a day trip from seward, whittier, cooper landing, conservation center, byron glacier, etc.. The town has restaurants, a grocery store, and trails.
House: Great! I loved the deck, it had a nice breeze of pine from the trees around the property. Inside was very comfortable, the couch was great, and it was luxurious amount of space for two people. Wifi was fast enough for both of us who were working remotely daily. We also saw a small moose down the road on our first day :)
A month was not long enough to be here.. quite possibly the best place I've ever stayed.

Wonderful Stay!
Loved it! Mike was super nice and communicative throughout our stay. Property was conveniently located and the cabin was super cute! We will definitely be staying there again!

Third time stay
Once again we enjoyed our stay. The house is close to the ski area but in a really quiet neighborhood. Mike was easy to work with and we appreciated having the nice clean hot tub after each great day of skiing.

Girdwood Ski Chalet
I can't express how impressed we were with this chalet. It was exactly as described, other than having a new glass-topped stove and full-size refrigerator. There are more than adequate cookware and utensils supplied, and the pantry is stocked with all the essentials. The hot tub was a nice luxury after a day of skiing in subfreezing temperatures. I would definitely recommend this property for those looking for comfortable lodging in Girdwood.

Beautiful, comfy, clean place that we didn't want to leave.
Perfect for kids and adults!! It was almost like we had our own separate pads. Hot tub was great to! We will be back
