Bella proprietà situata sulla Sunny Sandy Beach, Breath Taking Straight on Ocean View, 3 camere da letto. 3 bagni completi, cucina completamente attrezzata, camere da letto hanno un re in master, e un re in 2 ° master, e letti a castello nella terza camera da letto, tutte le camere sono dotate di TV a schermo piatto e lettori DVD, molto grande Family Room - ideale per intrattenere, grande Divano in soggiorno, grande sala da pranzo, grande patio con vista incredibile, Resort dispone di ristorante, sala pesi, negozio, vasca idromassaggio e swim up bar. Resort per bambini !! La proprietà è stata completamente aggiornata nel gennaio del 2018 con finiture fantastiche, sarà di gran lunga il condominio più bello del resort !!

We were Dave’s guests over the 4th of July weekend. Dave’s communication is amazing. The condo itself is beautiful, spacious, and beautifully decorated. We cannot wait for our future trips. Sonoran Sun has easily become my favorite resort. We have stayed all over Rocky Point, but nothing compares to the Sun. Thanks Dave!

Property was well appointed, room was beautifully decorated. Description stated 2 queens and twin bunk in 3rd room so we were a bit short in sleeping arrangements. Owner did change description when brought to his attention. Some dish towels would have been very helpful. Toilet paper and paper towels were easy to get from front desk. There were several things needing minor maintenance but nothing urgent ( chairs, stove, door handles, closet doors) but overall it was a beautiful room with comfortable beds and charming decor. The key lad entry was very helpful! The resort was great, staff were friendly, pool and grounds were always clean and maintained. Host was quick to respond
