We had a great stay. The location is convenient to the Village & Lodge. The house was well equipped & the owner was quick to respond to my questions. We will definitely rent it again!

We had a great stay and would definitely stay again. The house was VERY clean and only a 5-minute walk to the Village mall. Comfortable beds and plenty of sleeping space for our teenagers. This house may not be a great fit for very young kids or anyone who can't navigate stairs, but it worked really well for our family of teens!

This was our first time visiting Sunriver and we couldn’t have had a better time! This house was in great location with easy walking/biking access to the village. The house was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The SHARC passes and bikes that were included in the house were a huge bonus!!! Our kids loved having unlimited access to the pool and bike trails! After a long day of activities, the hot tub was the perfect place to unwind. We will definitely be coming back!!

We stayed for a week and the beds are very comfortable. Everything was as expected. Bikes need some work, and bushes need to be trimmed in driveway so you don’t scratch your car. Great location.

First trip to Sunriver and this property was perfect. The home was clean and had everything we needed, even nice fluffy beach towels for the hot tub and pools. The location was walkable to the lodge and village. We biked all over the community with the bikes provided by the owner and visited the Sharc rec center to float around the lazy river and play on the water slides. The lodge had a band in the evening outside with cornhole set up, a bar and a food truck. We were there for a baseball tournament in Bend and it took only 20 min to get to Bend each day. Can’t wait to go back and spend more time at this property, hoping to horseback ride and paddle the river from the Sunriver marina next visit.

We had a great stay here over Easter weekend! The location is excellent and just a 3 minute drive from the shops and restaurants in Sunriver. My favorite perk was having a private hot tub right on the property! Our toddler loved being able to swim at the indoor SHARC aquatic center and this property came with free passes. The house is set up so the bedrooms are on the bottom floor and the top floor is an open living room and kitchen. There is a fireplace but you need to use a specific type of wood log—one was included for us. The property is a little older and my mother-in-law pointed out that it was a bit annoying that most of the rooms didn’t have an overhead light. There were also a few creaky noises at night. Despite those few things, it is a great place to stay!

We used the home for a quick ski vacation to Mt Bachelor. We loved the location to the mountain as well as the village in Sunriver. The hot tub was perfect after a long day at the slopes!

This home was perfect for our family ski trip (2 adults and 2 boys, 15 and 17 yrs old). Walking distance to the village, very roomy, super comfortable beds, awesome hot tub and all amenities we needed. Highly recommended! Paul was super responsive and helpful.

We needed a few days away and we had never been to Sunriver before. This property didn't disappoint!! It was very clean and plenty of room for our family. The owner was great and quick to respond to a question I had.
The only downside was the pool hours for recreational swim are limited in the winter time, but that has nothing to do with this house. We'd definitely come again!!

This home was perfect for what we wanted. The bunk bed room with a playstation was the ideal kids hangout, the bigger beds were very comfortable we all enjoyed the hot tub! The house felt very clean and updated and the location is ideal. We were close enough to the village we could put our name on the waitlist at restaurants for dinner then just wait for the text at home knowing we'd make it back to check in within 10 minutes. Host was very responsive with the questions we had pre-trip. Hope to be back again soon!

This property worked out great for a sort visit for a wedding. Our family (ages ranging 70 to 10 months) we’re able to have a restful place to be and not have to worry about the craziness of the lodge for our friend’s wedding. It was nice to sit back and have a home base for all of us to be together.

Had a short vacation stay and would absolutely book this home again! The split level layout really worked well in the summer heat, as the bedrooms never got hot. The home was well equipped with everything you could need. We appreciated the quick response from the owner when it came to an issue with the hot tub that we were able to troubleshoot together. Our kids loved the bunk bed bedroom with the tv and the playstation. The quantity of bicycles was appreciated, as we rode to and from the villiage multiple times a day. Location was key when we reserved this home and it proved to be in the perfect location! Nothing negative to say about the property!

We are from Bend, but wanted a close to home staycation. This was perfect. The proximity to trails, SHARC, and the village is great. The bikes, hot tub and ping pong table were a fabulous bonus. Paul was quick to respond and even allowed us to change dates when a family emergency arose. We can’t wait to come back!

Perfect Family Vacation Spot
The home was perfect for our needs (4 adults and a toddler), spotlessly clean, comfortable furniture and beds, short walk or bike ride to SHARC (passes included!) and the Village. The kitchen was well stocked with every appliance you'd need. We would stay again without a doubt!

Great location near the village. Probably the cleanest rental I've stayed in. Not a speck of dust to be seen. Split living/sleeping areas are nice if you don't all wake up at the same time.

Wonderful vacation rental.
Location was perfect- just a short walk to the sunriver mall area (grocery store, restaurants, etc). Great walking and bike trails. Paul our host was incredibly communicative and prompt in responding. Quiet area, beautiful views of the trees from the living and dining area. We stay in a lot of VRBO rentals and the master bedroom had the most comfortable bed I think we’ve ever had. Also enjoyed the hot tub. Just a great restful place to unwind.

I would not have called to complain but you sent an email inquiry. Entryway dirty..cobwebs. Inside cobwebbs and dead bugs on ceiling around the fan area. When fan was on, the cobwebs would wave in the breeze. Our wives re-cleaned the bathrooms. Several items needed repair. Garage lock is broken and doesn't lock. We used our cable lock to secure our 4 bikes. Hot water facet on sink in one bathroom very hard to turn...probably near failing so we did not use it. Bluetooth on stereo doesn't work for music.
Paul was very pleasant on the phone and may not be aware of the poor cleaning job that he is paying for. Still, after we cleaned the bathrooms we had a pleasant stay...didn't have a a pole duster to get fan area.
