We’ve stayed in many units in Summerlin and this might be our new favorite. It checked all of our boxes. Has all the stuff needed to cook in condo, beds are comfortable, washer/dryer/ac all working great and everything was clean. This unit is on the top corner so the views are spectacular and it has side windows that let in more light compared to the units not on the end. The under building parking spot is also a bonus. Beach service included as well. We are relatively easy going folks and we try to play a game to see if there are small things that others might complain about. Couldn’t find anything. 10/10. We’ll be back

This place is amazing! The views were astonishing! The condo was nice and clean, well stocked and welcoming.
Darlene was wonderful with communication. We had a slight hiccup at check in, but Darlene quickly resolved everything. If you are looking to rent a 5 star condo with the most amazing views...look no further.
Beautiful balcony panoramic views. Nice outdoor pool, steps from the beach! Could not have imagined it any better!

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this property!! The unit was clean, the beds were comfy, the complex was quite and was very easy to access the beach!! I loved that the unit came with 2 beach chairs and an umbrella set up and ready for you every morning!!! The property owner, Darlene, was easy to communicate with!! We would definetly stay at this property again!!

We have stayed in this unit for the last couple years. Unit is very well decorated and has everything you need to be comfortable and enjoy your vacation.

My husband and I stayed here and celebrated our anniversary. Darlene was in contact with us to make sure everything was ok. She is so sweet. The property is beautiful. The beds are super comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. The property is also very clean. We hope to be back soon!

This was easily one of the nicest condos we have stayed in! It was so well appointed; it had everything we needed and then some. The view from the balcony was breathtaking and we were able to watch dolphins everyday. The beach set up and under cover parking were two huge bonuses! The owner, Darlene, was very nice and quickly answered any questions we had. We will be looking forward to booking this condo in the future!

The condo exceeded expectations and provided amazing views. I was impressed that one could not only view Fort Walton’s beach 50 yards away, but also the condos in Destin nearly 10 miles away — all from the comfort of the couch in the living area.

Just got back from a wonderful vacation at Summerlin. The views in this place are spectacular! You are reminded of God’s majesty everywhere you look! Unlike Destin, this a quiet stretch of beach with fewer people making it a much more relaxing vacation. Summerlin is a small complex which was perfect for us. Although it has a pool, it’s a small one, and you can’t really view the gulf from the pool deck because of the height of the sand dunes. However, that didn’t really affect our vacation because we’re mainly a beach family. The views from this condo totally make up for the lack of a large pool.
Another thing we liked about this condo was the location. It’s just down the street from some great family restaurants and around the corner from the Ft. Walton pier and Publix.
Although we loved all these aspects of this condo, what really puts this condo over the top is it’s owner….Darlene. She goes above and beyond to make sure that you are taken care of as a guest in her beautiful home. We’ve been coming to Destin for years to celebrate my mother-n-law’s birthday as well as our anniversary (at the location where we tied the knot), and this is one of the best condos we’ve stayed in! We feel blessed to have found such a wonderful condo and wonderful owner. We are already missing your beautiful home Darlene…..Hope to be back very soon!

We really enjoyed our week vacation in this unit. We have been coming to Oskaloosa for a long time and this is by far the best condo we have ever stayed in! The owner was very nice and checked in on us via text our first day. She wanted to make sure everything was good upon our arrival. This condo has everything we need for a week at the beach. We will definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo is easy to find, right on the beach, great parking. It was clean, well stocked, and very comfortable. Everything we needed was there. The beds were comfortable, showers great, furniture nice and updated. The views from the condo were the best from anywhere else we have stayed on the beach. The pool was clean and perfect. We would love to stay there again! The owner Darlene was communicative and very kind to text with details and make sure we were happy. We were! Thank you!

Wonderful condo! Top floor corner location provides amazing sunrise and sunset views. Appreciated the attention to detail and quality through out. We look forward to our next visit!

This property and the hostess were exceptional. The pictures did not do this condo justice. It was a very clean and beautifully decorated condo. The communication with the hostess was seamless. Also, this condo is towards the end of the island therefore, a little less populated than some of the other larger condos nearby; this made for easy beach access. I highly recommend this property!

This is our first time staying at this unit/condo. It’s very nice! Darlene is very friendly and welcoming! Everything is updated throughout. Quiet area (less busy), beach service, 4 beach towels provided along with a large sand bucket & 3 crab nets. Pool was not busy at all. Many nights we had it all to ourselves:) Great ice cream shop right down the road along with a Awesome and cheaper snow crab leg restaurant near by. Can’t wait to book our next stay @ 601 Sumerlin!
