Situato in posizione unica per una vacanza attiva in questa esclusiva isola barriera della Carolina del Nord, il "Park Place" si trova a pochi passi dal parco comunale, a 3 minuti a piedi dalla favolosa spiaggia est, ea 5 minuti a piedi da una nuotata, o cena, presso l'elegante Shoals Club.
La casa, ideale per una vacanza in famiglia, è di nuova proprietà ed è stata completamente ristrutturata nel 2018, con nuovi letti e mobili. Il piano inverso è caratterizzato da un portico schermato al 2 ° piano per sfruttare le viste del parco adiacente e i suoni del vicino oceano.
Il 2 ° piano aperto comprende anche una grande sala, sala da pranzo, cucina completamente attrezzata, ½ bagno e una camera a castello (due letti a castello gemelli). Al piano di sotto, c'è una camera da letto matrimoniale (re) e due camere da letto (regina), tutte con bagno privato e Smart TV.
Un crofter separato dispone di una camera da letto (queen), mini-cucina, divano estraibile, Smart TV e bagno completo, il tutto situato sopra un garage carrello, che ospita golf cart a 4 e 6 posti (entrambi su contratti di manutenzione, a assicurare un trasporto affidabile e senza problemi in tutta l'isola), biciclette, sdraio e giocattoli da spiaggia. Tra la casa e il crofter c'è un patio con griglia a carbone e uno spazio esterno casual.

This is a wonderful property! Everything was very clean when we arrived and it is in a wonderful location on the Island. Super convenient to East Beach and Shoals club.

We were very happy with this house. The location is great and the house was very clean and comfortable. The photos don’t do it justice. We were really happy with how well equipped the house and kitchen were and the two six seater golf carts worked great. I would definitely stay here again.

The house and location was great! The house is in excellent condition with amenities as described. Any questions I had were answered almost immediately. I would recommend this property to other families.

Another great trip to BHI!
Park Place sits right in front of a quaint park that our boys played frisbee at everyday. The format of the house was perfect. Kitchen and living room up and the bedrooms down. The Crofter was a bonus.
The owners obviously worked hard to provide all the necessities. Waffle iron, Tupperware, pans, cookware etc.
Thanks for allowing us to stay at your place, we will certainly be back.

Park Place on Bald Head Island was a wonderful property for getting our children and grandchildren together. The grandchildren loved playing in the park across the street and the location was excellent to enjoy all the sights of the island by golf cart.
We had a delicious Thanksgiving lunch at the Shoals Club and participated in the island Christmas parade on Friday evening. We would highly recommend Park Place

House is very clean and roomy. We had eight people and a baby. Plenty of space for everyone. The outside of the house and the porch furniture needs cleaning. Golf carts could be updated. We had great communication with the property manager. (there was a hurricane during our stay). Overall a great place to stay

Location is great - very walkable to the beach and club. Only issue was some dirty shelves, missing towels and a stuck lock and subsequent suggestion from the property manager that our kids had created the issue. (why would I want to mess with their locks or steal towels from a rental????). Once we got past that, we had an amazing stay.

We have rented houses on BHI years, our needs changing as our family grows. Park Place was perfect for this year’s vacation with our kids and grandkids. We love to cook as a family and the kitchen was the best stocked kitchen of any rental we have had on the island. The high chair, booster seat, kids plates and utensils were unusual , appreciated additions .
The mattresses and linens were also the highest quality we have come across in a rental.
The park across the street was perfect for our grandsons , especially since it was cool and windy during our stay.
Sharon was very easy to work with and quickly answered my many, many questions.

Wonderful house and great location!
My husband and I brought out 4 kids and my mother-in-law to stay here for spring break! We absolutely loved the location and the house. It was fun to be close to the park and East Beach. The house was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. We will be back!

Fantastic Property! Would Rent Here Again!
We rented this property for my family to get together for Thanksgiving. There were 8 total people and the house was perfect. The kitchen was very well stocked and the owner was nice enough to talk with me beforehand so I knew exactly what was going to be available to me before packing for the trip, allowing me to bring a lot less than I thought I would have in order for me to cook Thanksgiving dinner. The owner was extremely responsive and was a dream to work with before and throughout the stay. The house was extremely clean, well stocked, in a great location...all in all we had a wonderful visit and would recommend this property to anyone in the future. Thank you for a wonderful family holiday weekend!!

This was a wonderful property, that can very effectively sleep 4 couples (all with private baths) + kids. The kitchen was very well appointed, and there was ample room for hanging out on the porch, 2nd floor porch, and common/great room. Communication with the host was outstanding. We would not hesitate to stay again. As we enjoy biking, guests should know that there were 4 bikes when we stayed in August of 2021. While not in the best of shape, they were functional.

This was a wonderful property, that can very effectively sleep 4 couples (all with private baths) + kids. Park place is well appointed and everything was in good working order. The house was very clean with lots of clean towels. The owner is attentive to our questions and easy to communicate with via email. We always enjoy our stay at Park place. Sharon, the owner, was repeatedly exemplary in communicating via text or email and clearly cares about taking good care of her property. A blown golf cart tire was taken care of so quickly it caused barely a bump in our day! This home will definitely be at the top of our list to rent again in the future.

Beautiful home loved the location!
If you want ocean views this is not your spot. I loved the peacefulness and the beach is 2 minutes away as is the Shoals club. Also, unless i didn’t read the description correctly.... I didn’t know this was a reverse living home.

Park Place was the perfect location on Bald Head Island and the perfect home for our family vacation! The kitchen had everything we needed and the bedrooms were private and so comfy!
