Secondo piano, 3 camere da letto, 2 bagni completi Bayfront, con dock e scivolo in barca, 10 posti letto (4 su 2 divani letto nelle aree comuni). Grande sala al piano superiore con vista sulla baia su due lati, con vista sul grande ponte superiore. Camera bonus di livello inferiore di 280 piedi quadrati con divano letto estraibile, porta scorrevole che si apre sul grande ponte inferiore, dock, scivolo e vista sulla baia. A pochi passi da molo di pesca, porto turistico, noleggio barche, ristoranti, mini golf e tutto il meglio di ciò che Ship Bottom ha da offrire. Nuota, pesca o pesca il granchio dall'ampio molo dietro casa o parcheggia la tua barca per quelle crociere al tramonto. Goditi tramonti spettacolari ogni giorno sui grandi ponti superiori o inferiori, con tenda da sole a scomparsa completa, o seduti sul molo o sulla vasca idromassaggio. Stand up paddle board, kayak, galleggianti, cruiser e badge da spiaggia forniti per il tuo divertimento. Ci sono due scivoli di barca, uno che può essere utilizzato esclusivamente dall'affittuario. Il proprietario non abita in loco, ma utilizza periodicamente lo spazio amministrativo al piano inferiore durante la settimana o può attraccare la barca in occasione del secondo scalo.

We stayed for a second summer in a row and had another wonderful trip. The owners are extremely nice and attentive and the home is in the perfect location right on the bay. Our family loves it here!

Great location! This house was perfect for our family vacation. Very comfortable and included everything you would want for a beach vacation. The only drawback was the strong mildewy smell in the lower level which got into our linens and clothes. Hopefully the owners will look into remediation.

First off, I will say the deck and views are wonderful. The living area and kitchen are large and comfortable and well- thought out. The master bedroom is huge and the queen bedroom is great as well. The small bunk room is very small but the photos on the listing are accurate. Our biggest issues revolve around the basement living area and the lack of AC. I asked on message if the basement living area would be available and the host said yes. I followed up asking if it’s appropriate for a baby as I have an 11 month old. No response. I saw the picture of the basement bedroom and it looked relatively put together. We were a group of 6 adult individuals plus baby so rooms were accounted for before traveling. Getting to the basement apartment was via a dark, spiral staircase borderline dangerous while holding a baby. We were shocked seeing the basement area. Immediately we noticed a musty, moldy, earthy smell which is NOT safe especially for a baby. The little bar seating area was nice but the rest of the space was cold, dark, and not pleasant at all. We were left having to squeeze ourselves upstairs with a baby while making our group figure out where to sleep. Additionally, we noticed the last day the AC unit condenser never actually turns on the entire weekend so nights in the rooms were 73-75 degrees. A blind in the queen room was broken so the room was extremely bright at 5am. I think if the posting was more accurate regarding the basement, my group would have been happy.

The space was comfortable to stay in. There were 2 large bedrooms and one room with bunk beds. The bathrooms were decent & we had plenty of hot water.
A few critiques:
- staying in the off season it took hours for the house to get warm as we had to turn on the heat when we got there & it was still quite drafty.
- many of the walls/trims were dirty and scratched and some water damage in the bathroom - just made it feel a bit worn down
- the railing getting in was super shaky and with older folks it made us a bit nervous
- we just stayed for 2 nights so it was a lot to bring all sheets, towels, paper towel soap, etc. (it did state in the listing, but just a lot of extra packing coming for a quick trip from out of state)
Overall, I would say it’s good for younger groups during the summer only who will spend the majority of the time at the beach or outside.
