PIÙ NEVE! Condizioni sciistiche primaverili incredibili! Godetevi il vostro soggiorno tutto l'anno in questa accogliente casa rinnovata all'ombra della Wasatch Range. Dopo una dura giornata in montagna, rilassati e ricaricati nella vasca idromassaggio e / o nella piscina interrata (solo in estate per la piscina). L'Utah è il posto ideale per le attività ricreative in montagna. Sci, Snow Boarding, Mountain Bike, Hiking, Rock Climbing e molto altro ancora. Ti piace ripida e profonda? Vieni a provare "La più grande neve sulla terra". Sarai situato a 20-25 minuti da 4 resort di classe mondiale: Snowbird, Alta, Solitude, Brighton; e solo 30 minuti a Park City Mountain Resort (PCMR), a 40 minuti a Deer Valley. Sei un golfista? Rimarrai stupefatto da quanti campi da golf pubblici veramente buoni e davvero convenienti si goda la Valle del Lago Salato. Old Mill Golf Course (uno dei migliori) è a soli 5 minuti di distanza. Potrebbe anche essere la base operativa per soggiornare in alcuni dei parchi nazionali più iconici del mondo: Yellowstone, Zions, Arches, Grand Teton, Bryce Canyon. Che cosa state aspettando?

Excellent location! House is well appointed with everything you need for a short or longer stay, including comfortable beds, nice linens, and two living rooms to spread out. The kitchen has everything needed to cook family meals. Plus the back deck and hot tub is the perfect spot to hang out and unwind after a long ski day. Will definitely come back!

We had the privilege of staying for a whole month in this beautiful house just 20min away from the 4 major ski resorts. When we arrived, we didn't know exactly what to expect but were greeted with Colin's house that immediately felt like home.
Between the Hot Tub, remodeled kitchen, and fully finished basement, this house was absolutely perfect for both my family and our friends who wanted to fly in and visit on the weekends to catch a ski trip.
Could not recommend staying with Colin more. Already looking forward to scheduling for next year!
P.S. Ask Colin for recommendations on the ski resort. He has all the insider information on Brighton, Solitude, SnowBird and Alta!

Everything we were looking for - central location for riding/skiing resorts in either canyon. Clean, comfortable and very well equipped house with nice owners. Two levels makes for a great layout with two living/den areas, 3/2 bedrooms, a nice deck, garage and plenty of space for our group of six adults and three kids. Supplies of all sorts nearby (grocery store 5-min, ABC 10-min, famous food 15-20-min) with great kitchen for group cooking. Hot tub was 104 in short order, pool looked nice but it was winter. Super comfy beds/bedding were appreciated by all. Six out of six adults want to come back to your outstanding home for more epic snow and steeps. Then relax, rest and repeat. The girls want to bring more friends next time. Thank you C&D.

Property was exactly as advertised. The owner was extremely attentive and accommodating. The kitchen was well stocked with plates and cutlery (we made thanksgiving dinner). The kids loved it. We would have reserved it for Christmas also if it had been available!
