We didn’t get the rooms that we were asked for

The only thing I like is the location and the convenient parking.

The resort has good property but it is very poorly managed and extremely unhygienic. The space between two cottages was utilised as a dumping ground for all waste. Due to this garbage, I could literally hear dogs and rats feasting on it all night. There were frequent power cuts with no back up power. In the hot weather, it was impossible to stay inside the room during power cuts. The shack attached to the resort was a mixed bag. The second night dinner was a complete disaster due to its service and quality of food. We waited almost 1.5 hrs for food to be prepared and when it did arrive, the food was completely cold and insipid. All in all I will never book here again, given there are better options nearby.

we had booked a sea facing room but there was no hygiene and cleanliness in that area. The rooms lights are too very dim, for getting ready it was really dark in the room even we could not open the curtain which would have affected our privacy as we had the next room immediately adjacent we had to ask the staff for every little thing.

Bathroom toilet was broken. Flow of water very less. Can’t bath or flush toilet properly. Many times we had to wait 30 minutes for the toilet flush to work properly. Otherwise it was just light flow of water which doesn’t clean anything. we stayed in the sea view/facing cottage 115
