Everything about the casino was as expected

The closing time in the gambling area. Another disappointment were the staff that attended to me at breakfast and dinner... they kept disappearing on me and leaving unattended for long periods.

Breakfast was OK, location is nice.

The hotel is dated and could use an upgrade in general with more maintenance, No staff at the door or anyone to help with baggage, reception service was slow, no Wifi pin in room or on keycard, I had to walk back down to reception to go and ask for the wifi pin. Very disappointing for a so called 4 star hotel. I expected more for the price I paid per night.

Good location, excellent breakfast and well organized staff and professional, I will recommend to my friend and family.

No Honesty. My wife left behind a facial massage machine which the hotel denied to have found it. We hadn’t made any other stop from the hotel
