Checked into our condo excited but the first thing I noticed was how it needed a deep cleaning. I called the owner, who was very nice and he sent a cleaning team over to take care of the problems. They swept the floor to get all the sand up, and dusted the fans off. Then they left. I would’ve appreciated a more thorough clean when there is dust on the walls, mold on the shower curtain, and mold on the bathroom ceiling. the stools in the kitchen are too high for the countertop so they cannot be used. Dishes and silverware are very cheap. Pillows are disgustingly dirty. Towels are thin. For the amount of money that I spent on this trip I am very disappointed. Would I stay at this place again? Absolutely not. It needs updated. The photos make it look nicer than what it is. The best thing…the ocean view.

We had an incredible time during our stay! We could see so much ocean life right from the balcony and watching the colors of the Gulf change with the sunlight was indescribable! The condo had everything we needed for our week long stay and our children didn’t complain once! The only real issue we had was staying connected to the WiFi but John was very prompt and attentive in communicating with us. We are already considering this location as our family vacation next year as well.

This condo was the perfect size for our 2 adults & 2 teens. A nice and seemingly quieter part of Orange Beach with a nice pool. We would come back for sure!

The view from this 12th floor room was amazing! However, only two of the four chairs on the balcony were usable, the seats were busted out of two. There was only one remote control for both the living room and bedroom tv. Multiple light bulbs need replaced in the bathroom and bedroom and the stove eye catch pans are in great need of cleaning. The shower could use a deep clean as there is black mold in the grout lines. Pillows throughout were horrible! Ultimately it seems the condo is just given a “once over” and could use a deep cleaning, ie sweeping behind doors, in closet, especially laundry closet, cleaning ceiling fans, etc… in the end Lysol makes things feel less germy and the beach is better than work any day. I would definitely rent this unit again.

property was great, however VRBO gave us the entry code to the unit and pool code, however, they failed to give us the unit number. After a few phone calls to VRBO we finally got an agent that contacted the owner. The owner called us and gave us the #. The owner was great; will stay there again.

The room and condo complex were wonderful! We loved the heated pool, though the pool code had changed from what was in the listing. The view from the balcony was spectacular. We would definitely come here again!

Other reviews mentioned it could use a deep cleaning and they aren’t wrong. But knowing that going into it I just really wanted an ocean front balcony so that’s why I chose this property.

Condo is located in an excellent location and has amazing views up and down the beach ! Everything was as described in the listing and the owner couldn’t have been better to work with or accomadating.

This was our first time to Orange Beach, and we were not disappointed!
Pros: This unit is located in a great spot, very close to stores and restaurants. Balcony is large and has great views. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. Pool was very clean and maintained. Access to the beach was very convenient. The bed was very comfortable.
Cons: The unit really needs a deep cleaning. Everything was very dusty. There were crumbs in the bunk beds. The curtain liner in the shower was so disgusting that I replaced it myself before I could get a shower. The hall lights don't work. We had to go to a different location to buy a $30 parking pass. Our first day going to the pool from the beach we discovered that there was a code to get into the pool area. We had no idea what that code was. We had to wait to go in with someone else before we asked the security guard for the code.
I don't know that we would stay here again, only due to the cleanliness. Everything else was great.

The owner did offer to move us to a different unit, but we decided to stay because we were already settled and had already stayed a day. The condo could use a deep cleaning but was not unclean. The bedroom bed was very soft which we are not used to. The bunkbeds were good for kids but a little rough for an adult.

I would suggest replacing the shower curtain in the master bath. The liner and the shower was clean though. The king size bed was very soft, that is how ours is at home. We were perfectly comfortable. We definitely would reserve this condo again. Oh, and one last thing!! Thank you for not gouging renters with those ludicrous fees many people are charging like $300 cleaning fee? $250 owner’s fee?? They are insulting and I appreciate you for being honest. It’s an easy 5 star rating from me😀

Wonderful getaway!
We had such a great time at the condo for Labor Day weekend! Luckily we had booked this, as we were hit by Hurricane Ida. John was so accommodating and allowed us to check in early since we didn’t have power in LA. He even offered extra days if we needed it. The balcony view is incredible!!!

Anniversary Weekend
It was just right for two…and served us greatly. Probably best suited for a couple with up to pre-teen children. Balcony view of the Gulf and Beach are the best. We viewed fevers of stingrays swimming west about 5-10 yards off the shore. Each aspect of the condo served us well!! We had a great time.

Amazing balcony
The condo was not very clean 🙁 master bath Toilet only flushed every other hour or so and was very loose when sat on 😟 but I must say the view from the balcony was worth every penny 😁😁
