Great place to stay! Comfortable, cozy and perfect for us and our dogs. Really appreciate the fenced in yard ! Will definitely stay again!

Darling property. Our son stayed here only 1 of the 2 nights and said it was very comfortable and clean. We would love to come back and visit again.

We had a great stay at this sweet b&b! Three cabins grouped together with large fenced in yard area, pet friendly, which is so appreciated! Each outfitted with outdoor porch/comfy seats. In & out, everything you need - stocked kitchen, bug spray, nice towels & toiletries, lovely selection of breakfast items in fridge (muffins, coffee, milk, cereal, etc.) Shame that so many businesses were closed on the historic loop - we did find a cool beer garden. Such kind people everywhere. Small Town charm is real! You can't find a more comfy or better stocked place to stay. Close to Stonehenge theater as well, productions always great.

I would say if you aregoing to stay here take cabin 3. It felt very roomy & it was fully open concept.

Studio like design with a full kitchen, bedroom, living area and full bathroom. Everthing was clean and tidy. Very spacious for the square footage, even with the family. The owner, Stephanie Miller, was a very kind, considerate and welcoming. Don't think twice about booking this rental space. Do it. You won't regret it.

Love this place . Have stayed cabin 2 and 3. Both are wonderful. King beds in both. Mattress in both cabins are awesome. Cabin 3 is my favorite. It has a full kitchen and large bathroom with a nice covered patio to enjoy. Will definitely be staying there again.

This was the second time we stayed . Place is nice, quiet and homey. Stephanie is amazing and makes the greatest muffins. Highly recommend.

Room was as advertised… it was our 9th wedding anniversary!! We hit about 18 different wineries in the 3 days we were there!! Spent two evenings at Joanne Marie and Me at the back of the property (very intimate and cozy) Plenty of room for me and my wife and two pugs!! The cabin had all the amenities that you would want…cozy/comfortable king size bed, nice kitchen… Walked about a block to the Guadalupe River…quiet and off the beaten path… enjoyed Kerrville (The Grape Juice Bar was excellent for dinner) thanks for a great time!! We would definitely stay again!!

My son and I needed a place to stay while attending a goat clinic in Comfort. It was 30 min away, more reasonable than the hotels in the area and was the perfect size for us. I was in Cabin 3 which is long and narrow but very comfortable. The fridge had milk, muffins, eggs, cereal, oatmeal, jelly and milk for breakfast. Not sure if that is the normal stash of food or if she catered to my 10 year old she knew was coming. Stephanie was quick to respond and her shop in front is adorable. My son saw lightning bugs for the 1st time as they are all over the place. Use mosquito spray at dusk as they were bad but there is some I. The cabin as well. The bed was also very comfy.

Stephanie supplied anything & everything that we needed. The bbq pit outside added that extra touch of home comfort. Eour stay at the Wishing Well was perfect.

This property is one big open room. Bedroom, Living room, and kitchen. I thought bedroom was separate, but other than that all was great. Very clean and AC kept the room cool. The foods and drinks for breakfast were a nice addition.

We booked this as a place to stay the night before and after picking our son up from camp. I can't wait to go back for longer! First of all we were able to bring our dogs (2 boxers). The bed was very comfortable and I started googling the sheets because now I must have them. On the weekends the wine bar on the other side of the fence plays live music until around 10pm, so we were able to enjoy that from the porch of our cabin. There is also a gate that allows you to go over to the wine bar. Attached is a boutique that I had fun shopping at while my son (just picked up from camp) sat at the coffee bar talking to the owner. She made him a special decaf drink. I can't wait to come back!
