We were told we would have a condo room with a queen bed and we had a little room with a twin, the tv didn’t work and the night time manager was rude. Will not be staying again.

The room was well-equipped with everything one could need. Many towels, a great deal of body wash and assorted sundries. Comfy pillows and powerful AC. No problems, no difficulties. The toilet is a little too close to the wall, but that is to be expected in such an old building. The whole experience was a delight. You will be in good hands if you rent this room.

Just perfect!
This rental is just perfect for two. It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The pool was really nice and beautifully landscaped. It’s walking distance to the beach and many restaurants including Echo sushi bar directly across the street. It was delicious! You don’t have to move your car during your stay if you don’t want to! We would definitely stay here again!

Room was very clean and nicely updated. Jennifer was very easy to get in touch with and helpful with any questions/ concerns. Our only complaint which has nothing to do w/ the studio owner is the building was built in the 1920's, which makes it a beautiful historical building but the hallways have very old, musty carpet and it smells like mildew. I left with swollen tonsils and chest congestion both days we stayed, after being out of the building for a few hours I was fine. But 10 Mins after we came back my throat hurt and I felt congested again. The mildew smell is so strong you can smell it outside the building.The room itself was lovely tho and again Jennifer was a breeze to communicate with. But until the building is revamped I can't stay again.

Wonderful stay
The unit was adorable, just enough room for 1-2 people comfortably. Wonderful location (my favorite neighborhood when I come to Palm Beach) and Jenn was a wonderful host. Very communicative and accessible. Will make sure to book this unit for my next trip(s)!

Nice little details and items easily overlooked were there
Great spot close to beach and some great food choices. Great stock of little incidentals often overlooked were available including sun screen, beach chairs, and toiletries. Attention to detail by the owner greatly appreciated. Would stay here again and highly recommend for a short beach getaway.

My girlfriend and I were in Palm Beach for the weekend. The room was close to the beach with a lot of restaurants within 5-10 min drive. The hotel is quiet old but kept up for the most part.

Perfect location!
Everything you need! Easy walking distance to tons of restaurants and the beach is maybe 2 blocks away. This unit is very conveniently located within the building on the 2nd floor, right around the corner from the stairs and elevator. Directly across the street from Publix which is extremely convenient!!

I will Definitely stay again.
I traveled to Palm Beach for 6 days, I never stayed at a Home Away before, I would stay at a local hotel but it was under renovations so I was a little nervous of change.
The set up of the studio is exactly how it was photographed. It was clean and very cozy. They offered plenty of bathing towels which were white and fluffy. The linens were white and clean with extra blanket. The place had utensils and plates, the tandard kitchen necessities. Jenn has beach chairs and towels which was a huge plus! The property was very quite, the pool was great to jump into after the day of soaking up the sun on the beach. There were plenty of restaurants to eat around town and a 5 minute drive to City Place.
I will definitely stay at same place again. I was very pleased with the hospitality of the concierge and of course Jennifer!
