Makani Sands #302 3brm Townhouse on Ocean
Makani Sands # 302 è un 3brm 2 1 / 2ba townhouse al 3 ° e 4 ° piano con 3 verande con vista spettacolare. Accesso rapido alla nostra spiaggia e ai barbecue. Questo bellissimo condominio è pieno di opere d'arte di artisti locali hawaiani. Cucina gourmet con nuovo congelatore sotto zero. Al piano superiore, la camera da letto principale si trova sull'oceano con una vasca idromassaggio e un lanai privato sull'oceano. La camera degli ospiti ha un letto matrimoniale e un bagno privato completamente ristrutturato nel 2017, lanai ha mt. visualizzazioni. Al piano di sotto è una terza camera da letto, che è un ufficio convertito con un letto a rotelle che si apre in due gemelli. C'è un divano letto nel soggiorno e un bagno di 1/2 fuori dal corridoio. Nuove tende nel soggiorno e pavimenti in bambù Tiger al piano di sopra. Ci sono TV via cavo e c'è una cassaforte per i vostri oggetti di valore. C'è un rapido accesso alla nostra spiaggia per nuotare, andare in kayak e fare snorkeling e c'è un posto in prima fila per osservare le balene durante i mesi invernali. Vieni a fare Makani Sands # 302 la tua casa lontano da casa mentre su Maui.

The condo was clean and in a great location. The office staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The condo really has one shower. The master bath shower is a deep soaking tub and I actually fell and the bar placed to hold on to came off and hit me. Some of the decor is beautiful but in my opinion way too much stuff and some is very tacky. Furniture is not comfortable.

Great property, you can top the view and location with a beach right out front! Plenty of room and well-appointed, it has everything you need for a great stay. Can't say enough but will gladly stay here anytime.

We enjoyed a wonderful week long stay at Makani Sands. The condo had everything we needed and was perfectly situated within walking distance of many things. We also enjoyed the oceanfront beach and patio area. We would definitely stay here again! Mahalo 🤙

We had family meet from Japan, Colorado, and Connecticut in Maui for the first time since 2019. The condo itself was well situated despite the fire in Lahaina. The problem was with the dishwasher which appeared to be original to the condo. When we discussed with the front desk that it was not working, it appeared to be an issue which had been plaguing the previous visitors, and had been reported on before. So a handyman was sent over, who reported that it needed to be replaced. And in the process of inspecting it, he managed to loosen something, because for the next 2 days there was a constant leak in the kitchen, which made the tile turn into an ice skating rink. Each of the children staying in the condo managed to slip and fall at least once. When the front desk was informed of this, they were nonplussed. As this was new years eve it was difficult to get someone to come over but a handyman eventually made it and found the leak source. However, the dishwasher was never replaced and honestly, I doubt it ever will be. So good luck to the next set of occupants, anything advertising a functional dishwasher is probably a lie. Otherwise the place is nice but very dated, does not appear to have been renovated since the building was constructed.
