This property is absolutely fabulous from the beautiful decor to the spectacular gulf views! The layout of the 4 bedrooms and private bathrooms was perfect for our three family beach vacation. Everyone had their own private spaces while still being able to enjoy family togetherness. The kitchen was well furnished with everything you could possibly need. The beds were comfortable and plenty of bedding was provided. The elevators could be a little annoying, but that is to be expected with a complex of this size. They were mainly super busy during checkout, check-in and at 5 pm when most people leave the beach. Our 8 year old really enjoyed the lazy river which is a nice retreat when you are tired of sitting on the beach. We always use Ike’s Beach Service for our beach chairs and as usual, that service was great. My only suggestion would be to add board games or such for when the weather keeps you inside. Thank you so much for sharing your beach condo. We would absolutely choose to stay here again.

We loved our trip and the overall process was great! I would highly recommend staying at this location!

Everything was great! The only thing that was different is one of the bedrooms had a bunk bed instead of a queen.

The unit was well stocked with cups dishes pans utensils for almost everything, but oddly no egg turner or spatula. If we would have been here longer, we would have bought some for the unit. We were right on the water (26 floors up) with a great view. Parking was an issue as only TWO spaces are allowed in the building and the overflow parking is 3-4 miles away in a muddy field...not good at all, especially considering how much the rent was for the unit. With a 4 bdrm unit to sleep 12, it is not reasonable to travel in only two vehicles accounting for passengers AND luggage. It was almost useless to use the jetted tub unless you enjoy a cold jetted tub experience. Garbage disposal was not working. A/C was very cold and a little hard to regulate the temperature in the rooms. The beds and bedding were comfortable and the unit was very roomy. The elevator wait time was sometimes an issue as we were here during a peak week and one elevator was being serviced. The indoor pool was helpful as we had rain a couple of days and was a good place for the children. Convenient easy access to the beach. Ride the elevator down, walk out the back door, walk past the pool right on to a deck leading to the beach.

Overall this unit is excellent and we would stay there again. Had a few HVAC problems but property manager was on it quickly! Very impressed by attention to concerns. Only complaint-long waits at the 6 elevators…rumor was that a few were down and in fairness it was 4th of July holiday.

Beautiful location and good condo...the elevator and parking situation was so ridiculous it nearly ruined the trip. Waiting 30 plus minutes for an elevator, which was the norm, is extremely frustrating (think about loading, unloading, and multiple trips per day). Then, we had to shuttle drivers to the off site parking to pick up the other vehicles for any incursions. So, we now know...condos are not for us, we will stick with beach houses.

Elevators slow

Everything about this condo was as described very nice and spacious just what we needed for three families and children. The only big issue was on the day of our arrival. We waited for over an hour to get an elevator to the 26th floor and finally gave up and went to shop for a while and returned and finally after another long wait got an elevator.

Everything was excellent at our stay

Wonderful spot for a vacation. We had four couples and the set up was perfect. Just had to time the elevator so you weren’t in a long line to get on. There was a little hiccup with a bathroom issue but the owner had it fixed pretty quickly. Enjoyed our stay very much!

A good property, fairly well maintained, the service was easy to deal with and everything was as advertised.

My only complaint is that we had to pay $35 for a 3rd parking pass. I understand that during peak season but not off season. We took 3 cars instead of 2 trying to ride separately due to Covid. I called Brett Robison to complain but they said it was a Phoenix West II rule, regardless the fee should have been waived.

Great views with this corner unit ! It was perfect for our group of 8 adults. Couldn’t have asked for a better property. I loved the covered parking also as there were time’s where we had some rainy days. Elevators super quick ( a big deal when you are on a high floor). I would book it again for sure.

This condo is great in all aspects. Fantastic Views all around. you can actually see the western sunset from the condo balcony. The amenities on property are fantastic, like the lazy river and indoor / outdoor pools, mini arcade for the kids, downstairs storage for beach items. The beach was clean and beautiful and well kept. The condo itself had everything we needed. Even a margarita machine, wine fridge etc. This condo was perfect in every way. We will definitely stay here again.

The unit was perfect with a very roomy den/DR/Kit. The view was fantastic. We have vacationed at least once a year on the coast for many years and this was the best condo ever.

The condo was everything advertised. Very nicely furnished, well supplied kitchen, convenient location, very friendly staff! We will return to this unit!

Awesome Condo

Words can't describe how beautiful the condo and the views of the ocean are for this property! The condo has every amenity needed for a wonderful vacation at the beach. The memories you will make will last a lifetime. Another great aspect is you are very close shops and restaurants-we will definitely come back and stay at this beautiful place!

This was the most amazing beach front condo we have ever stayed in (some 20 previous ones)! Not only was it aesthetically pleasing, it was by far the most well thought out and supplied of any condo we have ever used. Enough kitchen utensils and dinnerware to support a small restaurant! We have long enjoyed the many amenities of the Phoenix West II but staying in this condo put our stay over the top! In addition, the owner, noticing an un-booked day prior to our arrival, offered us a terrific deal to use the place an extra night, which worked out very well! Also, the PWII management staff supported a painless checkin and addressed our questions and concerns very well.
