Villa con 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni con vista sull'oceano al secondo piano con vista sulla piscina di acqua dolce, sulla bellissima spiaggia di sabbia e sull'Oceano Atlantico. Il resort privato dell'isola offre 2 1/2 miglia di spiagge di sabbia bianca non affollate e incontaminate. Villa è arredata in modo professionale e offre un elegante ambiente di vita costiera. Le porte scorrevoli in vetro dal pavimento al soffitto offrono una vista panoramica sulla piscina, sul cortile paesaggistico, sulla spiaggia di sabbia bianca e sull'oceano. Soggiorno / sala da pranzo con divano e divanetto coordinati, tavolo e sedie per sei persone e un centro di intrattenimento con TV a schermo piatto con ricezione via cavo. Master camera da letto si apre sul balcone con vista sull'oceano e offre letto king size, bagno privato e cabina armadio. L'arredamento comprende comò triplo, specchio e comodini abbinati con lampade. La camera degli ospiti ha un letto matrimoniale e un divanetto che si apre su un letto singolo. Inoltre, c'è un cassettone e un comodino. Cucina ristrutturata completamente attrezzata con elettrodomestici Whirlpool, frigorifero con fabbricatore di ghiaccio, fornello elettrico, forno a microonde, lavastoviglie e tutti i piccoli elettrodomestici "nuovi". Sono forniti tutti gli articoli in porcellana, bicchieri, utensili e pentole. Il Wild Dunes Resort è una gated community programmata con sicurezza 24 ore su 24 e dispone di due campi da golf progettati da Tom Fazio. Wild Dunes ha un centro tennis di alto livello con 17 campi Har-Tru. Il centro fitness all'avanguardia offre allenamento personale, lezioni di aerobica, macchine per pesi, pesi liberi e terapia di massaggio. Il servizio completo Isle of Palms Marina è raggiungibile in 5 minuti. Gli affitti estivi vanno da sabato a sabato.

Clean, well maintained property. Comfortable and quiet. Condo was well stocked with everything needed such as trash bags, toiletries etc. Nicest condo we have stayed at over the years at Wild Dunes.

This was the perfect location for our stay, combining beach and downtown Charleston. I appreciated the secured gated entrance and the property felt very safe and well lit. The condo was clean, except for the guest bathroom drawers which had hair all over them which I addressed with the property mgmt company the next morning. This is the first vrbo that I have not had to purchase any bathroom or kitchen supplies and the ice and water dispensers in the fridge were great. I loved the reading library, great titles and a nice addition for guests. The walking path along the road was great.Having traveled a lot and stayed in many vrbo’s, there are some things that could be better.-it was not necessary to make a stop at property mgmt location. The signature could have been obtained in a docusign, there was no key, key code and welcome info could also be sent electronically.-there was zero communication from the owner or property management company to check in on stay after arrival. While this is not completely necessary, it does make guests feel like they are taken care of. -pool gate code did not work (also was not working for many other guests). I called property management company and they could not assist, said they would call us back and never did.-only 1 blanket, did have to ask for more to be dropped off-beds were very uncomfortable and pillows were cheap and flat. This has been addressed in reviews by many other guests. For this reason I would not return. An easy fix.

Lovely updated condo on Isle of Palms within Wild dunes. Great stocked kitchen for any type of cooking. My only complaints are not receiving check in information. After flying from the west coast, check in involved stopping at a realty office a few miles from the condo which turned out to be closed because our flight was delayed. Had to wait for host to return calls and emails sent, a bit stranded. Check in information finally provided had the wrong codes and waiting for host, we missed half a pool day. Lastly, the unit had no beach or pool towels and limited quantity of body towels so I needed to do laundry everyday.
