Good property. Nicely maintained bed rooms and hall. Attendant staff was good.
The surrounding area around the bungalow needs good maintenance. No plantation , no greenery. Not a single tree/ flower plant, not even a flower pot outside the bunglow. This needs to change. It gives a bad and odd impression about the property. You feel that you are on a Lonely planet ! 😢.

A nice comfortable Villa with excellent caretakers. Good sea view from the upstairs bedrooms. Food prepared by the caretakers was really good.
The swimming pool is far. You need your own vehicle to reach the swimming pool. Also its not that big for adults. For kids its okay and safe. A big swimming pool attached to the property will make a big difference.

The staff was very good. Excellent Cook n prepares tasty food
Location is very bad. Very far from Dapoli city. It is 21km far n the access road to the property is very bad. There is nothing near the property. Very isolated
