We stayed at Henry's condo for our annual ski vacation to Telluride. There were 8 adults. Condo was conveniently located near lift 7 and had amazing views of the slopes. The kitchen was well stocked and Henry was very easy to communicate with and helped us with an extra vehicle we had. Would highly recommend!

The condo is just a 3 minute walk to lift 7, so the location is perfect. The layout is nice and the fact that there were 3 baths was very helpful for our group. However, the kitchen faucet leaked and needed replacement while we were there. The glass window on the oven door front slipped down and we couldn't use the oven the last 2 days, after the repair required time to have the glue set. Some newer fry pans would be helpful so that food didn't stick.

This condo was perfect for our cousin ski trip. Location is excellent and there was a bed for each of the 5 guys. Communication was great with Henry and we had no issues. Village is the place to be for a guys ski trip and this place is great.

The condo is outstanding and the location in town couldn't be better. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. With a large sunlit living room, a well stocked kitchen, three bedrooms + a bed in the loft area, a full bathroom in each bedroom, and incredible views up Lift 7 all made our Xmas in Telluride a special one. Thank you Henry, you're a great host!

My family loved our stay here. Two boys in the room with twin beds, oldest boy in queen size bedroom by himself, daughter in the loft, my husbands and I downstairs. We loved that every room had their own bathrooms! 😂. Great location, great view! I’m not sure if I talked to Henry or Liz most of the time but they were very helpful with any questions I had (even non property related questions) and with checking in on us to make sure all was good. Thank you guys for making it an awesome stay! Very accommodating!

I stayed here with my family for my son's wedding. It is in a perfect location as the river trail and Galloping Goose bus stop are across the street and a short walk to the everything else. We had everything we needed to make our meals as we cooked the majority of the time we were there. The window seat was a wonderful spot to enjoy the view and a cool breeze. It rained every day we were there, but we didn't let it dampen our spirits. Our hosts were very friendly, helpful, informative and quick to respond to any question.

The main room is sunny and spacious and has great views. We were right across from the river walk which is just lovely. Have already shared some recommendations for the owner so won't go over it here. The communication was EXCELLENT as well as the follow up.

We had one person in a wheelchair and crutches. So getting up 2 flights of stairs was very challenging but we were forewarned and knew to expect it. The space is nice. Three bedrooms with 3 ensuites, which was the biggest reason we stayed here. The beds were fine.

This condo has plenty of space for our group and it was in a great location. Steps from the lift. The owner was extra helpful and very communicative. Parking was a breeze. We will stay here again!

We had a great time at this place. It was easy to walk around town and right across the street from the lift. The only thing I would note is that the sofa is not a pull out.

Everything about our visit was great and Henry was very communicative and helpful. The place itself is walking distance to everything in town and very close to chairlift #7.

Excellent location for staying in Telluride and being close to lifts. Town is very walkable from this location. Henry & Elizabeth are easy to reach and quick to respond to any needs. Great experience!

This is a 3 bedroom plus extra bed property. There were plenty of dishes, linens and towels, and blankets. The views from the windows and balconies were great. We were there in early October and the colors were spectacular. This property is a ten or fifteen minute walk from the central part of Telluride and very close to a lift and not far from the gondola. A very enjoyable trip all around.

The condo itself was very comfortable and in a really nice location, close to restaurants and the gondolas. Plenty of space for four adults and an infant - a great value for the price. Lots of good things about this property. First, the owner(s) are very easy to work with and checked in periodically to make sure we were happy, in addition to sending detailed instructions about the condo. Thank you, Henry! Second, we have been coming to Telluride for several years and this was (by far) the best covered parking we've had - easy in/out, a 7' clearance, and a very spacious parking spot at the end of the garage. That may seem trivial to some, but with our Expedition Max packed full of luggage, it was a MUCH appreciated departure from previous tiny, cramped spots! The layout is family-friendly, with the master, kitchen, and living room downstairs and the other 2 bedrooms (and loft with a bed) upstairs, which gave the kids their space and the adults ours. Bathrooms were all fine, no complaints there, and the beds were fine as well. Leaving a couple of windows or doors open (under covered patios) cooled the condo off very effectively at night and there were no bear concerns because it's a 3rd floor condo. The kitchen was small but definitely useable for those who want to stay in and cook (with all of the great Telluride restaurant options, we limited our "cooking" mainly to sandwiches and occasionally reheating leftovers. The washer and dryer were conveniently located outside the master bedroom, and got plenty of use without any issues. As with the beds, the furniture (couch, dining table, etc.) were all good enough, and about what you'd expect from a good rental property. The location was very good for us too. It's on the western end of town, 2 blocks' walk from Clark's Market and the high school field and playground (a huge selling point for our kids). All of Telluride is very walkable from there, just 5 or 6 blocks to the center of the town, so about a 10 minute or less walk. The condo is also located across the street from the river and walking/biking trail as well as the free parking lot in case your vehicle is oversized. Just a very convenient location, and one we thoroughly enjoyed. As I mentioned, the condo is on the 3rd floor, so there are 2 flights of steps involved with coming or going, but that wasn't a problem for us. And it did lead to beautiful mountain views from the balcony and windows, as well as peace of mind in opening outside doors and windows. All in all, a really great value for the money (less expensive than comparable properties), and we would stay here again.

Very comfortable condo with nice mountain views and convenient to everything we wanted to do in Telluride. We were there with 3 of our 7 grown children and their partners for a wedding. We would come back for sure with some of our kids and grand children for skiing or in the Summer.

Property looks nice in photos but isn’t, It’s very unclean. The walls are covered in just weird drips and gross mysterious clumps of something. None of the dishes in the house were clean, We had to clean all of them before we could use them. My pillow had dried blood on the case and the pillow. I noticed right before bed luckily. Not what you expect for a expensive place to stay. All 5 of us were grossed out staying here.

The property is just across the street from a ski lift which was very convenient. The views of the mountains right outside the windows were awesome. Very well appointed for our group: lots of towels, extra blankets, tp and such and plenty of storage area. Great to have a ski locker and covered parking. The town is small so we could walk everywhere. The market two blocks away had everything we needed. We were very happy to be there and look forward to coming back another day! The owners were very easy to work with and responsive.

We had such a great time in Telluride this Christmas...weather was perfect...lift was close...we could walk everywhere. Can’t wait to go back!
