The property was perfect for vacationing with a toddler and infant. The location was perfect so we could do walks around the neighborhood without worrying about a lot traffic. It’s still very close to the beach and stores. The property was very clean and comfortable. Would recommend this house to everyone! We will definitely be booking this property again.

My sisters and I wanted to take our mom to the beach as a Christmas gift. Liz’s place was PERFECT! The neighborhood is peaceful and charming. The house was very clean and stocked with essentials you usually don’t find at other properties. Liz made the check-in/check-out process a breeze! We would definitely stay here again!

Liz's house was just perfect for our family. We loved sitting on the back porch for some well needed family time. The location is great.... not too far from the beach and cute town. The house is very well stocked and there wasn't anything that we needed.

Our family loved the layout of this four BR house! We all had our own space and the enclosed back porch area was awesome! You are close enough to walk to the beach but the trolley is a nice option if you’re transporting gear. It’s a great value and was nice and clean.

The home was in a great neighborhood and looked just like the pictures. Comfortable for 8 and easy access to the beach and town. Excellent communication with the host. Would definitely stay again. Kitchen is sufficiently equipped and grill worked easily - if you have any specific meal/cookware needs, then bring some of your own supplies.

The home is clean, well appointed and there was plenty of room for the family to spread out. The enclosed back porch was a lovely place for morning coffee and to entertain a toddler.

We enjoyed our stay and plan to come back. Well-stocked kitchen. The cottage has a nice set up with ample room for the entire family to enjoy.

Liz’s home is a relaxed space with all of the amenities we needed (except linens - traveling from NE and WA we used a local vendor). The different living spaces - outdoors, 3-season porch, indoor LR - were all comfortable. The 3 glitches (shower door, jiggling toilet handle, and garbage disposal) we’re all tolerable concerns, and we’re fixed quickly. Luz was a great host, and very easy to communicate with.

We’ve been to this vacation house for several years and always look forward to going again. The house is a nice size, is clean and comfortable, is in a quiet little neighborhood, and is less than a mile from the beach. Also, the owner Liz is very helpful and pleasant to deal with.

I brought my family down for the weekend to celebrate my dad's 70th birthday. This was a surprise for my dad and everything was so wonderful, the house was so comfortable and welcoming. Everything was honestly perfect. I am so pleased I found this home and I will definitely rent again.

This was a great place and we had a nice week. We were in Bethany Beach for a family reunion and other family members rented houses very close by to this one. They were not happy with the places they rented and felt the houses were tired and not clean. We had no such issues. If you are looking at other houses when renting in Bethany Beach skip those and rent this house.

The house located at the end of the street in a quite neighborhood and is perfect for relaxing. House is spacious and very clean. It is close to the beach and only about a minute drive from coastal highway. A great place to stay and can't wait til next year!

This house has 2 screened in porches , great for being outside without any bugs . The location is very close to everything in Bethany . We did walk to beach a few times using the crosswalks by the Bethany totem pole. The beds are comfortable . We forgot toilet paper and there wasn’t any at the house when we arrived which was a little inconvenient but it was my fault for not packing paper products per the rental agreement .

The property is close to the beach but off the beaten path for peace and quiet. The property was clean, comfortable and had plenty of space for everyone to hangout together. House well well stocked with kitchen items, if you wanted to stay in and cook. Definitely would rent here again.

It was the perfect getaway for us. We got a feeling for what Bethany was like and also enjoyed the house itself.
