This unit has amazing views of the ocean and is in a very convenient location. We appreciated the beach gear that was provided with the unit. The unit was a bit dated and could have used a deep cleaning.

Your condo is very quiet and is in an amazing location with breathtaking views of the pool and ocean. It was a reassuring to be able to lock the front storm door. Parking is convenient and we were able to access the condo easily with the code. Thank you for providing air conditioning for the bedrooms and living room. The beads were comfortable. The AC filters need to be cleaned very soon. We would’ve liked to have availability to some cleaning products for floors and bathrooms to keep the place clean while we were there. We would love to stay in this exact unit again, except we would prefer to book a unit at WBH without carpet next time. We would love to give our five star rating to Henry the property manager. Henry was very friendly, helpful, and kind. He also meticulously upheld the strata rules. He takes his job very seriously and was always out working. He recommended local sites such as the strawberry farm and fish hatchery to name a few.

Condo has a great view and is super close to lots of stores. We walked to dinner, the market, coffee, rented snorkels and a my son got a week membership at a local gym. Watched the sun set each night from the beach and even saw sea turtles too. Highly recommend this condo. We are a family of five and my youngest is 14 and it was perfect for us.

Great location. Clean unit, pool, and very close to the beach. Private, that is what we wanted. We took my sister and her husband from Czech Republic to Maui. They never been there, so it was an great experience for them.

I can't say enough about the location, right on the beach. Bring your water shoes to fully enjoy your stay. The condo was clean and smelled great. The place is old, the furniture is dated, the garbage trucks will wake you at the Crack of dawn. The fridge worked great but it felt like was a temporary unit. The pool was awesome. There is a church next door who offers free meals daily, we witnessed many unhoused folks sleeping around the nearby grocery store.

Really enjoyed the space of the condo. Having children with us and it being 2 bedroom versus having to pull out the sofa bed every night was great. Amazing view of the pool and ocean and the garden grounds were very nice.

We were very happy with the 2 bed/2 bath condo, view of the pool and ocean were fantastic. Nice gas BBQ's on property. Shuffleboard was fun. Condo was fully equipped with lots of extra kitchen items, beach towels, boogie board, beach chairs, and lots of extra's that made staying at the condo very comfortable and nice. Small dishwasher but was perfect for our stay.

Pros - very nice condo, very clean inside, nice amenities like beach chair, snorkel gear, and lots of towels. Steps to the beach, beautiful view from condo. Walking distance to coffee shop, grocery stores and shops.
Opportunity for improvement - need more paper towels, need more hand soap. We had an swarm of gnats the first night in the 2nd bedroom, we think it may have come thru the wall air conditioner. Would be nice to have big spray. Outside facility looks outdated. Would be nice to have washer/ dryer inside condo.

Loved the place. Not fancy, but the pool and beach were SOO close we went to both multiple times each day with our 9 and 5 year olds. We'd rent again in a heartbeat!

We came with our entire family - my parents, brothers - their kids and our own little family. We've come before and if it wasn't for the cost would come as as family every year.The accommodations are great - and our unit had aircon which was very much appreciated after spending lot of time in the sun. I did notice that the beach toys, towels and chairs are getting a bit dated. We did have a couple of problems with our dishwasher but Maui Rentals was quick to sed someone - also, the pool heater wasn't working for 12 of the 15 days of our trip. It definitely made a nice difference when it was working again,

Wow what a view! Great location. Just steps from a nice beach. Grocery store restaurants all within 700/800 feet. With more just a mile down the road. Condo is well equipped. Clean condo and beds are comfortable and A/C works well. Several grill poolside are great for eat in days. Nice beach chairs and umbrella available. Stay here!

I asked the cleaners for one extra trash bag and they denied me. So I couldn’t take the last of the trash to the dumpster. And we only had three rolls of toilet paper for a family for a week. Other then that everything else was nice.

Also, when trying to wash the laundry it was challenging to get availability because of housekeeping doing laundry at the time I needed it.
Next, I would ask for a lower level unit.
Overall, we liked the stay and beach access including the room had beach chairs we could use.

It is a fantastic property. On a very nice beach just steps from the condo. Nice pool, well cared for. All amenities needed in kitchen. Very nice to have beach chairs and umbrella. Also a soft sided cooler but it was pretty old with a broken zipper, non the less a great thing to have . Also a boogy board. We loved it and would stay there again.*clean, no mold!

We had a great time in Kihei, Maui. The rental was in a great location. It was far enough away from the touristy areas that it was quiet but close enough for us to get to anything we wanted to see and do. The grounds are well kept and the unit had all amenities as advertised.

Diamond in the rough
Driving up to the property we all were a little skepical as the outside looked a little dated, but as soon as we opened the door to our condo and opened the currents to the balcony, WOW! Every view was awesome. The grounds were immaculate, the pool amazing, and the ocean, breathtaking. To have our own piece of paradise was exactly what my family needed.

Comfortable condo in a well kept community. Cannot beat the location on the island, everything is very accessible. Easy checkin and checkout instructions. Very much appreciate having beach chairs/umbrella in the condo available for use
