Rita and Jim have a wonderful place, so welcoming and convenient too. From our welcome notes, to dog treats, offers to drop us at the beach, bubbles abs a sweet note for our daughter, to yummy cheese and snacks, we felt at home immediately! The guesthouse had all that we could need, laundry, and the most comfortable bed ever!
We’ll definitely be back whenever in the area! Thank you!!

The location is terrific- between Kennebunk and Kennebunkport. The hosts could not have been nicer- friendly and helpful. The apt. was meticulously provisioned.

Rita & Jim go above and beyond to make sure your stay is better than you expect. My family of 3 with an 11 year old boy + our yellow lab had enough space. It has everything you need, and owners are super friendly! Good location, short drive to restaurants and all the beaches in the area.

My husband, dog, and I stayed in Maine for a week and Rita and Jim were the perfect hosts. The cute little guest house was clean, cozy, and filled with all the essentials we could have needed, AND MORE. The guest house is attached to the main house by a courtyard but allowed for enough privacy for us to come and go as we pleased, or chit chat and ask for recommendations in the area. The beach pass was awesome to have, it made things so easy to drive the few miles to the Kennebunk beaches. And although we brought towels/etc for our dog, they also had those for our use. I can't say enough how pleasant our stay was, thank you so much!!!

Our Amazing Stay in Kennebunk, Maine
Awesome! Jim +Rita are The Best -host + hostess. The place we stayed at was A+ clean, cozy, loved the little courtyard! They go above and beyond to make one's visit the best! Supplied needs that we didn't even have to ask for! We were made to feel very welcome and even our exit was nice. Love that they allow dogs.. It's really nice to feel at home. We really hope to go back again someday.

Rita and Jim created a beautiful property that is welcoming at every turn. Being able to bring the family dog is a great bonus and Zoe was welcomed with her own amenities. Every detail was taken care of and we have no doubts that we will return again!!

Phenomenal hosts and accommodations!
Rita and her family were incredible hosts, start to finish. No detail was left out, and they went the extra mile to make sure that we were comfortable and happy. We truly enjoyed getting to know them. Their cottage is gorgeous, peaceful, and a true retreat. Not to mention, the location is ideal. We didn't want to leave! We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect Maine escape.

Excellent Place in the Kennebunks
My wife and I and our dog Nellie thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely cottage. This cottage is very clean and has all of the items you need for your holiday. The balcony off the second level bedroom is an ideal place to have a meal or just sit and take in the Kennebunk River and its gorgeous surroundings. The cottage is well located for a quick trip to the beach or the many excellent restaurants in the area.
Rita and Jim are excellent hosts. Their hospitality extended on their Fourth of July celebration is truly appreciated.
I would highly recommend this cottage for your stay in the Kennebunks.

Well equipped -- had everything to make our stay comfortable. Great hosts and convenient location.
Really enjoyed our 2 weeks in this comfortable cottage. Kennebunk's dog friendly beach was delightful. We never missed a day there. The location is convenient for day tripping to Portland, Portsmouth and Ogunquit. The courtyard and grounds are delightful and the owners were more than willing to see that we enjoyed our stay suggesting places to visit and things to do in the area. Although the cottage is small it's ideal for a couple and their pet. We highly recommend this cozy spot.

Fabulous two week stay
My husband and I had a wonderful time at this charming two floor cottage. Rita and Jim are amazing hosts. Cottage is very well appointed. Grounds are fabulous, high level attention to detail. We wanted for nothing. Jim and Rita are very knowledgeable and generous. We can't wait to visit again next year.

Beautiful spot for two and dogs!
I am reluctant to give a great review here as I do not want to have to compete with others to rent this wonderful property! This was an absolutely perfect spot for two people and two dogs to enjoy a week in Kennebunk. The rental is clean, comfortable and cozy. Everything we could have possibly needed was provided (for humans and for canines)for a beach holiday, and the property is in a terrific location-- just minutes to the beach and many restaurants. The hosts were so welcoming and helpful and also gave us privacy. We hope to return for another fantastic beach holiday!

Adorable little cottage for the perfect Maine experience
My husband and I spend a perfect week at this Kennebunk property. The cottage is lovely and very well equipped with nothing missing. The location was superb, not far from any of the beaches or Kennebunkport. We would highly recommend staying here and will most definitely not hesitate to return. Jim and Rita were very welcoming and did not hesitate to let us know if we needed anything. Again cannot recommend this property enough!!

Very comfortable and we'll organised cottage
The cottage has everything and more. Surrounded with beautiful flowers and many birdsat the feeders
The upstairs has a great king sized bed and walk out deck. The owners were great making suggestions on where to eat and what beaches to take our dog Bodie we hope to return.

Great stay with great hosts
We couldn't have been happier with our stay. it was our first family vacation and Rita and Jim were incredibly helpful in making our stay pleasant. They went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant, including calling us from the beach to let us know that we could use their beach chairs if we needed and even offering to pick us up if we were stuck downtown.
The cottage itself was beautiful and definitely had that "Maine" feel.

A perfect oasis
Everything was perfect from the warm welcome by Rita and Jim and the perfectly equipped cute and cozy loft. I would not suggest more than two adults since this is a small apartment. Beautiful place, gorgeous views, loved every part of it.
