Benvenuto a The Tarwater House! Questo piccolo cottage accogliente è stato costruito nel 1946 dai miei nonni e completamente ristrutturato nel 2013. Vanta un sacco di carattere e servizi per la vostra convenienza. Camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale, seconda camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale e la terza camera ha due letti singoli. Tutte le camere sono dotate di TV e lettori DVD più piccoli. Il soggiorno è dotato di una Smart HDTV e la connessione internet wireless è fornita per il vostro soggiorno. La cucina è completamente attrezzata - sono forniti elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, tutti i piatti, pentole, crockpot, ecc. È inoltre disponibile una griglia a carbone per esterni. Abbiamo un vasto campo che puoi usare per croquet, pallavolo, lancio di sacchi di fagioli, scarpe da cavallo, ecc. Goditi i mobili sul ponte! We had a great weekend at the little cottage. It’s the sweetest little farmhouse and we all loved the layout. Comfortable beds, wonderful little kitchen and quiet area with easy accesses. We can’t wait to stay again! My girls loved their room with the twins beds!

We had such a great time spending Christmas in this beautiful little cottage. It’s nicely maintained and decorated, I wasn’t expecting to arrive and have a Christmas tree already set up, it really set the tone to the start of our vacation. My kids loved the Christmas tree, wrap around porch & huge yard that we were able to make smores and memories in. I loved how the kitchen had all the tools I needed to prepare our meals & how all the attractions were so close to us! I highly recommend this home & will be coming back for future family trips

This property has a rich history and is the perfect location! The house was clean and had everything we needed to cook and entertain our 4 kids. They loved playing in the huge yard and having TVs in each room. The beds were so comfortable and the kitchen was perfect! We will be staying again!

I can't say enough great things about this place. Super easy check in and was very clean. It had everything a family could want. Anything you ever thought you might need in the kitchen, they have it. Kids bored? There are outdoor games provided and a fire pit. Also a HUGE backyard area for them to run wild. The location of the home is very close to anything you want to get to in the area. I would choose this place as opposed to any cabin out there. It was AMAZING.

The house was conveniently located to the entrances of the Smokey Mountains and pigeon forge area. Pleasant to back to after long days of hiking. Thank you.

Went to Sevierville to visit Dollywood, and Gatlinberg. We rented this cottage to get away from the hotels, with the hope of being still right there without dealing with the traffic. We were not disappointed, it felt as if we were staying at our home, or maybe a friend or Aunt’s home. It was very familiar, yet still away. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed the stay at this small little house. It's a beautiful family legacy. The televisions were a little hard to understand. One of the remotes turned on all the tvs at the same time. However, this was a great location and a comfortable stay.

We were only in town for a couple days and wanted my Dad to be able to stay with us. The house was super cute. Located close to the activities we went to do. The story behind it was fun to read. Leah was very responsive to any questions we had. The house is fully equipped with everything you need. It was nice to have a supply of some necessities as a lot of places don’t have those. The only thing we were surprised about was that the 3rd bedroom doesn’t have its own entry. You walk through the 2nd bedroom to get to the 3rd. Would stay here again if we come back to that area. Thanks for sharing your family’s home!

Absolutely loved the house. Leah has done an amazing job refurbishing this home. Very well stocked with the incidentals we all tend to forget! Highly recommend and will be going back!

I must truly say that the property exceeded my expectations. It was like a fancy hotel without all the distractions. The upgrades to the property were quite noticeable. It was evident that the owner has pride for the property and that was ready appreciated by us. There is one little blind in the master bedroom that needs to be repaired. It presents as an area for a peeping tom to look into the room. I doubt that would occur but my wife put a covering over the area to feel comfortable.

The house was very clean & nice.... Very easy to find. The beds were comfortable. Need to provide more towels & washcloths. Everything was fine except that we could have used another bathroom. There was space off the dinning room and pantry for a bath if the owner ever wants to add one... it would greatly improve the place with groups over 2 or 3 people. Thanks for letting us stay here.

This cute house was just as pictured besides an updated couch. We definitely felt “at home”. It was minutes away from downtown pigeon forge but far enough away to have a quiet relaxing evening.

Nice place to stay. Feels like home in its own way. I grew up in a house alot like this one. The place was nice and clean and the owner was very helpful and nice. Would stay there again and more than likely will.

We were in town for a wedding. There were 5 adults who stayed and it was exactly as advertised. Clean and comfortable and close to where we needed to be. As other reviews have mentioned, a second bathroom would be awesome, but we made do with one—and it was not a problem.

The home was very cozy . The location was great it was within 30 minutes to everything we wanted to see and do. The renting process was easy. I didn’t have any issues but the one question I had I got a quick response. I do recommend this property and I would rent it again.

The property was just as stated comfy, cozy. close to everything. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was so charming and well furnished. The manager was so engaged and made it so easy to enter and exit the property and was very quick to respond if I had questions. Looking forward to going back soon. Great place to stay!!

This cottage was just perfect! The house was very clean and had super comfortable beds. I loved the extra touches with condiments in the fridge and plenty of towels. The location was quiet and was very close to Dollywood and all the activities we had planned. Highly recommend!!!

The cottage was perfect for our Nama & Papa Spring Break with our daughter and our three grandchildren. Just a short 15 minute drive to Dollywood! We also enjoyed the fire pit and huge backyard to play frisbee and baseball. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed to make breakfast and dinner. We loved our time together in the cottage in the Smokies!
