Very clean, quiet, nicely furnished condo with many extra household needs supplied that are seldom found in a rental. The master bedroom mattress is very comfortable, and the lanai has a pretty sunset view. Location is wonderful, not far from Old Town, and also Basha's, a very good grocery store. We had an issue with the TV reception, and as soon as we contacted the host, it was taken care of immediately. We may try a different time of year next time!

It was perfect easy to get around to downtown, Scottsdale anew really any place in or around Phoenix. The hosts were great and easy to work with.

Property owners were great to work with. Property was a perfect choice for us, each having our separate sleeping areas with a nice kitchen and living area. Nice balcony overlooking golf course.

This apartment is in a great location overlooking the golf course. The hosts were very thoughtful and the property was immaculately cleaned.
It was perfect for my wife and I. There are two beds but there is only one very small bathroom — I wouldn’t recommend that more than two people try to stay here because of that.

Such a quiet, peaceful condo with a lanai that overlooks the golf course. Very private! Easy access to the Scottsdale walking path and easy walk to Old Town and the canal.
The condo is fully stocked and so comfortable. Pool area is lovely!

This apartment is in a great location overlooking the golf course. The hosts were very thoughtful and the property was immaculately cleaned.

Peaceful Getaway
Such a quiet, peaceful condo with a lanai that overlooks the golf course. Very private! Easy access to the Scottsdale walking path and easy walk to Old Town and the canal.
The condo is fully stocked and so comfortable. Pool area is lovely!

great community pools, very comfortable condo, extremely responsive owners (we arrived Easter evening to a broken window from an errant golf ball, somehow the owners managed to have the window replaced & all the glass cleaned up that evening!) highly recommend.

Amazing Sunsets!
The condo was a great location for our needs. We traveled to Scottsdale to bike ride, hike and swim. The condo deck overlooks a golf course and bike trail. We enjoyed our evening cocktails on the deck at sunset. The sunsets were amazing! The grounds are well manicured and the pool is sparkling clean. Great location for an active vacation!

Such a great place to stay. We really had a good time and when we got here, the owners had a personalized basket for my 40th birthday! So thoughtful!!! We had a rough go at the start of the trip with the car rental and it made my day. Clean, perfect location and accommodating! We highly recommend! Thank you!

The location was walking distance to the SF Giants spring training complex (took in a game) and to Old Town Scottsdale. Would recommend others to stay here and will consider renting again.

Such a great place to stay. We really had a good time and when we got here, the owners had a personalized basket for my 40th birthday! So thoughtful!!! Sunshine
We had a wonderful stay in Scottsdale. We were escaping Minnesota deep freeze and couldn't of timed it better. Sunny 70s almost Everyday! The manager/ owners were local and were so accommodating. Kam even collected are recycling and replaced a few requests. Communication was excellent. Between hiking, golfing , pickleball and enjoying the beautiful, clean pools we stayed busy.

Our experience was very good staying at this VRBO. Having a patio on the golf course side was enjoyable. Our place was just the right size for the two of us.

Quiet with great sunsets!
The place was very well stocked. Everything functioned well. I enjoyed sitting out on the patio in the morning or late afternoon drinking tea and writing.

2 Weeks in Scottsdale
My wife and I are retired and we stayed at Kam and Kyles condo in Sunscape for 2 weeks. The unit was clean and comfortable, and was well equipped for eating meals in. The location is ideal for the local activities, and we enjoyed backing up to the golf course. We walk a lot and it is safe and convenient to do so from this location.

Scottsdale Gem
This property is just as described! The main bedroom bed was incredibly comfortable; there were only 2 of us, so we didn't utilize the loft. The kitchen and bath were well stocked with necessities. The unit is a 2 minute walk from a very nice hot tub and pool. The complex seemed to be just a short drive from many of the local sites! Stay here! You won't be disappointed!

Awesome stay
The owners and property were spectacular! We were traveling with a young child and they made sure we had a pack n play and baby gate for the stairs. The location is perfect walking distance to watch the Giants and plenty of nearby restaurants and grocery stores. We will definitely be back next year!

Scottsdale 2020
We have stayed the past two years in North Phoenix and found this most recent stay in Scottsdale more desirable. Really enjoyed the location of this condo in Sunscape Villas alongside the Continental Golf Club. Kim and Kam were great to rent from and were very responsive when we had an issue accessing the Fitness Center. The swimming pools were large and great water temp. The welcome basket was a nice touch. We were very comfortable during our stay and will not hesitate to stay here again!

Best property in Sundance
We've staed in this complex before, so we knew it was in a great location. The greenbelt is just steps away and walking to Old Town is about a 20 minute walk
Parking was not a problem.
Would stay here again for sure.

The location of this condo just can’t be beaten! Overlooking the Continental Golf Course and within walking distance of four great restaurants - perfect!
The condo had everything we needed and Kim and Kyle were great to deal with.
We would certainly rent from them again!

Great spot
Second time I have stayed here. A comfortable, quiet unit on the second floor overlooking the golf course. Well furnished and nice big king bed. And so nice to work directly with the owners (who are local) and not through a management company (who can be apathetic). I will be back soon!

A wonderful place! Highly recommended...
Bright, clean, spacious. That was my first impression when I entered this unit for the first time. And this impression would stay the same for the rest of our 10 days. Okay, the bathroom is rather small, the tv does not have premium and the toilet is rather low for us tall Dutchmen. But you’ll get a lot in return. A fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine plus dryer, two great beds and a spectacular view of a golf field. And best of all, a nice welvome gift from Kyle and Kam. Thank you, Kyle and Kam!

Wonderful!
We loved this cozy home, beautifully decorated, yet simple, with all of the essentials. It also is a perfect location with gorgeous views overlooking the golf course! The hosts are very warm and made us feel at home. Everything was so cozy and perfect! I actually miss this cute and lovely home and think my hubby and I will return some weekend. Thank you Kyle and Kam for the most wonderful stay!!

Nice condo right on the golf course and perfect Scottsdale location! Very quiet and so lovely to sit on the deck with views of the golf course.
This was our second stay here and it did not disappoint. Condo is situated right on the Scottsdale Green walking path. Also walking distance to Old Town.
Great pool too with comfy lounge chairs and shade if needed.
Making sweet memories here and hope to return.

Wonderful Complex
Sunscape complex was very nice. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The second story balcony faces the golf course with evening sun. The unit was well stocked with supplies and we would stay in this unit again. The only suggestion I have is the kitchen cabinets need some adjustment so they stay closed and the cabinets cleaned a little better.
