Questo classico cottage di Cape Cod, costruito nel 1890, è a pochi passi dalla baia di Cape Cod - con tranquilla serenità e una vista in lontananza sulla baia. Oltre all'accesso privato alla spiaggia, il cottage dispone di un avvolgente portico con amaca, un'area protetta per mangiare e rilassarsi, cucina abitabile, doccia esterna chiusa, camino, grill a gas e un ampio prato privato per giochi da giardino. Inoltre, attualmente è in costruzione una grande area per i pozzi del fuoco, che offrirà un posto fantastico per rilassarsi all'aperto per l'estate 2019! È possibile raggiungere a piedi Rock Harbor, o guidare pochi minuti al centro di Orleans per un sacco di ristoranti e opzioni di intrattenimento. Ci sono tre camere da letto e un bagno completo (con solo una vasca al chiuso - ma con una grande doccia esterna), per un totale di sei ospiti. La prima camera da letto include un letto matrimoniale, mentre le altre due hanno due letti singoli abbinati. Altri servizi inclusi sono split sistema A / C per le calde giornate estive, WiFi, cavo e Smart TV per lo streaming. Lenzuola e asciugamani sono sempre forniti per la vostra convenienza. Perfect getaway if you want privacy, yet within walking distance to downtown Orleans and local attractions such as Rock Harbor. Also within steps to huge awesome marshland and beach that appears endless at low tide. House is rustic and bedrooms are small, but plenty of room for 2, and most likely 4 if 2 are children. Outdoor shower is great. Overall, very enjoyable stay!

The house was nice and as advertised. The walk to a sandy, grassy area by the bay was convenient and beautiful. But there's really no direct beach access unless you wade/swim a tidal river.

The location couldn’t have been better. Close to everything we love about the Cape. Beautiful tidal flats to walk through, the house was older but had so comfortable and clean. Lots of personality and the pictures of it over the years just added to the charm. The bed was comfy and extra blankets were available. The fire pit was an added bonus.

A beautiful little cottage with a wonderful very private yard. I can't say enough great things about the property and the trail to the beach. The kids loved exploring the marsh and beach.

We loved it right away. The land around the cabin is nice and secluded. Access to the beach is quick and easy. The cabin has everything we needed, and the kitchen was stocked with a good selection of plates, dishes, glasses, cups, and cooking equipment. The staff of DelMar is great to work with. Our only cautions for future renters - there is no indoor shower (only a clawfoot tub), and the stairs to the bedrooms (3 upstairs) are tight with a 90 degree turn. Those w/mobility issues or needing/wanting a shower need to realize those 2 things. But, they were not big issues for us.

We loved staying here! The house is beautiful and so comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds are very comfortable, and the screened in porch is delightful. We loved the outdoor shower and fire pit as well.
The best part of the place, though, is the location. You can see the bay from the porch and you’re only a short, private walk from a beautiful beach.

Lovely Old Cape vibe. We loved this cottage from the location to the actual property itself. Kitchen appliances are up to date. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Orleans Cottage
We loved the old time rustic feel of the cottage even though it still had all the modern day amenities we needed. The location was perfect and our site was private and cozy. Easy access to a private beach. What more could you want? Communication about the property, check in, rules … was very organized and very helpful. We were very satisfied.

loved the house and property... quiet, short walk to the beach 2 small dogs enjoyed their vacation so much...especially enjoyed seeing photos of the house through the years...we appreciate a vintage house ….our own house was built in 1873 :)

Excellent cottage
We rented this beautiful cottage over Labor Day and it was a perfect weekend. The location was excellent; close to town and yet secluded at the end of a lane. A short walk took us to the beach. The sunsets from this beach were spectacular. The cottage was very clean and comfortable. We appreciated the availability of sheets and towels. The kitchen was well stocked with everything that we needed. There was a nice selection of books and games. I hope we have the opportunity to vacation here again in the future.

With your own private beach access, this place is the perfect vacation spot. Everything we needed was there, and the rental company was awesome to deal with. Can't wait to return!
