"The Fish Carlton" Questa casa ha TUTTO! Prenota ora! Piscina riscaldata privata sulla spiaggia e enorme vasca idromassaggio sulla spiaggia! Tavoli da gioco per bambini. 6 camere da letto / 4. 5 bagni. Di recente costruzione e completamento marzo 2015! Posizione, posizione, posizione! 22 posti letto a letto !!! Il Fish Carlton è una bellissima 6 camere da letto (zona soppalcata aggiuntiva per dormire) 4. 5 bagni di casa che si trova direttamente sulle spiagge di sabbia bianca zuccherata di Panama City Beach. ZERO passi per la spiaggia - Sei già lì! La casa è di circa 3000 piedi quadrati con quasi tutte le stanze con una splendida vista sull'acqua verde smeraldo. La casa ha una grande area aperta per la cucina divertente e gourmet. C'è anche una sala giochi / multimediale separata per i bambini al piano superiore con biliardino e grande schermo piatto HD da 55 pollici. "Schermo piatto HD da 55 pollici anche in soggiorno. 8 TV a schermo piatto in tutto. Ogni camera è dotata di TV a schermo piatto. Con oltre 2000 piedi quadrati di Decking esterno (con 800 piedi quadrati protetti da sole / pioggia), The Fish Carlton è perfetto per godersi il suono delle onde o rinfrescarsi in piscina! Layout eccellente per gruppi numerosi! La cucina è completamente arredata con tutto il necessario. Il grande tavolo da cucina può ospitare 8-10 + 4 in più al bar della cucina di altezza standard (anche molti pranzi all'aperto - altri 10!). Panca e doccia esterna su passerella .. Grande griglia sul ponte con vista sull'oceano per barbecue all'aperto .. Paver Driveway Parks 6 veicoli di fronte al Fish Carlton. Vieni a fare ricordi e goditi questa meravigliosa casa con la tua famiglia. My friends and I had an amazing stay in this house! It wasn’t ever too cramped and the two refrigerators really helped with food storage. Having the pool/hot tub so close to the beach was so nice. Would definitely recommend!

We had 4 families during our stay with all age ranges! It was perfect for our large family. We loved the pool/hot tub and the beach being just steps away. The kitchen was fully stocked and had 2 refrigerators, which is nice when you are cooking for a crowd. All of the beds were comfortable except for the twin trundle bed in one of the bunk rooms(it was almost like a box spring not a mattress). Overall cleanliness was really good. There were a few minor things like air vents/returns that need to be cleaned. Pool towels were provided, which was a bonus! Things we brought/bought: hand soap and toilet paper for bathrooms, dish soap, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, trash bags, foil, baggies, seran wrap, and containers with lids for left overs.
There were several restaurants and shops within walking distance. The Pier is a 15 min drive away (lots of shops/restaurants/things to do). Walmart is 10-12 mins away, Publix is 4 mins. If you have never had Parlor donuts, they are a must try!
If the family decides to stay in PCB again we will most definitely rent this house again! The host answered all of my questions ahead of time and communicated well. We had an amazing time and were able to spend a lot of quality time together as a family!

This was an amazing vacation rental for my family. We normally each rent condos on the beach, but for this trip, we decided to rent a beach house for all of the family. This was such an amazing trip. The house had everything we could ever ask for and we definitely wouldn’t rent again. Five stars! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

What a great beach home! And in a great location, too. Had a great time during our last chance to get some sun and warm weather before the cooler months set in. The kids had a blast! The ease of getting around and walking distance to food, parks, and shops really sealed it.

Everything about this house was FABULOUS! It was well stocked with the necessities for the week. The pool and hot tub were great! It was clean! Plenty of room! We had an amazing week here! Thanks for sharing your home with us! We will be back!

This house was absolutely perfect..beautiful location w/easy access to the beach. The convenience of the pool/hot tub on the deck was perfect. Beautiful sunsets! We used Chairs2U and Scott (the owner) was excellent..our beach chairs were set up early every day, and we had an amazing bonfire w/music, s’mores and the most beautiful set up. The house is so comfortable with plenty of space for everyone, also has great kitchen. We had NO problems, perfect weather, and beautiful water. We have been vacationing in this area for years and this is one of the best homes we’ve stayed in. Thank you for sharing your beautiful space😍!

The house was roomy with great views and we were steps away from the beautiful sand and gulf. We, unfortunately, had a lot of rain during our stay but still enjoyed our stay. We had a few issues with the house but it was immediately resolved.

The house was wonderful and met our needs. However, little "extras" would have been nice. For example: hand soap in all bathrooms, extra toilet paper, paper towels, ice in bin. We had to go to the store just to get started! Other VRBOs have furnished those items so we were not expecting to. Also, instructions/booklet about house would have been nice. Like good places to eat, what trash cans belonged to the house (one trash can stayed full the entire week. Think it was the neighbors), places of interest, etc. Just a little above and beyond would have been appreciated.

Everything about this house was perfect for our trip. Location was amazing. We had one problem with a busted pipe under the pool that caused the water to drain out, but the property manager and host responded immediately and had it repaired within a few hours! We loved this house!

Very nice house on the beach w/private pool. Very spacious w/6 BR and 4.5 BA plus an extra common space upstairs. Pool was bigger than expected, more rectangular than square. Hot tub & grill added bonuses w/lots patio space. Upstairs AC not as cool as down but box fans provided. Just a few doors down from Schooner's! Was on east quiet end of PCB and plenty of food around. Parking room for 3 cars easy, maybe 1 more. Property office M-F only so had to leave msg if called outside times. Overall, VERY pleased!

We really liked the location. Right on the beach, but not in the busiest tourist area. Just down the beach from Schooners. Fun place to eat or get a drink right from the beach. The house was nice and roomy for our big family. Loved having the pool as well. Had a great time there. Would rent again

This property was spacious enough for our large party. Having the beach out the patio door was amazing. Pool and hot tub were added touch as the weather was a bit cool during our stay. Had to communicate a few times with property manager and response was adequate.

We get together with our adult children and grandchildren in January every year and this place was amazing! Right on the beach! Not crowded at all! Tons of room in the house. We had 1 little issue and it was resolved by the end of the day! Absolutely recommend!

The Property was amazing! Just as expected. No issues with the house and the pool was terrific. You can tell the owners are invested in hospitality and cleanliness. Water in the Gulf was crystal clear.

This property was great for our family of 9 adults and 1 child. There was enough room for everyone and having the beach, pool and hot tub all right there, provided something for everyone at different times of the day. Having a covered area of the deck was great as well. The kitchen worked well for our needs and the pantry and second fridge were ideal to have with a large group. The owner was proactive and provided a lot of assistance with his communications. Our only recommendation is to check on the mattresses in the house. Specifically the easternmost queen bed was terrible. All the upholstered furniture is on the tail end of its life. Overall it was a great house and one I would absolutely rent again!

We had a great week! The house is absolutely perfect! Never needed to contact anyone. Everything you could possibly need was there. Pool, hot tub amazing beach. The sunsets from the deck were incredible! We will definitely go back in a hot minute! Thank you so much!

This house is great but it’s time for a little maintenance. Cleaning crew job before we arrived was OK at best. Location is the best. The pool was clean and fabulous. Online pics do not accurately depict furniture and furnishings. Beach access is great also. Would stay there again without a doubt.

This was our third year in a Ben’s Beach Homes property. We are completely spoiled!
There is nothing like staying right on the beach with your own private pool and having everything you need taken care of. This is the perfect place for family to gather in small and large groups, cooking and games in the open kitchen / living / dining or outdoor dining table, catching rays in chaise lounges, hanging in the hot tub or pool, walking the beach, boogie boarding, or walking to Schooners.

The house had plenty of space for all of us and the convenience of the beach right in the backyard was amazing! The kids loved the pool (although I’m sure the neighbors got tired of hearing “Cannonball” being yelled all day long!) The house seemed cleaned and well maintained. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, pots and pans.
Just a few comments that I think would be helpful for future renters.
We were told there are 4 towels per bathroom. We only found 2 in the 1st floor master. So we needed to do laundry more frequently. There were few kitchen towels.
There were plenty of chairs (inside and out) but very limited in soft chairs with a place to put your feet up - for us older folks. The pictures show 2 chairs in the living space along with 2 couches. There were no chairs – just the couches.
The pool area had some wear and tear (which I expect with all the salt water it is exposed to). On one of the columns (by the steps into the pool) there was a piece of wood that would fall down and nails were exposed.
Lastly – watch your email for Checkout procedures. I was home 2 days before I found the instructions in my junk mail. Check out would have been easier had I realized to look for them.
We would definitely rent this home again!

Beautiful Beach and View
Drain stopped up, taken care of quickly. Loft TV did not work. Fuse ball table missing parts. Two bedspreads had something on them. Had to move couch to get child’s toy, under it and most beds was not clean. Lots of money paid for this huge and comfortable home.

We took 12 adults and 5 children and this was the PERFECT spot for us! We absolutely loved having the pool and hot tub, and literally the beach right off the deck! I would recommend this place 100/100 times.

Awesome stay
We had a large group of friends. This was our second stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. We had a personal issue (not related to the house or stay) and the owners were very considerate to our needs! I would highly recommend renting from anything owned by Ben’s Beach Homes.

From the moment we walked in and saw the sparkling pool and gorgeous beach from the hallway, our breaths were taken away! What a spectacular view! The pictures just did not do it justice!
Kyle was amazing to deal with from the moment that we inquired about the rental to the moment we returned home! Very quick to respond and extremely accommodating with any requests.
The house was clean, extremely spacious, comfortable and very well supplied with anything we needed.
The pool was like a warm bath! With outside temperatures being a bit cool on some days, the heated pool along with the sunshine was all we needed… well maybe the awesome hot tub as well!
It was so convenient and amazing to be able to just walk from the deck, down to the beach for the peaceful morning walks.
Watching the stunning sunsets from the pool deck was a nightly event and ones that no words could describe!
It was very impressive to see the pool being serviced and maintained every few days during our stay.
If we could rate this rental and our stay a 10 out of 5, we would !
We would highly recommend the Fish Carlton and definitely are planning on returning and making more incredible memories .

Kyle and Ben were great to work with. Everything was as promised and hassle free. This property is simply an amazing place to stay.
We are going to book back next year. We had considered a family cruise but so glad we opted for the Fish Carlton instead.
