My besties and I celebrated my bachelorette party and it was the perfect house! Plenty of places to lounge and sleep, cozy hot tub. Really nice showers! Would definitely return.

We have three concerns to relay, cleanliness, parking, and play area. The issue of cleanliness is a serious one. It was discovered during the first night, in what appeared to be a freshly made up bed, that the masterbed had ripped sheets and a number of clothing items in the bedding. Finally found a new set of sheets in the house to fit that bed, but had to strip the bed and wash the mattress cover. Of course, this was discovered after crawling in for the night. Not acceptable. The issue of parking is only apparent when you get there. What the listing does not say is that there really is only parking for two vehicles. The information on website said parking for six vehicles in driveway. Two. Any more than that and you're going to be in violation of the lease agreement because you'll have to park on the street. Before we leased, we asked if there was an outside play area, as we were going to have children there. We were assured that there was a "grassy area". Turns out the grassy area is part of the marsh the house is built in. No yard. The beach, patio, game room, and hot tub were good gathering spots. But this place is probably not the best for younger kids or groups approaching it's listed capacity. And check the bed before you crawl in.

The linens were also stained and worn. It was large enough to entertain a large group of people which was nice and the hot tub was awesome. Monica was not very responsive on the messenger which was disappointing.
