This condo was just remodeled and was such a treat for our week-long stay! It was well-stocked with everything imaginable. The beach, just across the street, was perfect for playing in the waves and watching the sunsets. An easy 5 minute drive to our conference in Wailea left plenty of time to play and explore the rest of the day. We have stayed at quite a few great condos in the area but this one takes the cake!

This condo has been completely gutted and rebuilt and it is amazing. We have been coming to Haleakala Shores for many years and many units and you will never find one better than this. Everything in the whole unit is brand new right to the dishes and cutlery etc. I went to go to the beach and took the umbrella it was still in the packaging. I can't say enough about B312 but we will never stay anywhere else again.

Few mins walk to beach at Kam 2 or Kam 3. Tons of restaurants close by. Bus stop right there. Nice quiet pool that was never too busy. Coolers and all the beach equipment you need. The complex seemed fairly quiet with respectable tenants and owners. Short walk with only one flight of stairs from parking, perfect for luggage and groceries. My family and I, from ages 6 to 78 really enjoyed our stay, thanks.

We arrived at about 5:00 PM and found the property not cleaned. Unmade beds, dirty towels on the floor, dirty floors and counters, decaying food, etc. Contacted the property manager. She arranged for an "emergency cleaning", but we still couldn't settle in until almost 9:00 PM. Ended up finishing the laundry ourselves. The cleaning person was competent, efficient, and friendly. Location is convenient to several restaurants and some shopping. Kitchen and bathroom sinks attract mites.

My family and I (2 adults and 4 kids under 12) enjoyed our stay. Hard to beat having a great beach across the street and a short drive to any number of others. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the condo but it was a great home base with all the amenities we needed. Would stay again. Jeff was very responsive to questions leading up to and throughout our stay.

This unit was relatively decent overall. The biggest difficulty concerned the pool access keys. We were staying with another couple but only had one pool key. The complex manager contacted the owner about a second key and were told they would not make a second key available. As our schedule was different on some days from the other party we often had to go to one or more gates to holler at them and get them to open the pool gate. Not related to this particular unit but the pool shower was not heated water. We were there for a month and did not see one person shower adequately to help keep the pool clean. The vacuum did not work properly. We had to empty the canister and clean the filter before it would work at all. The dishwasher was hopeless. It has been 20 years since I have seen such a poor dishwasher; the off/on switch was almost impossible to use and get it to turn on. The bedroom fan remote was missing. We finally got it working (not the light) by standing on a chair and using the pull chains. The shower had a lot of mold. On more positive note, the curtains were really good at blocking the sun and the Lania and fridge were great.

Enjoyed our stay great for our family since both our teenagers had there own bed. Lots of room and it was really nice having two bathrooms. Pool was maintained and it was a three minute walk to the beach. Our kids enjoyed the water toys and it was nice having in suite laundry. We enjoyed morning coffee on the patio and dinner there as well. I would stay here again!

This property was exactly like the listing! Great spot for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teens). Well appointed, good location in Kihei - close to good restaurants and beaches. Property Manager was very responsive. We all fell in love with Maui!!

The property was clean, beds are good, and has everything you need including beach gears. Great location - beach is just walking distance. Overall 4 to 5 stars. Just one recommendation to the owner: kitchenware are dated and need to be updated.

This was the perfect condo for our family of 4. The location is a 3-5 min walk to the beach and easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. The condo was spotless and the beds were comfortable. Everything we needed for a beach vacation was provided...beach towels, chairs, snorkel gear, boogie boards, and fishing poles. Kitchen had everything we needed for eating in. Highly recommend!!

We stayed in Jeff's condo for five nights and had a wonderful time there. The condo was big enough for four of us. Beds were comfortable; kitchen full with everything we need; plenty of towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, cool boxes, snorkeling gears and sand toys. When we come back to Maui, we will rent this condo again.

This was a great place. Well stocked with everything we needed. The layout was perfect for us and our four kids. Stayed nice and cool with window units. Would definitely stay again!!

This is the most generous host we've ever stayed. I got a late check out right at the booking and the place was full of useful beach gears and goodies. Kitchen has all the basic for cooking and more. 2 big TV. Location was either a walking distance or short drive to every where, across many beaches and boat ramp for our snorkeling trip. Eskimo Candy seafood market and Paia seafood market are our favorites. Sorry but Maui shaved ice wasn't not comparable to the Big Island, which is also our favor Hawaiian island. Overall I would recommend my family and friends to stay here, just don't rent a big car ( but cheaper) like us!

Condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The only thing not shown in the listing is the sliding panels that give access to the second bedroom, not a lot of privacy from sound. It’s great for a family with small kids.

We have stayed at two places at Haleakala Shores. This condo was quiet, comfortable and had everything we needed for the beach. Close to the beaches, restaurants and bakeries, we found it the perfect retreat.

This condo was in the perfect location. Just a two minute walk to the beach. It was clean and all of the furnishings were very nice. The kitchen was equipped with everything you might need. It also had everything you need for a day at the beach. The beds were very comfortable. The owner was very kind and accommodated our Wed to Friday stay even though it wasn’t ideal for him. This was a trip of a lifetime and this condo was an integral part of making the trip great. We hope to come back again and stay in this very unit. Thanks for helping to make lifelong wonderful memories.

Great place, very clean and lots of beach things to use and a fully stocked kitchen. The bedroom with the two beds is actually more of a studio with the main living room area, but has a wall divider/panel that slides to split area. Fine for us, but had to be a bit quieter when someone was trying to sleep in that area. Overall had a great time staying their, highly recommend.

The condo fit all our needs. Location was great. Pool is very nice and well attended.We had a issue with another tenant smoking on their lanai which we tried working it out with them but I ended up contacting Jeff and super impressed how he handled everything. Over all my family and I had a wonderful time,having a comfy bed to sleep in after a long day playing at the beach with all the beach supplies they have for our use was a huge bonus, I love the master suite mattress.

We stayed here for a week with two kids- the beach across the street and close walk to town were both very convenient. The complex pool was also a nice option for when we wanted to relax and let the kids swim.
The unit was well stocked with all the beach supplies you could need (boogie board, floaties, snorkel masks, ice chest, etc), and the kitchen had enough dishes and cookware, as well as things like saran wrap and ziplock bags.
We enjoyed our stay, but if you're someone who needs a unit to be extremely clean, I wouldn't recommend this one. The complex is old, and that typically comes with a bit of a run-down feel. The unit itself has been remodeled but it appeared to need a thorough deep-cleaning (around the sinks, inside the dishwasher, the floors left our feet dirty on the first day. etc). We wiped down all the counter tops with disinfectant on the first day because we didn't feel it was all that clean when we arrived.
The beds were comfortable with the exception of the sofa bed, which was incredibly uncomfortable- you could feel the individual springs in the mattress.
All in all, it was conveniently located, and it was fine. Not amazing, but good enough for our purposes.

We had a wonderful time in this place. It's a 5 min walk to the beach and the owners have just about anything you need to feel at home. This property is not kid friendly and it ruined part of our trip. We received complaints about our kids, whom I believe are very normal kids, almost daily. These complaints came from other owners, assistant manager, and manager. This should be a 65 and older community and I respect that but it was not clear when booking. The owner was very understanding about this but we felt harassed by everyone else anytime we went to the pool or stepped our of our unit. It's also important to mention that on our last day we met another family who came across this same issue. We would never stay here again with kids.

We had such a wonderful stay in this condo. Everything was extremely clean. The kitchen was set up perfectly to be able to cook breakfast and dinner every day. Beach equipment and towels. Washer and dryer and even an ironing board.
You can tell that the owner really knows what a family would use for a beach vacation.
Also the master bed was so comfortable.

Another great time in Kihei. The property location was great being right across from the beach and close proximity to shops and restaurants. The room was very clean and had all amenities needed to enjoy your stay.We cannot wait to go back, we would defiantly stay here again.Paul H

We enjoyed this condo! It's been our first trip in a long time and our first big trip with our kiddos. The condo was quiet and cool and a great home base for HI fun. One thing to note- the pool closes early- and you'll need to sign up for a time the day before or day of to promote social distancing. We never had a problem but for people who like a little evening swim, this wasn't available. The condo was a great value overall and there's lots to do within walking distance
