Questa unità Heron Marsh super adatta alle famiglie si trova a Litchfield by the Sea ed è a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e dall'accesso alla piscina. Due camere da letto e due bagni completi con lavatrice / asciugatrice, ampio solarium, wifi, cavo, cucina completamente attrezzata con ripiani in granito, TV a schermo piatto in soggiorno, parcheggio coperto e molto altro. Gli ospiti hanno a disposizione la piscina Heron Marsh con tanto spazio per prendere il sole, sentieri, zone di pesca e, naturalmente, chilometri di spiaggia incontaminata. Litchfield By the Sea offre anche Starbucks in loco, ristoranti e spa in comune, nonché 24 ore di sicurezza a tempo pieno in questa gated community privata. We return every year with TIDELIFE , and from their many accommodations, we've settled on one that has a nice mix, like walking access to the beach, and other gated community amenities. Besides enjoying the warmer weather, we are closer to our kids and the grandkids enjoyed time at the beach... ps. TIDELIFE also offers other perks like passes to the state park !

I think the layout of the property was really good. The space was perfect for us and our needs. The property was in a good location with easy in and out. The negatives for us were the following:Was not "just steps" away from the pool, was too far to walk, the distance to beach was fine.The furnishings and flooring in the unit were very worn and not clean. Due for updating. The utensils and some of the dishes were not clean. I had to run all through a dishwasher cycle before using them.

Great location except we thought it was on the marsh Needs to be updated. Otherwise all was great. Property management was super friendly and easy check in

Property needs attention Drapes rotted literally falling apart. bath floor Brocken tile. Carpet very dirty. Kitchen stove electric eyes broken. Stove not level. Cannot cook on unlevel stove. Dryer rusted
