Siamo entusiasti di condividere la nostra casa con te. Abbiamo acquistato questo rifugio di montagna 3 camere da letto 3. 5 bagno nel 2014. Ognuna delle 3 camere da letto ha il proprio bagno privato e TV per la massima privacy e flessibilità durante il vostro soggiorno. Al piano superiore sono 2 camere da letto; uno con un letto matrimoniale, l'altro con un letto matrimoniale. Il livello inferiore ha la camera con letti a castello con una doppia / doppia cuccetta e una doppia / doppia a castello. Il livello principale presenta un open space con cucina completamente attrezzata, camino a gas, bagno, grande tavolo da pranzo, TV a schermo piatto, lettore DVD e DUE ponti esterni, uno con una nuova grande vasca idromassaggio (2017).

Kevin answered all of the questions that came to mind from the time we booked until after we checked in. Thank you! The private hot tub on the deck was wonderful, clean and HOT! We loved it! Catching the shuttle was great except leaving the base at the end of the ski day. We realize we were there during the busiest week of the season, so we adapted! Had everything we needed. Given the opportunity, we’ll be back for another stay!

We enjoyed our stay tremendously. I think the highlight for everyone was the hot tub just off the living room. Everyone had their own space and bathroom. Kitchen well stocked. Location was great.

We stayed in March for our spring break skiing trip! The condo was great and had essentials including a spacious hot tub, stocked pantry items, and a GREAT location to the shuttle! It was a great place to hang out as well as had plenty of sleeping locations! I would definitely recommend brining a humidifier (they had 1) as it got dry during the winter! We had 3 couples and the bunk bed was spacious enough for 1 adult couple to sleep on. Everything was great! Kevin was extremely responsive and helpful!

We really enjoyed our stay! The property was in excellent condition and very convenient to get access to the Breckinridge ski area. The owners were responsive and I’ll book this property again for our family.

I’ve never gone anywhere out of the South. Casa Montana was a beautiful and quiet place. It felt just like home. Kevin literally provides all the necessary starter amenities you’ll need. Do not go to the grocery store until you check out the pantry first. The heated floors were so nice. I would stay at this place over and over again. Literally 5 minutes from town with a cute little market. 20 minutes from a Walmart. Hot tub was perfect. Everything was A++++++. Thank you again!

This place was perfect for our family ski getaway. Whenever there was an issue, the owner was extremely responsive. Management time helped as well. Thanks for this well stocked Home that has everything we needed.

My family and I enjoyed our 4 day stay here. We loved the hot tub and proximity to downtown Breck. We will definitely be coming back!

We stayed for a month and this home was very comfortable. The location is great for access to both downtown and hiking. Everything was well-stocked and the owner was very responsive to questions and eager to help.

Amazing home
I highly recommend this property. It’s a 3 mins drive to peak 9. The property was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The house is spacious and the hot tub was a hit! Kevin was so helpful and quick to respond to my questions. My kids loved the sleds. I would definitely stay again!

Incredible house in great location!
This property was wonderful! My group of 9 fit comfortably in the house. The hot tub was the greatest perk, along with the very close proximity to the shuttles.
The garage was great for storing our boards and skis. The entrance to the house provides room to hang up all your gear. There were tons of extra sheets and towels in the house. Everything in the kitchen worked good. The only thing that could be added is Tupperware to store leftovers. The bedrooms were very spacious, the beds were comfortable and there was tons of extra blankets and towels. Great washer and drier! I absolutely recommend this property!

House was spacious. Unfortunately had a LOT of stairs to climb. It had everything except food… even some of that was left behind from others. Helpful. Easy access. Location was perfect. Easy checkout. Thank you for lending us your home.

We thoroughly enjoyed our Thanksgiving spent in Breckenridge. The property was clean and comfortable for 6 of us. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and we also enjoyed walking into town. The hot tub was an awesome way to enjoy the evenings. We would stay here again!!

We had a great time in Breck and our stay at the property was good. The layout and hot tub were great, but the property needs some TLC. The windows old and didn’t work well at all; the handle was completely broken on one and that window was partially open when we arrived. The carpet was a bit sad looking, but seemed clean enough. A few little annoying things like a broken toilet paper holder, slow draining tub, the window handle/crank and really cheap window blinds. A few minor updates and fixes and the place would be great.

Great place and location
The house was perfect! Bus route practically in front of house. Lots of trails and was able to walk to town. Breckinridge is beautiful and tons to do. Our last day a Mother and baby moose visited right in the back yard! What a sight to see! A++

It's a great home with a downstairs bedroom that can sleep 5. 3 teenage girls stayed in that room and enjoyed having their own little retreat. We had a fabulous July 4th trip at Casa Montana. The spacious, clean, and very nicely appointed home is walking distance to Main St but located in a quiet neighborhood perfect for a quiet mountain escape. Thank you, Kevin!

We arrived and the place hadn’t been cleaned. I emailed the owner, and changed the sheets myself. The next morning he said it was a misunderstanding and the cleaners should be there that day. When we returned it still wasn’t cleaned so I ran the dishwasher and the owner said they would be there the following day, the next day it was clean and it looked great. The owner offered to refund half the cost, I never asked for a refund, just wanted a relaxing stay in a clean place! When we got home I asked if he had refunded what he had offered because my review would have been that we had some hiccups but the owner made it right. Then he sends me texts that weren’t meant for me talking about how I had lied about it being dirty ( even though I sent him pictures he asked for and told me they had not cleaned before we were there) and that I just wanted a discount. We have used vrbo many times and always had great experiences, but this one I wish I would have chosen a hotel in the area. I guess I should have FaceTimed him to show him the hair in the shower that was long and dark so he believed it wasn’t cleaned, even though he said he had scheduled it wrong.

Great place to stay!
Me and six friends of mine stayed in this house and it was great! The house was in a great location, the check in process was super easy, and the owner gave us all the information we needed leading up to the trip so there was nothing to worry about. Not to mention the awesome jacuzzi. Great place to stay!

We really enjoyed the comfort of the 2nd floor living room, which offered a very nice, large TV and fireplace. Not to mention, the couches were super comfortable to the point where I caught myself almost falling asleep on them at night! Overall a beautiful place, super grateful for such a friendly host who was great at maintaining communication with us. Definitely would stay there again!

Breckinridge Group Trip
The host was super friendly and very responsive. Gave a detailed list of where to find local grocery stores, shops, dining etc. which was super helpful and much appreciated. Home was tucked away in a beautiful neighborhood 3 minutes away from downtown Breckinridge. We loved how close we were to all the hikes during the day and relaxing in the hot tub by night. Would definitely recommend and would stay again if in the area!

Good experience
We enjoyed our stay. There were two things future guests should be aware of. If you are coming from a much lower elevation, this place has a lot of stairs. It is a three level townhome. We weren't in great shape, but also not in terrible shape. The first few days, those stairs were rough. The only other issue we encountered was the internet speed. Wifi was available, but it was slow and had frequent connection issues.
Aside from those two things, the place was very comfortable. The hot tub was a very relaxing way to end most days.
