Questa unità al secondo piano ha una vista parziale sul mare e campi da golf. Abbiamo un grande involucro intorno lanai per godere della splendida vista con tavolo, sedie e poltrone patio. La cucina ha tutto ciò di cui avete bisogno, la camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale, la camera degli ospiti ha 2 letti singoli (che possono essere convertiti in un re) e un divano letto queen nel soggiorno. All the appliances are outdated and some are in dire need of repair, detailed in these notes: — There is a note on the clothes washer that the hot and cold water lines are switched, so to wash in cold water you have to set it to “hot.” But you can’t set the rinse temperature, so all rinses are done in hot water.— The air conditioner runs on a timer that can only be set for 4 hours. So you wake up in the middle of the night sweating because the AC has gone off and you have to get up and go into the living room to set the timer for another 4 hours.— The master bedroom toilet exhaust fan comes on with the light switch, and it is so loud that it wakes up anyone who happens to be asleep in the bedroom when it is used.
